Since its independence Republic of Moldova takes great efforts to align with the big family of th... more Since its independence Republic of Moldova takes great efforts to align with the big family of the European Union and in July 2014 it has made a huge step towards this by signing the Association Agreement and Free Trade Agreement with the EU. These impose our country to accelerate reforms and take all possible measures in order to reduce the gap of economic and socio-cultural development, adjusting it to the EU standards. One of the most sensible issues is the rural space conservation and further durable development that needs wide types of actions in almost all aspects. In the paper the authors consider what are EU investments for the rural development that will sum up with some conclusions and recommendations to be implemented in the Republic of Moldova.
The paper aims to establish a framework based on the method of LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) and LC... more The paper aims to establish a framework based on the method of LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) and LCCA (Life Cycle Cost Analysis) in order to select the best parameters of apple technology by identifying the particularities of fruit production technologies and providing practical recommendations on how to approach the two methods. The methodology of the paper is the use of LCA and LCCA methods, as techniques for assessing the environmental elements associated with the technological process and the economic indicators. The paper was meant to be part of a project whose purpose is to develop a decision and management instrument for the fruit farm Istrița, USAMV of Bucharest. The results consist in a technological and economic structure suitable for application to the selected apple tree technologies, in conventional and ecological system.

Reform of national economy was oriented towards substitution of an old, outdated and almost collapsed socioeconomic system by one capable to ensure the continued progress in society. Thus this reform could be done mainly through fiscal legitimacy and enforcement of tax administration, which may best be achieved through establishing clear, transparent, and predictable rules and procedures, especially in the administrative aspects of the tax system. The successful examples of cluster formation on the global level are been considered. The paper indicated the necessities of conversion the economy of Republic of Moldova to the innovation way of development, the necessities of using scientific achievements in the real sector of economy, the necessities of science, technology and innovation. There are allocated perspective industries, which can be prospective for innovative enterprises in Republic of Moldova. The paper is identified priorities for the clusters creation in Moldova.

Negative effects within this segment of national economy could be reduced through land plots consolidation, development of agricultural market on the Best Practices base. It's considered economic mechanisms for the increase of land plots production through irrigation, landscaping, soil protection, etc. The specific of small agricultural exploitations is that entrepreneur is owner, manager, investor, worker at the same time, and must have a wide range of knowledge to achieve the success and to do all rolls mentioned above in a proper way.

Moreover, for us agriculture has a significant contribution to the gross domestic product, which even if reduced from 36.14% to 15.23% in 1990 to 2014, remains the backbone of the national economy. The formation of the new economic system passes through a difficult stage of the country’s joint efforts with those of the international community. The article is meditated on the development of national economy, the spatial orientation of trade relations, and the vector integration of the national economy. The authors come up with some proposals that would accelerate and streamline of the process of implementation of the Association Agreement and the subsequent integration of the national economy in the European Union.

The article reflects on the internal market of food products, studies the import and export of food products, pursuant to which the authors come up with some proposals that would change the situation on the domestic food market for the better.

Until the 90s of last century the main consumer of our drinks was the Russian Federative Republic. On its markets we sold more than four fifths of wines from grapes and more than 90 percent of sparkling wine. After the approval of the Declaration of Independence (August 27, 1991), our country has made considerable efforts to reform the national economy, to transition from centrally managed economy to a market economy that and allows the manufacturer to direct activities according to demand and primarily domestic market. The request of grapes and grape products on the domestic market rules according to our traditions and previous practice and must be covered entirely by the local production. This process is lengthy, laborious and often contradictory, especially in rural areas. In the given article we consider the process of transition in rural areas from kolkhozy/collective farms to market economy entities through the prism of organizational policies, activities, staff of contemporary agricultural enterprises based on example of Brinzenii Vechi village, Telenesti, Moldova. That will be followed by some conclusions on the role of management as well as the impact on sustainability of local development.

In our country's agriculture, significant changes have been produced generated by the agrarian reform that "can be efficient only on the condition of the development of market relations". The article reflects on the evolution of innovative activity, formation of innovation potential, motivational system and proposes some measures that would boost the intellectual property.

Today, almost a quarter of a century since the adoption of the agrarian reform and of the concept of the village’s social and economic development, we are presenting a rural development evaluation study.

The functionality of the new economic system, based on market relations and open to the world, of... more The functionality of the new economic system, based on market relations and open to the world, often marked by dynamism, uncertainty and risk, sometimes even hostility, depends to an increasing extent on the prowess to conjugate own efforts with neighbours, on cross-border cooperation, including within the Euro-region. In the socio-economic development of Moldova’s administrative-territorial units, as members of Euro-region, important changes have undoubtedly occurred, not only in shape, but also in concept. This situation requires intensified concerns, including studies related to the socio-economic developments in the administrative-territorial units. In this article the authors take into consideration the objectives and achievements associated to the Euro-region administrative-territorial units, coming with proposals that might contribute to their further development.
