Analisa chlorampenicol pada udang windu secara spektrofotometri berbasis reaksi diazotasi telah d... more Analisa chlorampenicol pada udang windu secara spektrofotometri berbasis reaksi diazotasi telah dilakukan. sulfanilamid digunakan sebagai sumber garam diazo yang akan dikopling dengan chlorampenicol. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan beberapa optimasi seperti optimasi suhu, volume HCl, volume NaNO2, volume sulfanilamid dan waktu kopling. Senyawa yang dihasilkan yaitu senyawa azo sulfanilamid-chlorampenicol berwarna kuning jernih yang akan diukur dengan spektrofotometri visible. Dilakukan aplikasi pada sampel udang windu yang telah dipreparasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian chlorampenicol pada sampel udang windu, diperoleh nilai koefisien variasi pada konsentrasi chlorampenicol 20 µg/mL, 40 µg/mL dan 70 µg/mL berturut turut sebesar 4,0269 %, 1,9509 % dan 4,2771 %. dengan rata rata sebesar 3,4183 % lebih kecil 1/8,5 dibandingkan CV Horwitz sebesar 9,2777%. The study about the comparison of analytical performance of the determination of Pb metal ions us... more The study about the comparison of analytical performance of the determination of Pb metal ions using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer in various laboratories in samarinda has been conducted. The validated methods are linearity, detection limits, quantity and precision limits. The results showed, a standardized regression test obtained by laboratory A, a value of R2 ≥ 0.4103, laboratory B a value of R2 ≥ 0.983 and laboratory C, a value of R2 ≥ 0.000. The detection limit found at laboratory A was 0.6728 µg/L, laboratory B was 0.1989 µg/L and laboratory C was 0.0001 µg/L. The quantization limit obtained by laboratory A was 0.6817 µg/L, laboratory B was 0.6063 µg/L and laboratory C was 0.0001 µg/L. The precision test of laboratory A was 7.2208, laboratory B was 5.4557 and laboratory C was 0,000. The result of determining Pb of gas station soil samples in laboratory A is 0.737 µg/L and laboratory B is 0.391 µg/L, so that means they have exceeded the quality standards set...

Development of chlorampenicol analytical method UV-VIS spectrophotometry based on the diazotation... more Development of chlorampenicol analytical method UV-VIS spectrophotometry based on the diazotation reaction at cold temperatures has been carried out. In this study, a coupling reaction was carried out between diazonium salt sourced from sulfanilamide and chlorampenicol, diazonium salt was made by reacting sodium nitrite and HCl with sulfanilamide. In the manufacturing process and the coupling reaction between diazonium salt and chlorampenicol was carried out at cold temperatures and the resulting compound was stable at ± 10°C. The compound formed was an azo sulfanilamide-CAP compound and was measured by UV-Vis spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 400,941 nm.

Synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) was made by chemical reduction method. The reaction bet... more Synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) was made by chemical reduction method. The reaction between silver nitrate (AgNO 3) with trisodium citrate will form silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) which are characterized by a significant color change from clear to yellow. The resulting silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) were characterized using a UV-Vis Spectrophotometer in the optimization stage in order to obtain AgNPs that were already in optimum condition and produced a stable yellow color. The results of the UV-Vis Spectrophotometer characterization showed that the most optimum nanoparticles were found at a concentration of 1 mM using a heating temperature of 85 0 C with the addition of 7 mL of trisodium citrate in 13 minutes. The use of trisodium citrate in the synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) acts as a reducing agent and stabilizer. The stability test of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) was carried out for 15 days and produced a stable color on the 7 th day which was indicated by the color of the yellow solution.

