Numerous control algorithms have been proposed to deal with nonlinear dynamics of the mechatronic systems. For linear mechatronic systems, the proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller is often used owing to its simple structure and robustness. One of the most common applications in all mechatronic domains is the control of DC motors. To develop a product which will can be used efficiently. In this case, develop a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) to control a servomotor position and speed. Arduino UNO ATMEGA 328 is used to control the motor. This motor is controlled using PID logic (Proportional Integrative Differential). The PID logic is implemented in the motor using the Arduino UNO ATMEGA 328 micro controller. After implementing the above, proteus design is made and PCB is printed. The final printed circuit board will be able to control the motor using PID logic.

The Low-Level control includes design of Drive-by-Wire mechanisms for steering, brake and accelerator systems with appropriate motors and encoder. Experimentation with encoders and DC motors of steering and brake has been carried out first with various embedded modules to choose best suitable module. The experimentation has led to choosing BeagleBone Black (BBB), A lowcost, open-source community-supported development platform for real-time analysis provided by the TI Sitara AM3358 ARM Cortex-A8 processor with Linux-based operating system. Using BBB dedicated hardware module for high CPR (Counts per Revolution) encoders, the vehicle position is evaluated. Using BBB serial cape, it is interfaced to Roboteq motor controller (used for steering and brake motor) and steering encoder for steering wheel position control. The major task of the paper is the evaluation of ...

This performance of this method is compared by using the classification rate by conducting experiments on the broadtz tests.

The objective is to develop a model that reduces accidents on the road and preserve the lives of human beings especially children and the old people. The system consists of Radio Frequency (RF) transmitter and receiver to set the limit speed. The speed of the automobile is continuously monitored and it is given to the embedded system. The system cuts off the fuel supply when the speed is above the set speed and the automobile speed reduced. The driver has to adjust the speed within the set speed so that the automobile is continuous to run.
