Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan digital wisata Agrapana di Desa Sum... more Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan digital wisata Agrapana di Desa Sumberkalong, Kabupaten Bondowoso serta membantu pelaporan keuangan menggunakan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dan Pelaporan Keuangan (SIAPIK). Dengan menggunakan konsep sustainable tourism, pengabdian ini juga mencakup upaya revitaliasi sarana dan prasarana wisata Agrapana sebagai upaya meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan serta pendapatan, sehingga wisata ini dapat terus berkembang. Desa Sumberkalong memiliki potensi ekonomi yang besar, terutama dalam sektor pariwisata. Namun, pemahaman mengenai pengelolaan keuangan berbasis digital masih cukup rendah, sehingga dapat berdampak pada perkembangan usaha khususnya pengelolaan tempat wisata. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan utama yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai pelaporan keuangan berbasis aplikasi kepada pengelola wisata Agrapana. Diawali dengan pemahaman konsep dasar mengenai persamaan dasar akuntansi, pencatatan transaksi pada laporan keuangan dan dilanjutkan dengan prosedur penggunaan aplikasi SIAPIK diharapkan laporan keuangan akan menjadi lebih mudah dikelola dan diverifikasi. Kegiatan pengabdian juga mencakup aspek pembangunan sarana prasarana wisata Agrapana agar dapat beroperasi lebih optimal. Melalui kerja sama dengan BumDes pengabdian ini berupaya mempersiapkan infrastruktur pendukung wisata Agrapa untuk menjadi sentra wisata dan pengembangan UMKM desa. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian yang digunakan adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) atau melibatkan semua pihak dalam prosesnya. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan literasi keuangan digital pengelola Agrapana berupa penguasaan aplikasi SIAPIK yang dapat membantu pengelolaan keuangan lebih baik dengan lebih baik yang mendukung pengembangan potensi wisata Agrapana.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis desa binaan di Desa Sukosari Kidul Kecamatan Sumbe... more Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis desa binaan di Desa Sukosari Kidul Kecamatan Sumberwringin Kabupaten Bondowoso pada tahun ketiga ini merupakan lanjutan dari kegiatan sebelumnya yang telah dilaksanakan pada tahun 2022. Pengembangan smart village di desa Sukosari Kidul pada saat ini sudah mulai berkembang, namun setelah melakukan observasi lebih ke dalam dan evaluasi didapati bahwa terdapat kesenjangan antara pembangunan sarana fisik dengan pembangunan human capitalnya hal ini ditunjukan dengan antusiasme warga dan aparat desa menuju ekonomi mandiri dengan terus memperkuat melalui desa wisata, tetapi untuk menuju smart village tidak hanya bisa dilihat dari satu sektor, yang terpenting persiapan dari human capital yang akan menjadi garda terdepan dalam melayani masyarakat di era digitalisasi, menuju smart government berbasis ICT. Berdasarkan mapping permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra dari hasil wawancara dan observasi, masih diperlukan program pengabdian desa binaan dengan sosialisasi dan pendampingan smart government secara bertahap Kata Kunci: Smart Government; pelayanan publik Abstract Community service activities based on assisted villages in Sukosari Kidul Village, Sumberwringin District, Bondowoso Regency in the third year are a continuation of previous activities which were carried out in 2022. The development of smart villages in Sukosari Kidul village is currently starting to develop, but after making further observations inward and evaluation it was found that there was a gap between the development of physical facilities and the development of human capital. This was shown by the enthusiasm of residents and village officials towards an independent economy by continuing to strengthen it through tourism villages, but towards a smart village it could not only be seen from one sector, namely The most important thing is the preparation of human capital which will be at the forefront in serving society in the era of digitalization, towards ICT-based smart government. Based on the mapping of problems faced by partners from the results of interviews and observations, there is still a need for a community service program for assisted villages with gradual socialization and smart government assistance.

Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan ini yaitu mempersiapkan sumberdaya manusia dalam menciptakan wisata bahari yang berkelanjutan melalui capacity building berbasis green Human resource management. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini melalui beberapa tahapan, yakni tahap persiapan, pelatihan, dan tahap pendampingan. Kegiatan ini melibatkan mitra dan juga dilakukan evaluasi secara ebrkala untuk melihat efektivitas dari program kegiatanini. Diharapkan dengan adanya capacity building, pengelolaan dan kesiapan sumberdaya manusia dalam menciptakan wisata bahari berkelanjutan dapat tercapai. Hasil yang dicapai yakni pelatihan yang ada mampu menigkatkan pemahaman dan literasi pengelola dan mitra dari aspek operasional, keuangan, pemasaran, sumberdaya manusia dengan konsep ramah lingkungan.

