The concept of a circular economy promises a way out. It aims to enable effective flows of materials, energy, labour and information so that natural and social capital can be rebuilt. Rudnici ruda ţeljeza na podruĉju sjeverozapadne Bosne i Hercegovine su najveći po kapacitetu i rezervama u jugoistoĉnoj Evropi. „Rudnik Omarska“ koji pripada ljubijskoj metalogenetskoj oblasti je najveći rudnik i kao takav ima znaĉajan uticaj na ţivotnu sredinu.U ovom radu su analizirani neki faktori uticaja površinske eksploatacije „Rudnika Omarska“ na vodu. Opisani su uticaji na površinske, atmosferske, podzemne, fekalne i sanitarne vode, kao i vode iz tehnološkog procesa.Iako se u procesu pripreme ţeljezne rude ne koriste nikakvi aditivi, oneĉišćenje vode potiĉe od sedimentnih ĉestica. Kisele rudniĉke vode zagaĊene teškim metalima ugroţavaju vodne resurse, zemljište,ljude i graĊevine koje se nalaze na ugroţenom podruĉju.

Socijalni faktori (porodica, susjedstvo, predškolska ustanova, škola, vršnjaci, mas-mediji i drugo), smatraju se najvaţnijim faktorima koji utiĉu na ekološko vaspitanje i obrazovanje. Edukacijom mladih od najranijeg uzrasta formira se neophodan nivo ekološke svijesti. Ekološka svijest kod djece i omladine se razvija u procesu vaspitanja i obrazovanja, a najvaţniji faktor obrazovanja je škola. Krajnji cilj ekološkog vaspitanja i obrazovanja treba postaviti da sama liĉnost dosegne ekološku vaspitanost, neophodnu da bi se moglo pravilno odnositi prema ţivotnoj sredini. Me... more Apstrakt: Dostupnost energije osnovni je preduslov ekonomskog, društvenog i ekološkog razvoja. Menadžment energijom, u svijetu se prepoznaje kao važno sredstvo za ostvarivanje ciljeva održivog razvoja. Imajući u vidu da je energija jedan od najkritičnijih izazova sa kojima se suočava međunarodna zajednica, menadžment energijom je dugoročna obaveza na makro, mezo i mikro nivou. Osnovu održivog razvoja energetike čine menadžment obnovljivim izvorima energije i povećanje energetske efikasnosti. Uopšteno, principi menadžmenta se mogu primjeniti na svaki sistem, pa tako i na lokalnu ili gradsku administraciju i energetske funkcije koje obavlja. Energetski menadžment predstavlja proces upravljanja energetskim performansama opštine, preduzeća ili konkretnog objekta, počev od analize postojećeg stanja, procesa nabavke i proizvodnje energenata /energije, sve do finalnog korištenja energije. Cilj rada je da pruži pregled menadžmenta energijom na svim nivoima, da pojasni konkretne prednosti od uvođenja energetskog menadžmenta i menadžmenta obno-vljivim izvorima energije, uloge lokalne vlasti u tom procesu i uloge energetskog menadžera u organizaciji. Pored toga opisane su prednosti obnovljivih izvora energije, energetske politike i podsticajnih mjera. Ključne riječi: energetski menadžment, obnovljivi izvori energije, održivi razvoj. Kako bi se postigli svi ovi ciljevi, neophodno je na različite izazove odgovoriti na integrisan način. Postoje različite metode za implementaciju održivog saobraćaja u gradovima. Energetska efikasanost, saobraćajna bezbjednost i održiva mobilnost su kamen temeljac održivog grada. U radu su opisane glavne karakteristike navedenih elemenata. Integrisan odgovor na urbanu mobilnost optimizira rješenja i za ponudu i za saobraćajnu potražnju, kako bi se dostigli više održivi rezultati. Apstract: A sustainable urban transport system requires strengthening various features of the system including mobility, accessibility, affordability, social equity, efficiency, safety, security, convenience, low carbon, comfort, and people-and environment-friendliness. In order to achieve all these elements, various challenges need to be addressed in an integrated manner. There are various ways to describe an implementation method for sustainable urban transport in a city. Energy efficient, safe transport and sustainable mobility is a cornerstone of a sustainable city. The paper describes the main features of the above elements. A holistic response to urban mobility optimises both supply and demand solutions to facilitate more sustainable outcomes. UVOD Saobraćaj igra važnu ulogu u ekonomskom razvoju svake zemlje, razvoju gradova, mobilnosti stanovništva, organizaciji i korištenju prostora i kvaliteti životne sredine. Saobraćaj i ekonomski razvoj suštinski su povezani, jer saobraćaj omogućuje, olakšava i katalizator je ekonomskog razvoja.