Although we're a small community, I've recently put the community on moderated status for both joining and posting due to the fact that I've had several of my communities hit with spammers. As a result, I need a co-mod to help me keep an eye on the place and to help me approve members and posts. And on occasion help out with the tags (i.e. creating new tags, tagging posts, etc.) What I am looking for is basically someone who has experience running communities and who doesn't mind helping me to keep an eye on the place. As I said, this is a small community and for the most part it runs very smoothly. If you're interested in helping out, please leave a comment at this post.