Entrepreneurship has grown to prominence in the field of study due to its capacity to dynamize the economy with the help of technological skills and access to funding for the business performance of micro-entrepreneurs. The purpose of this study is to test and determine the impact of entrepreneurial orientation, and market orientation on technical marketing strategy and business performance in Indonesia. Respondents in this study are owners or partners of micro-businesses located in the Regional Coordinating Board II and III, East Java Province, Indonesia. The findings of this study show that while micro-entrepreneurs recognize the need for technology marketing strategies, the assumption of competitive advantage highlights the need to develop plans that can differentiate our company from competitors. Furthermore, research contributions related to the importance of technical marketing strategies to the performance of a company can be achieved by paying attention to the results of decision-making, having a wide network to introduce products, and the results owned are very useful for business development so far.

One of its efforts is to support service referrals from First Level Health Facilities (FKTP) such as puskesmas, clinics, or independent practice doctors. For this reason, as a referral center for health services, hospital services must always maintain the quality of their services to provide quality services and ensure patient safety in hospitals. Health workers generally dominate the workforce in the hospital, and generally, the workforce in the hospital is mostly female workers. Be it as doctors, nurses, pharmacists, nutritionists, medical analysts, radiographers, and other non-health workers in the hospital. Hospitals are currently required to provide quality services, resulting in a high workload for female employees. Therefore, they experience physical and psychological fatigue. In addition, married female workers must be professional in separating personal matters at home from problems at work.

Berdasarkan mapping permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra dari hasil wawancara dan observasi, masih diperlukan program pengabdian desa binaan dengan sosialisasi dan pendampingan smart government berbasis ICT melalui aplikasi whatsapp secara bertahap menuju smart village melalui aplikasi administrasi e-government dalam layanan masyarakat desa. Terdapat beberapa tahapan metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan, yaitu: melalui FGD, pelatihan dan juga sosialisasi. Hasil dari program ini adalah meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien.

The population in this study was all non ASN employees of Jember Regency Government working period 2020. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method that is the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. The number of samples in this assessment was 52 respondents from the Regional Secretariat and all Agencies in the Jember Regency Government. This research uses primary data in the form of questionnaire. Data analysis method used in this study is the path analysis method. Based on the results of research and discussion shows that compensation influences job satisfaction, work environment has an effect on job satisfaction, compensation has an effect on performance, the work environment has an effect on performance, and the work environment has an effect on Job Satisfaction

The population in this study are Bank employees. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling by setting the criteria for permanent employees and working time is at least 1 year, so the sample in this study amounted to 246 employees. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS software version 3.2.6. The results of this study indicate that the learning organization has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, the learning organization has a positive and significant effect on work engagement, and work engagement has a positive and significant effect employees. Companies can continuously make efforts to build awareness of learning to employees to achieve good performance from employees

Literature on relationship marketing in developing country has a unique characteristic. Sampling in this research used a purposive sampling with all customers. Data were analyzed through path analysis. The results showed that relationship marketing is a sustainable process that requires a company to communicate with customers. Relationship marketing is more than creating short-term transaction to build and to improve the long-term relation with the customers. It is recommended that future research explore the customers’ characteristics and marketing strategies of expedition company.

Hospitals are currently required to provide quality services, resulting in a high workload for female employees. Therefore, they experience physical and psychological fatigue. In addition, married female workers must be professional in separating personal matters at home from problems at work.

Berdasarkan mapping permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra dari hasil wawancara dan observasi, masih diperlukan program pengabdian desa binaan dengan sosialisasi dan pendampingan smart government berbasis ICT melalui aplikasi whatsapp secara bertahap menuju smart village melalui aplikasi administrasi e-government dalam layanan masyarakat desa. Terdapat beberapa tahapan metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan, yaitu: melalui FGD, pelatihan dan juga sosialisasi. Hasil dari program ini adalah meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien.

The population in this study was all non ASN employees of Jember Regency Government working period 2020. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method that is the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. The number of samples in this assessment was 52 respondents from the Regional Secretariat and all Agencies in the Jember Regency Government. This research uses primary data in the form of questionnaire. Data analysis method used in this study is the path analysis method. Based on the results of research and discussion shows that compensation influences job satisfaction, work environment has an effect on job satisfaction, compensation has an effect on performance, the work environment has an effect on performance, and the work environment has an effect on Job Satisfaction

The population in this study are Bank employees. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling by setting the criteria for permanent employees and working time is at least 1 year, so the sample in this study amounted to 246 employees. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS software version 3.2.6. The results of this study indicate that the learning organization has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, the learning organization has a positive and significant effect on work engagement, and work engagement has a positive and significant effect employees. Companies can continuously make efforts to build awareness of learning to employees to achieve good performance from employees

Literature on relationship marketing in developing country has a unique characteristic. Sampling in this research used a purposive sampling with all customers. Data were analyzed through path analysis. The results showed that relationship marketing is a sustainable process that requires a company to communicate with customers. Relationship marketing is more than creating short-term transaction to build and to improve the long-term relation with the customers. It is recommended that future research explore the customers’ characteristics and marketing strategies of expedition company.