[1] Veza saobraćaja i životne sredine je paradoksalne prirode. S jedne strane, saobraćajne aktivnosti podržavaju sve veće zahtjeve mobilnosti za putnike i robu, posebno u urbanim sredinama. Sa druge strane, ove aktivnosti su rezultirale u povećanju motorizacije i zagušenja u saobraćaju. Sa tehnologijama koje se gotovo u cjelosti zasnivaju na korištenju nafte i njenih derivata, odnosno sa motorima na unutrašnje sagorijevanje, uticaj saobraćaja na ekološke sisteme se povećao. U proteklim godinama, ovo je dostiglo tačku gdje je prostorna akumulacija saobraćaja, dominantan faktor koji stoji iza emisije većine zagađujućih materija i njegovih uticaja na životnu sredinu.[2] Složenost saobraćajnih sistema u gradovima je velika. Mnogi gradovi, u zemaljama u razvoju, doživljavaju brzi rast motorizovanih vidova prevoza.[3] Danas svaki grad, u skladu sa svojim zahtjevima i mogućnostima, organizuje gradski saobraćaj te je teško utvrditi istovjetnost ili unificiranost svjetskog gradskog saobraćaja, što uveliko otežava racionalnije planiranje saobraćaja u globalnim razmjerama. Danas, ekološka degradacija kao globalni proces, može da uveća socijalne razlike, etničke sukobe i rivalstva i da ugrozi bezbjednost u zajednicama. U savremenim zemljama, politički, bezbjednosni i drugi interesi građana iz dana u dan se modeliraju, transformišu, dobijaju na sadržaju, u saglasnosti sa opštim civilizacijskim promjenama. Rad opisuje ekološku bezbjednost kao novi, savremeni oblik bezbjednosti, nastao iz potrebe da se spriječi ugrožavanje životne sredine i sastavni je dio ljudske/humane bezbjednosti. Njome se štite osnovne komponente životne sredine bez kojih nema opstanka svih živih bića. Izvod; Poljoprivreda je, do sada, rastuće potrebe za hranom morala zadovoljavati uglavnom povećan... more Izvod; Poljoprivreda je, do sada, rastuće potrebe za hranom morala zadovoljavati uglavnom povećanjem produktivnosti. Ovakva praksa nije opravdana jer ugrožava bioraznolikost, podržava štetnu naftnu i hemijsku industriju, podstiče klimatske promjene, uništava proizvodne površine i slično. U radu su opisani resursi i pokretači koji utiču na održivost poljoprivrede, a to su; energija, voda, zemljište i klima. Takođe, opisana su i tri segmenta koja bi trebalo razvijati u budućnosti, a to su: (a) sigurnost hrane (b) izgradnja kapaciteta na nivou farme i (c) tehnološki razvoj i inovacije u sektoru održive poljoprivrede. Održiva poljoprivreda ima kompleksniji pristup, koji pored same proizvodnje predstavlja i očuvanje prirodnih resursa. Pristup održive poljoprivrede razbija linearni proces i pretvara ga u kružni tok tvari i energije. Održiva poljoprivreda predstavlja vrijednu mogućnost i prednost za zemlje u razvoju, u smislu ukupnog procesa industrijalizacije i ekonomskog razvoja, boljih izvoznih rezultata, i poboljšanja sigurnosti i kvalitete hrane. Ključne riječi; održiva poljoprivreda, očuvanje resursa, sigurnost hrane, farma, inovacije. Apstract; Agriculture is, current growing food demand, comply with generally increasing productivity. This practice is not justified because it threatens biodiversity, supports harmful oil and chemical industry, encouraging climate change, destroys the production area and the like. The paper describes the resources and the drivers that affect the sustainability of agriculture, namely; energy, water, land and air. Also, the paper describes, the three segments that should be developed in the future: (a) food security (b) capacity building at the farm level and (c) techno development and innovation in the field of sustainable agriculture. Sustainable agriculture has a complex approach, which is next to the production and conservation of natural resources. Access to sustainable agriculture breaks the linear process and turns it into a circular flow of matter and energy. Sustainable agriculture is a valuable opportunity and advantage for developing countries, in terms of the overall process of industrialization and economic development, better export performance, and improving food safety and quality.