Research on the determination of Pb 2+ ions (lead)in hair repair shop employee in the city of Sam... more Research on the determination of Pb 2+ ions (lead)in hair repair shop employee in the city of Samarinda. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the concentration of lead ions in the workshop employees hair against old age and work. Measurements of Pb 2+ ions (lead) was performed using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS). Hair cut into small pieces, washed, crushed or burned into ashes and homogenized and analyzed by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS). The results obtained from the measurement and analysis of Pb 2+ ions concentration in hair repair shop employee is 0.2193 ppm and 0.3665 ppm lowest to highest. Has been done Preconcentration method was used by off-line method, water samples were passed through the column and eluted with 0.1 M H2SO4. The eluate was taken and detected by using Spectrophotometer UV Visible. Optimum composition of modified resin Rice straw ash Ca Alginat were at 1% Na Alginate, 0.1 M CaCl2, and 0.5 g rice straw ash. The result of research shown the optimum condition of retention capacity ion Mn(II) was 0.08211 mg Mn / gr resin. The best sorption at pH 2, and optimum condition of eluent concentration 0.1 M H2SO4, sample volume 12 mL and eluent volume was 5 mL. Potential of Ciplukan plant as natural antioxidants, the aim of this research is to determine the... more Potential of Ciplukan plant as natural antioxidants, the aim of this research is to determine the antioxidant potential of Ciplukan plant. First step is to know the active compound of the plant. Alkaloid and saponin are present at ciplukan leaves, stem and fruit, meanwhile steroid is present at leaves and stem. Moreover, flavonoid and triterpenoid is only present at stem and fruit, respectively. Phytochemical test are employed to dermine the active compound in the leaves, stem and fruit of ciplukan. Brine shimp lethality test are conducted to determine toxicity of the extract.The LC 50 from the leaves extract is 962.054 ppm, stem extract is 753.558 ppm and at the fruit is 1.004,73 ppm . The result of research showed that degradation and is big of elimination percent of copper metal have with the effect of time contact and voltage at optimum hence in getting results of final concentration of iron (Fe) successive plate 4,02 ppm and 2,84 ppm of concentration early 35,86 ppm and elimination percent of exclusion at optimum parameter in getting result successive 88,403 % and 92,069 %. The aims of this research are to know the ability of 2-mercaptobenzotiazole modified and unmodified celluloses for adsorbing cadmium (II) metal ion with the composition of modification. The modification processes of cellulose were done by the composition variation between cellulose and MBT of 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3. The adsorption process of metal ions by 2-mercaptobenzotiazole modified cellulose were done by shaking at pH 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 with the effect of metal ions concentration of 0.05; 0.1; 0,15; 0,2, and 0,25 mg/L. The analysis of functional groups of cellulose-MBT and cellulose unmodified was using FTIR Spectrophotometer. This research is more focused on the selection parameters of polystyrene-based resin production using diethylene triamine penta-acetate (DTPA) light, which used as a prototype for improved scale production. The Plackett-Burman design was used to select variables that have significant influence in Methylaminopolystyrene-Diethylenetriaminepentaacetate (MAP-DTPA) resin synthesis. Has been done Preconcentration method was used by off-line method, water samples were passed through the column and eluted with 0.1 M H2SO4. The eluate was taken and detected by using Spectrophotometer UV Visible. Optimum composition of modified resin Rice straw ash Ca Alginat were at 1% Na Alginate, 0.1 M CaCl2, and 0.5 g rice straw ash. The result of research shown the optimum condition of retention capacity ion Mn(II) was 0.08211 mg Mn / gr resin. The best sorption at pH 2, and optimum condition of eluent concentration 0.1 M H2SO4, sample volume 12 mL and eluent volume was 5 mL. The analytical performance of this method was good for determination of ion Mn(II) that could be evaluated by limit of detection about 0.7727 mg/L with the reproducibility level shown by the precentage of the coefficient variance was 1.179 %. The addition of ionic silver (Ag) in a solution of copper (Cu) using varying concentrations of silver (Ag) 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 ppm. The results showed that the effect of the addition of ionic silver (Ag) 4,6, 8, 10 and 12 resulted in changes in the levels of copper (Cu) are deposited successively in the ppm concentration is 9.375; 9.324; 9.272; 9.168; 9.142 and 9.116. First step is to know the active compound of the plant. Alkaloid and saponin are present at ciplukan leaves, stem and fruit, meanwhile steroid is present at leaves and stem. Moreover, flavonoid and triterpenoid is only present at stem and fruit, respectively. Phytochemical test are employed to dermine the active compound in the leaves, stem and fruit of ciplukan. Brine shimp lethality test are conducted to determine toxicity of the extract.The LC 50 from the leaves extract is 962.054 ppm, stem extract is 753.558 ppm and at the fruit is 1.004,73 ppm . Antioxidant activity measurement conducted by reacting the sample with 1,1-difenil-2-pikrilhidrazil radical and measures the absorbance at wavelength 517 nm. Vitamin C is use as positive control. The result of research showed that degradation and is big of elimination percent of copper metal have with the effect of time contact and voltage at optimum hence in getting results of final concentration of iron (Fe) successive plate 4,02 ppm and 2,84 ppm of concentration early 35,86 ppm and elimination percent of exclusion at optimum parameter in getting result successive 88,403 % and 92,069 %. While the results of the final concentration of Aluminium (Al) successive plate 2,38 ppm dan 2,22 ppm of concentration early 35,86 ppm and elimination percent of exclusion at optimum parameter in getting result successive 93,363 % dan 93,814%.
