It is proposed to use graphs for developing the mathematical model of multi-link road trains with... more It is proposed to use graphs for developing the mathematical model of multi-link road trains with coupling devices of different designs. The calculation scheme is formed on the basis of the structure graph of the multi-link road train construction scheme. Next, the structure graph of the mathematical model generalized coordinates levels is written. This allows to develop the mathematical model of appropriate complexity depending on the research objectives. The developed mathematical motion model of a multi-link road train with an elastic-damping joints of their main elements was represented by a system of nonlinear inhomogeneous ordinary differential equations of the second order. The acceleration process for three-link road train with pneumatic coupling devices between train links was modeled.

The article contains the results of research and development of a system for active noise damping... more The article contains the results of research and development of a system for active noise damping of an automobile engine. The main source of noise from a running engine is exhaust noise. The frequency spectrum of this sound has a pronounced low-frequency character, which explains its weak absorption when the sound is propagating in open spaces. A possible solution to this problem is to use an active system for suppressing the resonant frequencies of the muffler using strain gauges to read the primary information about the dynamic processes that determine the noise level. It is for such active noise suppression systems that the authors develop a high-temperature pressure sensor based on strain gauges made of silicon whiskers. Such strain gauges have unique mechanical properties, are characterized by high sensitivity and the ability to operate in various amplitude-frequency and temperature ranges up to 500°C. The study of the dynamic characteristics of pressure sensors made it possible to confirm the quality of its electromechanical part and determine that the measurement error of the sensor is ±0.5 in the temperature range of 20 to 500°C. The active noise suppression system is a buffer tank whose volume changes in accordance with signals from pressure sensors. This design makes it possible to dynamically change the resonant frequency of the buffer capacitance depending on the operating modes of the engine, which leads to a decrease in its noise characteristics. Using the developed additional resonator chamber with a variable volume in the exhaust muffler of an internal combustion engine made it possible to reduce resonance phenomena in the zone of low-frequency pulsations of the exhaust gas pressure from 57 to 43 Hz with a frequency drift in the range of 310 to 350 Hz, which significantly improved its noise characteristics.

The article contains the results of research and development of a system for active noise damping... more The article contains the results of research and development of a system for active noise damping of an automobile engine. The proposed system of active noise suppression can significantly reduce the sound pressure level in the frequency band up to 500 Hz. The robotic principle of the developed system is based on the addition of an additional buffer tank with a variable volume in the silencer system. The use of high-temperature sensors with strain gauges based on silicon microcrystals to obtain information on the parameters of sound vibrations arising during the exhaust gas outflow made it possible to create a control system for changing the volume of the buffer tank. The results of testing the proposed system of active noise suppression of an internal combustion engine are presented. Design/methodology/approach: The active noise suppression system based on the Helmholtz resonator used tools to control general noise levels, experimental tests, complex mathematical modelling of acoustic processes in Solidworks, taking into account the conditions of propagation and attenuation of sound energy by intermediate closed volumes. Problem statement. Any methodology is based on knowledge about the problem. The fullness and orde... more Problem statement. Any methodology is based on knowledge about the problem. The fullness and orderliness of the base determine further volumes and possible options for implementing the methodology. Purpose. To analyze the existing ways of machine creations and propose the new effective algorithm of machine creation using the mechanism of articulated disjunction. Considering the research structure and improvement of the informational and program technologies, changes to the traditional methodology of machine creation are made. The existing paradigm: parametric and functional performance of the machine, the design of which is improved based on existing machines, is a modification of predecessors' parametric and functional performance. Proposed paradigm: parametric and functional performance of the new machine, improved based on the subject area of technical solutions, methods of design and operational conditions more precisely coincide with the technological process to realize what they are called. Proposed hypothesis: there are such methodologies of design that provide an opportunity to provide rational productivity within existing operational conditions. Methodology. Morphological space is used to form qualitative features of the created machine. The peculiarity of the proposed methodology is that the set of features of the created machine also contains subsets of processes and phenomena in which the machine is involved. This allows assessing the compliance of the process in which the machine is involved and the machine operation processes. Findings (results). The algorithm of machine creation using the mechanism of articulated disjunction is proposed. It allows the creation of the new construction at a given sequence of stages to improve at every step in a given direction based on the determined criteria. Originality (novelty). Method of articulated disjunction, which is based on the principle of formation of the set of necessary properties of the structural elements of the machine based on a given primary criterion of machine efficiency. The essence of the method of articulated disjunction is that the sample of elements that have common features and properties is reformulated based on a given criterion. The proposed method provides an opportunity to determine the advantages of one structure described by various factors, in comparison with others, based on the criterion set. Practical value. The algorithm of synthesis and improvement of existing machines allows for determining their main quality features in the initial stages of the design of machines.