The efficiency of use, not the presence of resources is the main criterion that demonstrates the achievements of local and national development policies.
Efficient use of resources is to find ways that will produce more with less inputs and less impact, and that the different uses to limit the risks that resources will become scarce and will be polluted.
This paper describes the concept of resource efficiency as part of the overall environmental efficiency. Described is a potential approach to the measurement of resource efficiency. Also described the challenges to the individual sectors. Concrete measures have been proposed to increase resource efficiency at the local level. In the end it was concluded that the identification and management of resources is of great importance for the successful implementation of local economic development.

The main consequence of the poor treatment of the land use is the fact that land use fund has highlighted the extensive nature, with expressed tendencies of uncontrolled and irrational approach.
The paper describes the main problems in BiH regarding these important and hard renewable resource.
Using Land permeates almost every aspect of community sustainability. Integrated land management is the key to achieving sustainable development. Integrated land management in BiH, as a holistic, proactive approach should imply integration of efficient management: (1) natural resources, (2) protected areas, (3) physical planning and housing, (4) forest land, (5) agricultural land and (6) industrial land.

Summary: Urban infrastructure, particularly water supply, sanitation, drainage and solid-waste ... more Summary: Urban infrastructure, particularly water supply, sanitation, drainage and solid-waste management, are essential for improvement to be made to the urban environment. Unfortunately, in too many cities of the developing world the majority of residents do not have access to these basic urban services. Infrastructure is an essential element if urban sustainability is to be achieved. In order to provide infrastructure to low-income settlements in such cities, it is necessary to design programes which involve the progressive improvement of on-site facilities. Integrated management of water systems is a complex and difficult task, which includes a set of measures and activities aimed at maintaining and improving the water regime, providing the necessary quantities of drinking water, protection of waters from pollution and protection from the damaging effects of water. Population growth and urbanization lead to increased demand for drinking water and services that are related to water management, management of rain water, increasing pollution and changing land use. Our studies show dramatic changes in the level of evaporation rainfall, which go different ways, depending on land use, changes in the indigenous vegetation and the urban landscape. For the realization of the Strategy of a city may issue a special water management plan, which generally includes: the reasons for its adoption, covered space, presentation of papers and measures on water management plan, which is part of the area covered by the special plan, detailed analyzes and proposals of papers and measures to separate the plan is executed. Integrated management of water systems in cities is a holistic approach to planning and managing all aspects of the water cycle, in order to increase the social, environmental and economic benefits. This paper presents a proposal of solutions for sustainable management precipitation flows and urban environment.

Rezime: Važan dio zdravog načina života sportista je provođenje pravilne i ekološki bezbjedne is... more Rezime: Važan dio zdravog načina života sportista je provođenje pravilne i ekološki bezbjedne ishrane. Pravilna ishrana treba da je usklađena sa opštim zahtjevima racionalne ishrane u pogledu unosa energetskih, gradivnih i zaštitnih materija. Ekološka bezbjednost hrane ima za cilj da svede na najmanju mjeru kontaminaciju mikrobiološkim, fizičkim, hemijskim, radiološkim ili drugim opasnim materijama koje predstavljaju rizik po bezbjednost hrane za sportiste i potrošače uopšte.
Iako hrana predstavlja glavni izvor izloženosti raznim zagađivanjima u životnoj sredini, postoje i drugi rizici koji narušavaju ekološku bezbjednost u sportu. Posebnu opasnost predstavljaju ekološka bezbjednost sportskih objekata i higijena, odnosno održavanje opreme. Nije važan samo dovoljan broj sportskih objekata, već i da ti objekti zadovoljavaju propisane uslove u pogledu dimenzija i bezbjednosti, sanitarno-higijenske, protivpožarne, instalaciono-tehničke i druge uslove, kako bi se u njima mogle obavljati sportske aktivnosti.
U cilju osiguranja opšte ekološke bezbjednosti treba vršiti i blagovremeno promovisanje ekoloških projekata, vršiti informisanja i edukacije potrošača, sprovođenje javnih kampanja o ekološkoj bezbjednosti hrane, promovisanje adekvatnog deklarisanja i označavanje hrane i mnoge druge aktivnosti.

