Being the suppliers for various components and sub assemblies to the large scale enterprises these companies are certainly required to continuously work towards the betterment of quality. There are various reasons why companies follow various Quality Management practices. ISO9001 and TQM are the most preferred out of them. TQM is about changing the entire working pattern and becoming more systematic in terms of everything which a company does. It also focuses on overall growth of the company with a special emphasis on the quality. Following TQM principles certainly bring good results in terms of productivity, reduction of rejection, cost reduction etc. It also helps in reducing gap between management and employees which in turn leads to several other benefits. The ideal drug and route for sedation in children should have a rapid and reliable onset, atraumatic, palatable with minimal side effects, and rapid recovery. So, the aim of our study to evaluate and compare the efficacy and safety of intranasal midazolam and intranasal dexmedetomidine in pediatric patients for sedation during TTE. Materials and Method: Hundred children under three year of age, belonging to the American Society of Anaesthesiologists class-I and II, scheduled for TTE were divided into two groups by standard randomization technique. Patients in group-M received intranasal midazolam 0.2 mg/kg, whereas patients in group-D received intranasal dexmedetomidine 2 μg/kg prior to TTE under an adequately monitored anesthesia care. Onset and duration of sedation, heart rate, oxygen saturation, sonographer's, and parent's satisfaction scores were recorded. Results: All patients were successfully sedated for TTE. The average onset time, sedation time, awakening time and total time for Group-M were 7.3, 18.8, 29.51, 51 min and group-D were 10.1, 14.2, 24.9, 46.3 min, respectively and all were statistically significant (P < 0.001). TTE scan time of Group-M is 8.84 min and Group-D is 9.18 min and was statistically significant. Sonographer's and Parent's average satisfaction score for Group-M was 9.88, 10 and for Group-D was 7.64, 8.76, respectively, which were statistically significant (P < 0.001). Conclusion: Intranasal midazolam and dexmedetomidine are safe and effective for sedation in TTE. Intranasal midazolam was found to be comparatively more effective in view of onset of action, sonographers, and parental satisfaction score, while sedation time, awakening time and total duration was significantly higher as compared to intranasal dexmedetomidine.

But it raises the challenge for the enterprise to enforce physical access control on enterprise’s files to the employee outside the enterprise network. One of the solutions for the enterprise to enforce physical access control of its files is implementing location-based access control (LBAC) model to allow the employee to access a file at the pre-determined location. We propose an extension of the LBAC model to include Internet-based location as an input for location constraint used for the access control decision and authorization where Internet-connected device is mapped into a physical location using the IP geolocation method. Our approach could be used as an alternative user’s location determination and location verification methods, especially for mobile devices with minimum self-geolocation capability. We implement our proposal into proof-of-concept enterprise cloud storage solution called CloudRAID for Business (CfB) by combining Internet-based geolocation service, delay-based measurement technique, and open source information. Our evaluation’s result shows that our implementation is able to grant user access control of the system once the user’s location is in the pre-determined location.

Security of passengers and their belongings is of paramount importance for Indian Railways. In case of any untoward incident of crime against passengers and their belongings matter can be reported to railway police station. In the proposed work, the working model of train based on solar power and automatic control by micro controller is implemented. MCTS is a three-dimensional in vitro model system that bridges the gap between two-dimensional monolayer cell cultures and an in vivo tumor tissue model system. Compared to monolayer cultures, MCTS resembles tumor tissue in terms of structural and functional properties and is suitable for studying metastasis, invasion, and therapeutic screening of drugs. Spheroid models are helpful in accelerating translational research in cancer biology and tissue engineering.

What metacognition is, what the metacognitive strategies, why it is important and how it develops in learners. This article argues that teachers need to help learner’s metacognitive awareness, and identify the factors which enhance metacognitive development. Metacognition is one’s ability to use prior knowledge to plan a strategy for approaching a learning task, take necessary steps to solving the problem, reflect on and evaluate results, and modify one’s approach as needed. It helps learners choose the appropriate tool for the task and plays a critical role in successful learning. Metacognitive thinking is a key element in the transfer of learning. The learner’s development of metacognitive skills is defined as Meta learning. Meta-teaching strategies can help mediate the metacognitive skills of learners and stimulate their metacognitive thinking.

Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop potent and safe radioprotective agents for radio-nuclear emergencies. Phosphatase and Tensin Homolog on chromosome 10 (PTEN) antagonizes PI3K activity by dephosphorylating PIP3, thus suppressing PI3K/AKT signaling that could prevent IR induced cytotoxicity. These samples were tested by 8 different ICMR approved RT-PCR kits with different gene targets. The com- parison was made with NIV, Pune COVID-19 RT-PCR kit. Sensitivity, Specificity, PPV and NPV were calculated for each kit. Agreement of different kits was evaluated using Kappa analysis. Results:The results of the 45 samples of suspected COVID-19 cases were recorded as per the cycle threshold (Ct) provid- ed in the kit insert. Of these, 15 samples detected both E and RdRp genes and 30 were negative for both the genes of SARS CoV-2 by NIV, Pune COVID-19 RT-PCR kit. 15 samples which were positive by NIV, Pune kit were positive by all oth- er kits. Three kits showed 100% agreement with NIV, Pune COVID-19 RT-PCR kit and 4 kits had agreement of 91%, 81% 75% and 66% respectively. Conclusions:The reporting should be carried as per manufacturer’s instruction. They showed that many real-world networks satisfy both properties and exploit them to design faster algorithms for a number of classical graph problems. We complement their work by showing that some well-studied random graph models exhibit both of the mentioned PLB properties. PLB-U and PLB-N hold with high probability for Chung–Lu Random Graphs and Geometric Inhomogeneous Random Graphs and almost surely for Hyperbolic Random Graphs. As a conseque...