The implementation and use of mobile robots in the most diverse spheres of human activity is currently an urgent task. At the same time, ensuring their reliable operation and functioning determines their effectiveness to a certain extent. Using the appropriate calculations during the designing process of various machines, in particular of mobile robots, it is possible to increase the reliability and reduce the material consumption of the developed machine prototypes, and therefore to reduce the cost of its production and maintenance. Methodology of the study. For a small mobile robot with an electromechanical transmission, a number of calculations were carried out according to the developed methodology. In order to develop the construction of an airless tire, its optimization at the stage of their design, a comprehensive method of researching the operational properties of an airless tire is proposed. The methodology includes stress-strain analysis, modal and thermal analysis of an airless tire using three-dimensional modeling using the finite element method. The airless tire was studied in the following modes of uniform movement of the wheel on a solid base: driven wheel; driving wheel; free wheel; neutral wheel; brake wheel. An example of the study of an airless tire of a mobile robot is given.

характеристики взрывного действия на окружающую среду (почву), взаимодействие последнего с элемен... more характеристики взрывного действия на окружающую среду (почву), взаимодействие последнего с элементом ограждающей конструкции; физико-механические свойства материала элемента ограждающей конструкции и представляет собой краевую задачу для нелинейного дифференциального уравнения гиперболического типа. Получены аналитические зависимости, описывающие законы изменения параметров динамики элемента ограждающей конструкции. Они служат базой для оценки ее прочностных характеристик и выбора основных параметров элементов ограждающих конструкций, которые надежно защищали объекты от взрывного действия. Предложено изменение конструкции взаимодействия защитного элемента и внешней среды. Показано, что в отличии от элементов защитных конструкцій, упругие характеристики которых удовлетворяют линейному закону упругости для рассматриваемого случая, собственная частота их колебаний зависит от амплитуды; динамическое перемещение точек защитного элемента (для постоянных характеристик взрыва и почвы) меньше для случаев материалов с меньшим значением параметра и большим значением модуля упругости. С целью уменьшения динамического воздействия взрыва на элементы ограждающей конструкции целесообразно ее плоскости опоры делать наклоненными к горизонту. Путем использования последнего можно уменьшить амплитуду колебаний защитного элемента, следовательно максимальные динамические нагрузки, обусловленные влиянием внешнего взрывного действия. Основные результаты работы могут бить обобщены и на случай непосредственного действия взрыва на защитную конструкцию, а их достоверность подтверждается получением в предельном случае известных в научных источниках результатов, касающихся линейно-упругих характеристик элементов защитных сооружений.

This allows to develop the mathematical model of appropriate complexity depending on the research objectives. Airless tires are used not only in cars, but also in vehicles used in the construction, road, for... more Airless tires are used not only in cars, but also in vehicles used in the construction, road, forestry, and robotics industries. In order to develop the construction of an airless tire, its optimization at the stage of their design, a comprehensive method of researching the operational properties of an airless tire is proposed. The methodology includes stress-strain analysis, modal and thermal analysis of an airless tire using three-dimensional modeling using the finite element method. The airless tire was studied in the following modes of uniform movement of the wheel on a solid base: driven wheel; driving wheel; free wheel; neutral wheel; brake wheel. An example of the study of an airless tire of a mobile robot is given.

характеристики взрывного действия на окружающую среду (почву), взаимодействие последнего с элемен... more характеристики взрывного действия на окружающую среду (почву), взаимодействие последнего с элементом ограждающей конструкции; физико-механические свойства материала элемента ограждающей конструкции и представляет собой краевую задачу для нелинейного дифференциального уравнения гиперболического типа. Получены аналитические зависимости, описывающие законы изменения параметров динамики элемента ограждающей конструкции. Они служат базой для оценки ее прочностных характеристик и выбора основных параметров элементов ограждающих конструкций, которые надежно защищали объекты от взрывного действия. Предложено изменение конструкции взаимодействия защитного элемента и внешней среды. Показано, что в отличии от элементов защитных конструкцій, упругие характеристики которых удовлетворяют линейному закону упругости для рассматриваемого случая, собственная частота их колебаний зависит от амплитуды; динамическое перемещение точек защитного элемента (для постоянных характеристик взрыва и почвы) меньше для случаев материалов с меньшим значением параметра и большим значением модуля упругости. С целью уменьшения динамического воздействия взрыва на элементы ограждающей конструкции целесообразно ее плоскости опоры делать наклоненными к горизонту. Путем использования последнего можно уменьшить амплитуду колебаний защитного элемента, следовательно максимальные динамические нагрузки, обусловленные влиянием внешнего взрывного действия. Основные результаты работы могут бить обобщены и на случай непосредственного действия взрыва на защитную конструкцию, а их достоверность подтверждается получением в предельном случае известных в научных источниках результатов, касающихся линейно-упругих характеристик элементов защитных сооружений.
