SFI CONSERVATION IMPACT

Identifying conservation outcomes, key learnings, and opportunities for improvement on SFI-certified lands is a critical component of SFI and the work of the SFI Conservation Pillar. The pillar leads a conservation impact strategy, which advances conservation impact measurement and assessment with a particular focus on the SFI Forest Management and Fiber Sourcing Standard.
THE CONSERVATION IMPACT WORKSHOP
The SFI Conservation Impact Workshop ensures that the research SFI supports and the outcomes it generates are robust, grounded in credible science, and resonate with key audiences. The workshops promote interaction between the SFI Conservation Pillar, partners, and experts from a variety of backgrounds. They also support an open communication process and include experts from the academic, non-profit, and research communities.
