The echo of its message is present in different pedagogical currents and concepts considered to be modern and innovative. This indicates the synergistic nature of pedagogy referring to Christianity, the source of which is the reality of the resurrection of Jesus and the hope which results from that truth that humankind can achieve salvation-a happy life with God for all eternity.

He shows that the basis of the successful l fe is a simple rule: one needs to learn "self-management" - become a "manager of yourself". The goal of the publication is to show the individual potential with which an every student enters adulthood as well as the way how it can help in becoming a "manager of your self". The autobiographies written by the students from a teacher and researcher’s perspective do not constitute a rich research material but the interpretations of past events have determined about their value. Starting with the premise that life is the one big task which should be solved, the students analyzed the strategies of reflection on life that I had proposed. They detected educational potential of life events. The students used them to illustrate theories of learning through experiment and learning in a local environment. In that they have learnt the idea of lifelong learning and the character of adult education. The operations constitute a part of the proposal of P. Dominicé who has applied a biographical method as a pedagogical method in adult education.

Other subjects in the educational process (educator and personal God) are companions on the way to achieving good and developing one’s life potential. Another important aspect of Ignatian spirituality is the assumption that it can also perform a healing function, particularly transcendentally. This function concerns all the structures of human development and can be reflected in many ways of supporting human health. This perspective makes it possible to develop a model of Ignatian pedagogy in which the following elements are present: context, experience, reflection, action and evaluation. Recognising the educational values of these elements makes it possible to develop a pedagogical theory, called the pedagogy of accompaniment, which is reflected in a deep inner and outer sense of human existence. Thus, the pu...

The experimental area was divided into pieces with different cultivation tillage: conventional, reduced and no-tillage. To determine species composition of seed bank in soil a greenhouse method was used. Data from the experiment indicate that there were differences in the seeds number and seeds distribution of particular weed species with reference on tillage systems. The highest weeds seeds number was recorded in the soil samples collected from 0-5 cm soil layer (no-tillage and reduced tillage). In conventional tillage conditions weed seeds were evenly distributed in all 0-20 cm soil layer.

This method was based on a didactic method of structural analysis of narratives (Knecht & Knecht, 1992; Zirker, 1991). A proxemic analysis consists in working with data and indicating five categories in the text – actors, places, time, values, and expectations – and building them using elements, called entities. During the next stage, the researcher discovers the understanding of these categories by defining the relationships between entities. This analysis can be used on narrative texts regardless of the way in which they were obtained (unstructured interviews, diaries, memoirs, autobiographies, etc.). Interpreting the relationships between entities allows the researcher to formulate pedagogical implications, which they may use as a premise for constructing theories and/or activities. The example of the technique presented in this paper, from andragogical research, refers to the study o...

Group Entities. Thanks to the method of classification trees, it turned out to be possible to show the potential of trust to reduce the negative (for organizations and individuals) consequences resulting from unfavourable circumstances One of such circumstances was consider to be the need to change the form of work from traditional (stationery) to remote work resulting from the SARS-COV-2 threat. Previous studies on trust and cooperation have been referred to the need to act in a new situation. The aspects noted indicate that regardless of the circumstances, cooperation within individual organizations and its effectiveness may increase with growing trust. Trust becomes a factor that definitely facilitates the flow of information-and the flow of information can affect the processes of knowledge sharing. Communication based on trust and cooperation also influences the formation of social ties. It should also be noted that there is a reverse situation-social trust built on trust and cooperation affect the quality of communication. However examining these relationships in such a large and diverse organization as the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. requires additional research.

The carried out text analysis and its transposition to the pedagogical area enabled drawing the attention to the significant for the development of the person element, inspired by religion, which is spirituality. In the article the attention was paid to the fact that owing to the religion, the man is able to perceive and understand more broadly not only the particular events, but also possibilities of own participation in them. This perspective discloses new challenges in front of man, and also enables to know a new sense of own life, as well. Understanding that discovery of new life possibilities inspires for activity, we will add that the Christianity, thanks to the supernatural cognition (religious), detects a new quality reflected in a new life style.
