A Study on Employee Engagement and Their Impact on Employee Performance

Employee Engagement refers the level of commitment and involvement of the employees towards their organization and its values. The aim of this study is to study the impact of employee engagement on employee performance and also to study the factors affecting employee engagement. The factors are pay and benefits, Health and safety, Performance appraisal, performance of the company, communication, training, leadership, grievance procedure, career development and other benefits. The research design of the study is causal and descriptive in nature. The data are collected through structured questionnaire and the sample size is 100 employees. For the analysis of the data descriptive statistic, Kolmogorav-simirnov test and cross tabulation. The result of the study discovered that employees are satisfied with overall performance of the company. All the factors of Employee engagement are affecting the employee performance in the positive way at the organization.
The Relationship Between Antecedents of Employee Engagement & Employee Engagement in Banking Sector

This study aims to find the precursors that influence employees engagement, as the organizational performance becomes progressively worse due to high turnover and related matters such as high absenteeism, low loyalty and productivity. This exploratory research was conducted among employees working in the banking sector to test the relationship between the antecedents comprising of employee communication, employee development, reward and recognition and extended employee care. Structured questionnaire was the best method to collect data. The researcher used statistical inference & Multiple Regression to test the relationship between variables. The result shows that there is a significant relationship between antecedents comprising of employee communication, employee development, reward and recognition and extended employee care. Among the antecedents, employee development forms the most significant contributor. The data was collected directly from employees working in various banking sector across Aqaba, Jordan. It provides first hand information on relationship between Antecedents and employee engagement.

The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between organizational learning with employee engagement. Primary data were gathered through selfadministered survey questionnaires. 100 respondents participated in the study and all of the respondents came from commercial bank in Malaysia. Method used to distribute the survey questionnaires was through "drop off and pick up" method due to the minimum interaction by the investigator with the respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS and findings indicated that employees valued development opportunity provided by organisations for example development through training, mentoring and coaching. The level of dedication and interest that employee demonstrates toward their company and its values is referred to as employee engagement. An engaged worker understands the business environment and works with coworkers to improve performance for the benefit of the company. It is a positive attitude that staff members have toward the company and its values. This study aimed to evaluate the factors affecting employee engagement at Chemsol Polymer Industries Pvt. Ltd in Pune, Maharashtra and how it influences organizational performance. Engaged employees exhibit heightened performance, higher productivity, and satisfaction with organization policies. Communication, leadership, job satisfaction, and reward systems play significant roles in employee engagement. Organizational performance is important, but other variables like company culture and external market conditions also impact overall success. Improvements in organizational performance can lead to positive outcomes in employee engagement. Further research is needed to fully understand the impact of organizational performance on overall success and to explore other potential factors influencing employee engagement.
A Comparative Analysis of Employee Engagement
The current research study explores employee engagement in public and private sector. The study explores and enumerates the factors which would lead to employee engagement in public and private sector, in banks and insurance companies focusing on front line and managerial level of employees. The objective of the research study was also to investigate how public and private sectors influence employee engagement, in two types of organizations (Banks & Insurance) and at two levels of organizational hierarchy. Sample consisted of 280 employees working in public and private sector organizations. Employee engagement scale was developed by Gallup organization. The data were analyzed with the help of ANOVA and t-test in order to see the significance of difference among various groups. Employee Engagement was found to be better in case of private sector, and when Motivation was compared in two types of organizations within public and private i.e Bank and Insurance, it was found that the employees of Insurance had better motivation than Bank employees. Positive Feedback was better in case of private sector than public sector. The difference between the two was also found to be significant. Assessing the work engagement, work practices and work performance in banks
The aim of this study is to measure the importance of work engagement, high work practices, and their impact on employees' work performance in the banking sector. This thesis was examined on three variables, work engagement , work practices, and work performance. In order to achieve this objective, this research adopted quantitative approach. For this, convenience sampling technique was used and survey questionnaire based on closed-ended questions and 06 scales. A total of 150 questionnaires was distributed and 127 valid responses collected. Data were analyzed through using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). To ind out the result, Regression and Correlation test techniques were used. The key indings of the study propose that there is a signiiicantly positive link between work engagement, work practices, and work performance. The conclusion of this examination might be very helpful for the Banking Sector in order to improve performance of their employees through keeping highly engaged in work and high involvement of work practices that contribute on the way to the achievement of the organization as well as employee's personal accomplishment.

Impact of Employee Engagement on the Effectiveness of Employee Performance: An Empirical Study
In recent years, it has been noted that there is a developing problem with employee engagement. The degree of employee engagement revealed the degree of the employee's dedication and overall relationship with the values. The study of employee engagement is comparable to the advantages of employment for the company in this business environment. The study focused on analyzing the variables that affect employee engagement through the use of frequency tables and the KS test. According to the findings from the study, 53% of respondents were pleased with the payment plans, and the null hypothesis was rejected, indicating that employees are content with the human resources perks the company offers. Setting objectives and achieving expectations are made easier through employee engagement. 50% of respondents strongly agreed that it is important for policies and procedures to be communicated to employees in a way that helps them understand their roles, execute their jobs well, and hold justice accountable for all Fairway employees. As a result, the researchers concluded that organizations must take real steps to improve and retain employee engagement and that investment, effort, time, and commitment all work together to create a successful endeavor.

Rapidly changing business environment requires organization to gain competitive advantage in order to survive.