ECO SAFETY IN SPORTS AND MONITORING NUTRITION QUALITY
Summary: An important part of a healthy sports lifestyle is to perform a proper nutrition and environmentally safe food. Proper nutrition should be coordinated with the general requirements of a rational diet in terms of energy intake, builders and protective substances. Environmentally food safety aims to minimize contamination of microbiological, physical, chemical, radiological or other hazardous substances that pose a risk to the safety of food for athletes and consumers in general.
Although food is the main source of exposure to a variety of pollution in the environment, there are other risks that impair ecological safety in sports. A special danger represent environmental safety of sports facilities and hygiene, and equipment maintenance. It is not only important a sufficient number of sports facilities, also these facilities meet the prescribed requirements in terms of dimensions and safety, sanitary and hygienic, fire, technical and other conditions, to make sure that in them safely carry out sports activities.
In order to ensure the overall ecological safety should be promote environmental projects, to provide information and education of consumers, conducting public campaigns on organic food safety, promotion of adequate labeling and marking of food and many other activities.

oborinskim vodama, povećanim zagađenjem i promjenom u korištenju zemljišta. Naša
istraživanja prikazuju dramatične promjene u stepenu evpotranspircije oborina, koje
odlaze/otiču različitim putevima, u zavisnosti od upotrebe zemljišta, promjene autohtone
vegetacije i urbanog pejzaža. Za realizaciju Strategije jednog grada može se donijeti poseban
plan upravljanja vodama, koji načelno sadrži: razloge donošenja, obuhvaćeni prostor, prikaz
radova i mjera iz plana upravljanja vodama, čiji je dio prostor obuhvaćen posebnim planom,
detaljnije analize i prijedloge radova i mjera kojima se poseban plan izvršava. Integrisano
upravljanje vodnim sistemima u gradovima je holistički pristup planiranju i upravljanju svim
aspektima vodnog ciklusa, kako bi se povećale socijalne, ekološke i ekonomske koristi. U
radu je dat prijedlog rješenja održivog upravljanja oborinskim tokovma u urbanom okruženju
grada Prijedora.

Abstract: Integrated management of water systems is a complex and difficult task, which
includes a set of measures and activities aimed at maintaining and improving the water
regime, providing the necessary quantities of drinking water, protection of waters from
pollution and protection from the damaging effects of water. Population growth and
urbanization lead to increased demand for drinking water and services that are related to water
management, management of rain water, increasing pollution and changing land use. Our
studies show dramatic changes in the level evpotranspircije rainfall, which go different ways,
depending on land use, changes in the indigenous vegetation and the urban landscape. For the
realization of the Strategy of a city may issue a special water management plan, which
generally includes: the reasons for its adoption, covered space, presentation of papers and
measures on water management plan, which is part of the area covered by the special plan,

Rudnici ruda željeza na području sjeverozapadne Bosne i Hercegovine su najveći po kapacitetu i rezervama u jugoistočnoj Evropi. „Rudnik Omarska“ koji pripada ljubijskoj metalogenetskoj oblasti je najveći rudnik i kao takav ima značajan uticaj na životnu sredinu.
U ovom radu su analizirani neki faktori uticaja površinske eksploatacije „Rudnika Omarska“ na vodu. Opisani su uticaji na površinske, atmosferske, podzemne, fekalne i sanitarne vode, kao i vode iz tehnološkog procesa.
Iako se u procesu pripreme željezne rude ne koriste nikakvi aditivi, onečišćenje vode potiče od sedimentnih čestica. Kisele rudničke vode zagađene teškim metalima ugrožavaju vodne resurse, zemljište,ljude i građevine koje se nalaze na ugroženom području.

Abstract – The mining industry is an important segment of the energy sector and the economic structure of Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Iron ore mines in northwestern Bosnia and Herzegovina, are the largest in terms of capacity and reserves in South Eastern Europe . " Omarska Mine“ belonging to Ljubija metallogenic area and is the largest mine, and as such has a significant impact on the environment.
This paper analyzes the impact that the surface mining and iron ore processing at the" Omarska mine " site have on the water. Describes the effects on the surface water, atmosphere water, ground water, sanitary water as well as water from an industrial process.

