A Study on the seasonal prevalence of gastrointestinal Trichuris species in Sheep and Goats were carried during 2022 to 2023. Total 720 fecal samples were collected from various Talukas of Amravati district of Maharashtra. The highest prevalence of Trichuris species were recorded in the winter i.e. 63.39%, whereas the prevalence was lowest in the summer season i.e.32.75%. The median range of prevalence was noted in the monsoon i.e. 44.69%. In the above study it was observed that the prevalence of Trichuris species was recorded highest in the winter season and lowest in the summer season. Age and sex wise Trichuris species infection examined, female host were more prevalence 43.75% then Male host 29.16% likewise, age-wise, there were no more differences; they were near about similar, i.e., in kids (41.66%), young (41.96%), and in Adults (41.69%) because of lack of cleanliness, poor management practices and less awareness about deworming.

In the present study, we found that the free amino acid content alters during dieldrin exposure for 90 days at four different concentrations. At 14 days exposure period free amino acid contents were observed less, which later on showed an ascending trend up to the end of the experiment. In the lowest concentration of same toxicant from 0.1mg/kg to 0.5mg/kg body weight of mice for 14 days produced non-significant result but same toxicant at highest concentrations dose (2mg/kg body weight of mice) produced a significant impact on the liver FAA of mice as compared to control. It was proved that the impact of dieldrin on mice was duration dependant.

concern due to ever increasing human developmental activities that over exploit and pollute the water resources. This study
was aimed to estimate current status of physico-chemical characteristic of this Lake. The lake water quality was analyzed
for physico- chemical parameters over a period of one year. Every water sample was analyzed for temperature in air and
water, pH, dissolved oxygen, total hardness, total alkalinity, biological oxygen demand and chemical oxygen demand were
analyzed for a period of one year from June 2017 to May 2018. The results indicated that physico-chemical parameters of
the water were within the permissible limits and can be used for domestic, irrigation and pisciculture.

Due to their attractiveness and omnipresence they have acquired a niche in the prose and poetry of various cultures. Therefore, they have made excellent subject for natural history observations and scientific studies. Butterflies are very useful to mankind because they help in pollinating the crop plants and other flowering plants. To accommodate an ever increasing population, man has ruthlessly exploited and destroyed Wildlife habitats. Loss, fragmentation or transformation of habitats have been mainly due to changes in use of land such as urbanization, industrialization, agricultural development, vegetation manipulation, shifting cultivation, introduction of exotics etc. Natural habitats such as forests, grassland, deserts, wetlands, mangroves, coral reefs etc. are under tremendous pressure due to increasing population densities and activities of human beings. Butterflies pollinate the crop plants grown worldwide for food, beverages, fibers, condiments, spices and medicines.

The results indicated that physico-chemical parameters of the water were within the permissible limits and can be used for domestic, irrigation and pisciculture. Introduction: The Harsul lake is located near Aurangabad city of Maharashtra. It is an important lake constructed on the Kham River in the year 1952. The basic purpose of this lake is to supply water in nearby locality for domestic use, irrigation and pisciculture. A few decades ago this lake was surrounded by agricultural fields, but due to construction activities now a day this lake is surrounded by many human colonies. The water is known to contain a large number of chemical elements, physical parameters such as temperature, turbidity and current are also known to operate lake ecosystem (Mustapha & Omotosho, 2005). The interaction of both physical and chemical properties of water plays a significant role in the composition, distribution and abundance of aquatic organisms. Apart from this, it also gives an insight into the relationship between the organism and their environment and can be used in determining water quality and productivity of the lake. The physic-chemical analysis study could also help in understanding of the structure and function of a particular water body in relation to its inhabitants. The proper balance of physical chemical and biological properties of water in ponds, dams, lakes and reservoirs is an essential ingredient for successful production of fish and other aquatic resources. The presence or absence of chemical elements in a water body might be a limiting factor in the productivity of such water body. The physic-chemical characteristics of a lake can be significantly altered by human activities such as various agricultural practices, irrigation as well as natural dynamics which consequently affect the water quality and quantity, species distribution and diversity, production capacity and even disruption in the balance of ecological system operating in the lake. The physico-chemical parameters and biotic communities of lentic and lotic water bodies have been already reported in detail by Yousuf (

The new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) also referred to as the COVID-19 virus. The disorder of the disease is individually different and varies greatly. Human being was infected by number of pathogenic agents, and we have evolved several mechanisms for protecting ourselves against those that are potentially pathogenic. Immune system is activated by recognition of foreign body or molecular substance, it also called antigens. By distinguishing between "self" and "non-self" these systems are able to identify, destroy, and remove foreign cells, infectious agents or antigens without directly attacking our own cells and tissues. Strong immunity plays major role in destroying pathogens from the body. In this review, we furnish a role of nutrient supplements for reinforcing immunity and maintained sanitization and hygiene for prevention of COVID-19.
