Esta investigación se llevó a cabo debido a la gran interrogante que existe de cómo es que afecta... more Esta investigación se llevó a cabo debido a la gran interrogante que existe de cómo es que afecta el estrés en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes. Teniendo como objetivo determinar los efectos del estrés en el rendimiento de los estudiantes de la licenciatura en psicología a través de la aplicación de un instrumento que determinará la asociación entre dichas variables. Con este instrumento se utilizó el método cuantitativo, el cual permitió identificar las variables con mayor incidencia que afecta el rendimiento académico de los Año 14 / Núm. 36 / julio-diciembre 2021 Revista de Investigación Académica sin Frontera ISSN 2007-8870 2 alumnos. Esto mediante la recolección de los datos a través de una encuesta en línea. Fueron 33 los participantes de la investigación, de los cuales se obtuvo como resultado que el 69.7% de los alumnos presenta estrés medio, 18.2% estrés alto y el 12.1 estrés bajo. Se llegó a la conclusión que son muchas las causas y los efectos que generan estrés y esto influye en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes. Algunas de ellas son la carga excesiva de tareas y trabajos con altos niveles de exigencia, el tiempo limitado para hacer dichas actividades, trastorno de sueño, problemas de concentración para realizar cualquier actividad. Estos pueden ser generados por diversos factores, dependiendo de las circunstancias de cada estudiante, el entorno social como las relaciones familiares.

The transcendence of the COVID-19 pandemic in education has transformed the way students use info... more The transcendence of the COVID-19 pandemic in education has transformed the way students use information and communication technologies (ICT) to take virtual classes since the closure of universities, so this research aims to describe how students in the School of Administrative Sciences at the Autonomous University of Baja California use ICT in times of COVID-19 to take their classes. The results obtained show that ICT management directly and indirectly influences students’ collaborative work, and in a direct way, the responsible use of ICT in the teaching–learning process. It also includes a construct validation of the ICT factor in the teaching–learning process and COVID-19 by means of confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), an analysis procedure in structural equation modeling (SEM).

The course was taught in “SAETI, Sistema de apoyo a la educación con tecnologías de internet” (Support System to education with Information Technologies). The instructional design of the course was tested on this platform with students of fourth and fifth semester. This research was done under a quasi-experimental focus with a quantitative approach. Once the online instructional design was developed, an evaluation instrument was applied to measure the effectiveness of the use and application of an online instructional design. The student sample to be selected was made with two natural class groups, one control and one experimental group. El desarrollo de las TIC en el siglo XXI ha sido un proceso de cambios vertiginosos, impulsando a... more El desarrollo de las TIC en el siglo XXI ha sido un proceso de cambios vertiginosos, impulsando a los gobiernos a implementar políticas públicas que permitan a las sociedades insertarse en la sociedad de la información y del conocimiento. El objetivo es describir las realidades y retos del docente de nivel primaria en el uso de la tecnología como herramienta para la enseñanza en tiempos de contingencia, mediante el método de investigación cualitativo fenomenológico, para comprender la experiencia del docente en la modalidad educativa a distancia. Este estudio se desarrolla bajo la perspectiva teórica-metodológica del paradigma interpretativo. Es una investigación de corte cualitativa enfocada al diseño fenomenológico. Se concluye en que el reto más significativo del trabajo desde casa es lograr la colaboración entre el padre de familia, alumno y docente.

La muestra fue de 135 participantes, de los cuales 27.3% pertenece al área médica, 28.7 a enfermería, 8% paramédico, 13.3% administración y 22.7% puesto afín. Los resultados arrojaron que la calidad de vida incide de manera significativa en antigüedad, área y puesto desempeñado.

A study of the quality of work life in education is presented, where the objective was to know th... more A study of the quality of work life in education is presented, where the objective was to know the aspects that influence the quality of life of the teacher who works at the basic level education, through a quantitative study. The research questions were: what aspects have the greatest impact on the quality of life of the teacher? Is the quality of life of the teacher related to the work environment? for the data processing, the statistical package SPSS was used, where the perception of the work team, satisfaction with their work and colleagues and working conditions were the main aspects. As a result, it was found thattheworking conditions are optimal for the performance of the teachers, there is camaraderie and support among the staff who work in the institution, and they are satisfied with their academic activities, which shows that their quality of life is good, which is reflected in the academic performance of students.
