Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 3 (tiga) siklus pembelajaran dan setiap siklus terdiri dari 3 (tiga) kali pertemuan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimental. Popolasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas XI SMAN 1 Terara yang terdiri dari empat kelas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang kemampuan regulasi kognisi peserta didik dalam pembelajaran dengan model RML ( reflective metacognitive learning ) dengan fase: (1) refleksi orientasi, (2) refleksi organisasi, (3) refleksi eksekusi, dan (4) refleksi verifikasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa lembar validasi untuk mengevaluasi produk yang dihasilkan berupa silabus, rencana pembelajaran, lembar kegiatan siswa, dan tes pengetahuan metakognisi. Methodology - This experimental study began with developing the RML Model, which covered planning, development and evaluation. A focus group discussion involving four experts in science education was conducted to determine the validity of the RML Model and its supporting devices in terms of content validity and construct validity. This research is a quasi-experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study were 25 students of science in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Lombok Tengah chosen using the saturated sample technique. Metacognition Awerness Inventory (MAI) is used to collect metacognition awareness data of students who are analyzed using paired t-test and Wilcoxon test samples. This research is a quasi-experimental study with one group pretest-posttest design in 25 physics education students of FPMIPA IKIP Mataram. Descriptive and statistical analysis using the n-gain equation and paired samples test was conducted to evaluate the validity and effectiveness of the product. The resulting product development is an thematic-integrative Worksheet to support a learning process that can improve critical thinking skills. The thematic-integrative worksheets developed have met the criteria of validity and according to the expert. The test results have shown that the thematic-integrative Worksheet teaching materials are more effective. All learning tools used are in valid categories and are eligible for use. This dedication is done with the aim that the students have the ability in the cultivation of oyster mushrooms. The method used in this activity is the diffusion method of science and technology. With work procedures, namely 1) planning, 2) action, 3) mentoring, 4) evaluation. The result of this activity is that this service activity is able to improve the skills of students in the cultivation of oyster mushrooms, increase the interest and motivation of students in terms of entrepreneurship.

The learning of the previous century emphasized literacy in reading, writing, and mathematics, wherein the 21st century they were used as the basis for developing new literacy, namely human, data and technological literacy which is very important to face the current and future globalization era. Innovative learning in the 21st century is oriented towards activities to practice essential skills according to the framework for 21st-century skills, namely life and career skills, innovation and learning skills, and information, media and ICT skills. Learning characteristics to train these essential skills, lead to learning processes that are interactive, holistic, integrative, scientific, contextual, thematic, effective, collaborative, and student-centred so that in their implementation educators can design activities by selecting learning methods/models that can accommodate overall characteristics are comprehensive. Assessment in 21st century learning is compiled and developed to measure student learning achievement which includes knowledge competencies (critical thinking and problem solving, creativity and innovation, collaboration, communication), intrapersonal competencies (work skills in teams, collaboration, communication, cooperation, and coordination), and interpersonal competence (the ability to work with others such as the ability to self-management, cooperation, effective communication, and the ability to maintain relationships with others emotionally). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang kemampuan regulasi kognisi peserta didik dalam pembelajaran dengan model RML ( reflective metacognitive learning ) dengan fase: (1) refleksi orientasi, (2) refleksi organisasi, (3) refleksi eksekusi, dan (4) refleksi verifikasi. Innovative learning in the 21st century is oriented towards activities to practice essential skills according to the framework for 21st-century skills, namely life and career skills, innovation and learning skills, and information, media and ICT skills. Learning characteristics to train these essential skills, lead to learning processes that are interactive, holistic, integrative, scientific, contextual, thematic, effective, collaborative, and student-centred so that in their implementation educators can design activities by selecting learning methods/models that can accommodate overall characteristics are comprehensive.
