Globalization was initially considered to have a positive impact on society in various fields of ... more Globalization was initially considered to have a positive impact on society in various fields of life. But in reality, globalization also has an impact that affects the mindset, behavior, and socio-cultural life of the community. TikTok is a social media that is loved by the people of Indonesia. One of the things that has shocked TikTok social media is the rise of LGBT content. The presence of LGBT content raises various views and influences for TikTok social media users. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method that provides a description, describes, explains, or describes a complex situation. Data collection techniques in this study used online questionnaires and used books, journal articles and other literatures that were coherent with the objects of discussion. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the rise of LGBT content or the content of LGBT creators will affect the mindset of the community that LGBT is not a deviant behavior and will be normalized. If LGBT behavior is normalized, it will damage the social order of society and threaten the existence of human existence itself. In religious teachings, both Islam and Christianity strongly oppose LGBT behavior. Meanwhile, in human rights, the implementation of human rights must be in accordance with the values of Pancasila and the law in Indonesia. The fulfillment of rights will always be limited by the rights of others as well. So the behavior of LGBT is very contrary to the values of Pancasila.

Se... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian insentif pada kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menguji pengaruh moderasi dari lama kerja. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu moderated regression analysis. Dimana metode ini adalah salah satu metode regresi linier berganda yang melihat interaksi antar dua variabel independent. Adapun sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 50 orang karyawan Oppo di Kota Palopo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian insentif berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan lama kerja tidak memoderasi pengaruh pemberian insentif pada kinerja karyawan.

Penelitian ini dimulai dengan pendeteksian bagian wajah dan bukan wajah pada citra menggunakan metode skin detection. Citra asli RGB dikonversi ke dalam model warna YCbCr, kemudian dilakukan pemisahan atau segmentasi piksel warna kulit pada komponen krominan berdasarkan threshold yang telah ditentukan. Hasil citra segmentasi dikenai morfologi opening (erosi diikuti dilasi) untuk menghilangkan derau. Kemudian dilakukan pelabelan dan pemotongan citra yang diidentifikasi sebagai wajah. Bilangan ini mewakili 22.8% daripada 558 takson pada peringkat spesies dan ke bawah, 29.1% daripada 158 genus dan 39.1% daripada 46 famili yang telah dilaporkan bagi Semenanjung Malaysia sehingga kini. Bilangan ini juga mewakili 61.1% daripada 208 takson pada peringakat spesies dan ke bawah yang dilaporkan terdapat di negeri Terengganu. Daripada 127 takson yang ditemui, 16 spesies, dua subspesies dan satu varieti dilaporkan buat pertama kali bagi negeri Terengganu. Calymperaceae merupakan famili terbesar dengan 38 takson atau mewakili 29.9% daripada jumlah keseluruhan takson yang telah direkodkan bagi kawasan ini. Sematophyllaceae yang diwakili oleh 34 takson atau 26.8% adalah famili kedua terbesar. Development of Mathematical Learning Test For Student Groups With Linguistic Intelligence. This r... more Development of Mathematical Learning Test For Student Groups With Linguistic Intelligence. This research is motivated by the availability of mathematical learning outcomes test instruments that are in accordance with the intelligence of students are inadequate. Therefore this study aims to develop the necessary tests. The test development follows the model proposed by Djemari Mardapi, which starts from the preparation of test specifications, writing test questions, testing the test, refining the test and assembling the test in full. Learning outcomes indicators refer to the syllabus in the 2013 curriculum and combine it with indicators of linguistic intelligence which then produce specific questions for groups of students with linguistic intelligence. The results of the field trials show that the test items developed have the ideal differentiation and difficulty level. The results of the application of the test on 27 students with linguistic intelligence showed that the mathematics learning outcomes of students of class VIII linguistic intelligence in SMP Negeri 7 Cirebon had reached KKM of 70.37%. Of the 27 students there were 3 students (11.11%) included in the less category, 5 students (18.52%) which included enough categories, 15 students (55.56%) which included good categories, and 4 students (14.81%) which included very good categories. From the results of the research, it was found that dominant students with linguistic intelligence who were given tests according to linguistic intelligence tended to obtain better mathematics learning outcomes than students with other intelligences who were given similar tests.