Uvođenje sistema energetskog menadžmenta može da bude moćno sredstvo u realizaciji efikasne energetske politike jednog grada. Svrha energetskog menadžmenta je da se na najproduktivniji način, uz racionalno korištenje ljudskih, materijalnih i finansijskih resursa, ostvare ciljevi održivog razvoja.
Lokalne vlasti na nivou grada, imaju veoma važnu ulogu u sektoru energetike, a time i u postizanju standarda energetske efikasnosti. Da bi lokalna zajednica poštovala principe energetske efikasnosti i održivog razvoja, neohodno je uspostaviti funkciju energetskog menadžmenta, kako bi se usvojili planovi razvoja energetike i planovi za korištenje obnovljivih izvora energije i kako bi se stalno radilo na podizanju svijesti o značaju energetske efikasnosti.
Uspostavljanje sistema energetskog menadžmenta na lokalnom nivou bi trebalo da bude podstaknuto očiglednim prednostima koje takav sistem donosi jednoj lokalnoj zajednici.

Abstract – When it comes to energy development in the cities, we must have in mind that the cities are the most impotrant and the largest energy consumers. The application of the energy management system can be a powerful tool in the implementation of energy efficiency policy of a city. The purpose of energy management, is to the most productive way, with rational use of human, material and financial resources, achieve the goals of sustainable development.
Local authorities at the level of the city, have a very important role in the energy sector, and therefore in achieving energy efficiency standards. In order to respect the principles of energy efficiency and sustainable development, it is necessary to establish a function of energy management in the local community, in order to accept plans for the development of energy, plans to use renewable energy sources and constantly working to raise awareness of the importance of energy efficiency.
The establishment of energy management at the local level should be encouraged by the obvious benefits that such a system brings to the local community.

Menadžment energijom, u svijetu se prepoznaje kao važno sredstvo za ostvarivanje ciljeva održivog razvoja. Imajući u vidu da je energija jedan od najkritičnijih izazova sa kojima se suočava međunarodna zajednica, menadžment energijom je dugoročna obaveza na makro, mezo i mikro nivou. Osnovu održivog razvoja energetike čine menadžment obnovljivim izvorima energije i povećanje energetske efikasnosti. Uopšteno, principi menadžmenta se mogu primjeniti na svaki sistem, pa tako i na lokalnu ili gradsku administraciju i energetske funkcije koje obavlja. Energetski menadžment predstavlja proces upravljanja energetskim performansama opštine, preduzeća ili konkretnog objekta, počev od analize postojećeg stanja, procesa nabavke i proizvodnje energenata /energije, sve do finalnog korištenja energije. Cilj rada je da pruži pregled menadžmenta energijom na svim nivoima, da pojasni konkretne prednosti od uvođenja energetskog menadžmenta i menadžmenta obno-vljivim izvorima energije, uloge lokalne vlasti u tom procesu i uloge energetskog menadžera u organizaciji. UVOD Saobraćaj igra važnu ulogu u ekonomskom razvoju svake zemlje, razvoju gradova, mobilnosti stanovništva, organizaciji i korištenju prostora i kvaliteti životne sredine. Saobraćaj i ekonomski razvoj suštinski su povezani, jer saobraćaj omogućuje, olakšava i katalizator je ekonomskog razvoja.[1] Veza saobraćaja i životne sredine je paradoksalne prirode. S jedne strane, saobraćajne aktivnosti podržavaju sve veće zahtjeve mobilnosti za putnike i robu, posebno u urbanim sredinama. Sa druge strane, ove aktivnosti su rezultirale u povećanju motorizacije i zagušenja u saobraćaju. Sa tehnologijama koje se gotovo u cjelosti zasnivaju na korištenju nafte i njenih derivata, odnosno sa motorima na unutrašnje sagorijevanje, uticaj saobraćaja na ekološke sisteme se povećao. U proteklim godinama, ovo je dostiglo tačku gdje je prostorna akumulacija saobraćaja, dominantan faktor koji stoji iza emisije većine zagađujućih materija i njegovih uticaja na životnu sredinu.[2] Složenost saobraćajnih sistema u gradovima je velika. Pristup održive poljoprivrede razbija linearni proces i pretvara ga u kružni tok tvari i energije. Održiva poljoprivreda predstavlja vrijednu mogućnost i prednost za zemlje u razvoju, u smislu ukupnog procesa industrijalizacije i ekonomskog razvoja, boljih izvoznih rezultata, i poboljšanja sigurnosti i kvalitete hrane. Ključne riječi; održiva poljoprivreda, očuvanje resursa, sigurnost hrane, farma, inovacije. Apstract; Agriculture is, current growing food demand, comply with generally increasing productivity. This practice is not justified because it threatens biodiversity, supports harmful oil and chemical industry, encouraging climate change, destroys the production area and the like. The paper describes the resources and the drivers that affect the sustainability of agriculture, namely; energy, water, land and air. Also, the paper describes, the three segments that should be developed in the future: (a) food security (b) capacity building at the farm level and (c) techno development and innovation in the field of sustainable agriculture. Sustainable agriculture has a complex approach, which is next to the production and conservation of natural resources. Access to sustainable agriculture breaks the linear process and turns it into a circular flow of matter and energy. Sustainable agriculture is a valuable opportunity and advantage for developing countries, in terms of the overall process of industrialization and economic development, better export performance, and improving food safety and quality.

