We inaugurated the event by lighting the Kuthuvizhlakku. We honored the chief guests with ponnadai. Tricky and challenging Games: We conducted sixteen party games in different stalls for the migrant youth workers and they enjoyed the game by playing. We conducted lucky price at the end of game and awarded them prizes. Most of them were dancing during this game and we could see them happy. It's also called 'Banian City' and people work day and night, 'Town of Tuva'. (K~r< gi! fgvl<) The Migrant Youth desk at Tiruppur has been running as PAYANAM (Personal Accompaniment of Youth Alienated Nomadic and Migrants). We have started migrant youth work very enthusiastically from April 2017. We have reached out to most of the places in Tiruppur city within these seven months. A major survey was taken among the migrants to know about them. We start our work early morning because these youngsters go for work after 9:00 am and therefore we start visiting them from 6:30 am to 9:30am. We have chosen different villages for the study area and concentrated on those places where the migrants live together for their livelihood. We spoke to them about their living condition in Tiruppur and they expressed that they want earn more money to pay back the loan or save the money for future. In this regard, most of them are unskilled labourers and are paid less even though they do a hard work and for more time. Those who knew the job and skilled in particular field are paid more like any other worker. They are ready for any work in the companies and even constructions. Migrants (uf< Okiqgt<) take away most of the work of local people and the local people are thrown out from the companies and industries. They express their anger against them because they are taking away their livelihood especially unskilled and manual works (ogijzgivi< gt<). Local people express that, the migrants are ready to work just for food and accommodation. They only require some amount on weekends to get vegetables and other things for cooking their meager food. The owners are happy to get the work done by them and pay only half of the money when compare to the local people. They worked hard for twelve hours a day but paid less than the normal daily wages (nclim< Mg< G!Oujz! osb< bvuEr< g). We visited the companies and there are migrants both from inter-district and interstate but the focus of our work is for the interstate migrants. Identification of migrants We could identify migrant youth very easily because their code of dress shows that they are from other state. They appear in simple dirty clothes and their mouth is full of pan masala. Their living place is very dirty when compare to our local people. Tamil people are not willing to give their houses for rent to them as they do not keep their places clean and because of the language problem. They live in small rooms without any facilities and in each room there will be more than five of them and looks like an abandoned place in the city. They work in all the sectors like hotels and restaurants, Garments and textiles, load-man and construction, small venders and daily wages etc,. Reaching out to Young migrants to give them a better life We started to advertise in Hindi about the services of the migrant desk because most of the youngsters are from Northern states. Most of them know Hindi and some of them can understand Tamil especially those who have been here more than three years. We are

In the history, people are discriminated due to several reasons. They are treated as ‘Dalits’ or ‘untouchables.’ These Dalits considered as the lower being and not respected in the society. They are different level in which they are humiliated and submissive to the others. They are also deprived of their rights in educational, social, economic, cultural, political, spiritual and religious sectors. Therefore, the Dalits theology opens the way to discuss about it and fight for liberation of Dalits from all oppressive structures. We as the society of people bring equality, peace, justice and harmony among Dalits. We look at these in Christian perspective in particularly the Bible-based Dalit theology where we could bring change in the church where we are called to share our ministry.

There are number youngsters flocks into Tiruppur for work because Tiruppur could provide job for those who come to this city. There are lots of job available qualified and unqualified candidates. The city is known for Garments companies and knit wares so this is the city works day and night to complete the orders. The job vacancies are more in the city so the migrants especially youngster came as a group for work. They work hard in the companies and get the salary for their livelihood. They save some amount of money for their family and send them to the relatives. They get monthly salary Rs 6500 to 7000 and they have to look after their personal expenses. It depends upon the companies to pay the labourers but there is a difference in the payment. Those who are not doing machine work minimum Rs. 250 and those who are working in the Machine Rs 350 paid per day as wage. Few places they work hard and stay in the simple room without many facilities for high rent paid. In general there is no cleanliness around their surroundings. They less care about their health and if they want to go to the hospital there is communication problem in the hospital. Doctors do not know Hindi so they refused to treat them. The government is not thinking of migrant's welfare in the city. Though migrants are more in the city as the work force to get the foreign currency as income but government never take staff for migrants' welfare. Local people are not treating them as humans because they are looking very pathetic and using ban mashala which is not liked by many people. We fight for decent job and good salary, good living place. We must respect all the citizens of India anywhere in the state. We have chosen three categories of people to know about them and to fulfill the need with help of government. Migrants worker in the Garments and construction, load men workers' Report in General study Mr. Anath We concentrated on the migrant workers. We have come to know their problems and difficulties during the survey. We have chosen three categories of the workers for the study. Those are garments/ Textiles and construction, head loaders. Migrants Needs: They need awareness on drugs addiction , ID cards, Health hygiene, free medicines, healthy food, good living place, decent work and salary, technical studies, toilet facilities, they need proper break during the working hours.

They other things is that they do not know the local language because of that people are cheated them. People use the abusive words and ill-treat them outside the working hours and in the staying place. They are not skilled workers compare to the local people. They need job to survive and to save some money for their families. They are ready to choose any work that which will support them for their livelihood in the city. They have a capacity to work long hours without much break and so on. So the company prefers workers from other states. They do not have proper person to cook meals and proper place to sleep. Though the company provides rooms but it is not convenient for them. They find difficult to buy food provisions and water. They haven't recreation place, where they can relax on Sundays and holidays. They face lot of Problems in the city for an example the different price of things sold in the shops and market for local and migrants. There are not respected in the state, though they are Indian citizens. People feel that they are the low class people. In the other is that they are not keeping clean themselves. They use dirty clothes and habit of chewing ban masalah. They spit everywhere which local people feel uneasy to travel and live with them. The main purpose of the study is that to promote the rights of migrant youngsters and the integral development of young people especially those who are at risk. It is a difficult task to find out the migrant youth living condition in the city. They work hard more than 10 hours and get minimum wages. They never considered their health factors. The study focus on Migrant youngster in the construction and Labour chowk, Garments and textiles' helpers. This study follows about the personal details of Migrant youth like household details, in their location and source, educational qualification, economic status, migrant history of three episodes, health details, working condition, living conditions. Based on this the study will be executed about the migrant youngsters. This study may support the migrants for future endeavors for better living as Indian citizens. By ARUL KUMAR. A

In the present context of India D.S. Amalorpavadass suggests various means, but to our concern let us take only two means, namely his contribution to the field of liturgy and his views on the Christianization of India. Most of the time people
