In view of the low efficiency of novelty retrieval files management in current library informatio... more In view of the low efficiency of novelty retrieval files management in current library information retrieval department,this paper puts forward the construction of novelty retrieval database system based on web by using ASP technology.the system adopts multi-channel access and statistical methods to put an end to the rights to operate without permission.The establishment of the system has important practical value in improving the efficiency of data management.

Indeed, the Covid-19 pandemic further deepened poverty and global inequalities (GI) as it further... more Indeed, the Covid-19 pandemic further deepened poverty and global inequalities (GI) as it further perpetuated the unfair and unequal distribution of resources in any society. This essay agrees with this assertion and will go ahead to prove with facts and statistics how the recent pandemic impacted poverty and global inequality. It will explore how the social and economic crisis resulting from the pandemic caused a shift in poverty determinants and drivers of inequality. Premised on the realism and liberalism theory of international relations, I will further develop my argument by studying case studies of the response of the United States and Nigeria during the Covid-19 pandemic and the role of the World Health Organization (WHO) in vaccine distribution. These case studies were selected as their situations give credence to how global inequalities deepened between developing and non-developing economies.

Organizations at all levels are rapidly becoming digitalized and transformed into contemporary fo... more Organizations at all levels are rapidly becoming digitalized and transformed into contemporary forms of digital organizations (Zeike, et. al. 2019). Since the emergence of modern technologies such as the first digital computer and the lunch of the “World Wide Web”, more business and non-business organizations have become reliant on digital technologies to reach higher levels of efficiency and gain competitive advantage (Khan, 2016). The digitalization of organizations means that the leadership structures within the organizations must equally be transformed to reflect a digitalized makeup. Managers and leaders must learn and demonstrate the necessary digital leadership attributes and skills that will enable them to actively direct and manage teams in digital environments.According to John Chambers, Cisco " at least 40% of businesses globally will die in the next 10 years if they fail to figure out to modify organizational structure to accommodate new and emerging technologies".The purpose of this work is to reiterate the importance of digital leadership as well as highlight my leadership capabilities A personal development plan will also be developed to plot a future career development trajectory .