The efficiency of use, not the presence of resources is the main criterion that demonstrates the achievements of local and national development policies.
Efficient use of resources is to find ways that will produce more with less inputs and less impact, and that the different uses to limit the risks that resources will become scarce and will be polluted.
This paper describes the concept of resource efficiency as part of the overall environmental efficiency. Described is a potential approach to the measurement of resource efficiency. Also described the challenges to the individual sectors. Concrete measures have been proposed to increase resource efficiency at the local level. In the end it was concluded that the identification and management of resources is of great importance for the successful implementation of local economic development.

Unfortunately, in too many cities of the developing world the majority of residents do not have access to these basic urban services. Infrastructure is an essential element if urban sustainability is to be achieved. In order to provide infrastructure to low-income settlements in such cities, it is necessary to design programes which involve the progressive improvement of on-site facilities. Integrated management of water systems is a complex and difficult task, which includes a set of measures and activities aimed at maintaining and improving the water regime, providing the necessary quantities of drinking water, protection of waters from pollution and protection from the damaging effects of water. Population growth and urbanization lead to increased demand for drinking water and services that are related to water management, management of rain water, increasing pollution and changing land use. Our studies show dramatic changes in the level of evaporation rainfall, which go different ways, depending on land use, changes in the indigenous vegetation and the urban landscape. For the realization of the Strategy of a city may issue a special water management plan, which generally includes: the reasons for its adoption, covered space, presentation of papers and measures on water management plan, which is part of the area covered by the special plan, detailed analyzes and proposals of papers and measures to separate the plan is executed. Integrated management of water systems in cities is a holistic approach to planning and managing all aspects of the water cycle, in order to increase the social, environmental and economic benefits. This paper presents a proposal of solutions for sustainable management precipitation flows and urban environment.

Pravilna ishrana treba da je usklađena sa opštim zahtjevima racionalne ishrane u pogledu unosa energetskih, gradivnih i zaštitnih materija. Ekološka bezbjednost hrane ima za cilj da svede na najmanju mjeru kontaminaciju mikrobiološkim, fizičkim, hemijskim, radiološkim ili drugim opasnim materijama koje predstavljaju rizik po bezbjednost hrane za sportiste i potrošače uopšte.
Iako hrana predstavlja glavni izvor izloženosti raznim zagađivanjima u životnoj sredini, postoje i drugi rizici koji narušavaju ekološku bezbjednost u sportu. Posebnu opasnost predstavljaju ekološka bezbjednost sportskih objekata i higijena, odnosno održavanje opreme. Nije važan samo dovoljan broj sportskih objekata, već i da ti objekti zadovoljavaju propisane uslove u pogledu dimenzija i bezbjednosti, sanitarno-higijenske, protivpožarne, instalaciono-tehničke i druge uslove, kako bi se u njima mogle obavljati sportske aktivnosti.
U cilju osiguranja opšte ekološke bezbjednosti treba vršiti i blagovremeno promovisanje ekoloških projekata, vršiti informisanja i edukacije potrošača, sprovođenje javnih kampanja o ekološkoj bezbjednosti hrane, promovisanje adekvatnog deklarisanja i označavanje hrane i mnoge druge aktivnosti.

ECO SAFETY IN SPORTS AND MONITORING NUTRITION QUALITY
Summary: An important part of a healthy sports lifestyle is to perform a proper nutrition and environmentally safe food. Proper nutrition should be coordinated with the general requirements of a rational diet in terms of energy intake, builders and protective substances. Environmentally food safety aims to minimize contamination of microbiological, physical, chemical, radiological or other hazardous substances that pose a risk to the safety of food for athletes and consumers in general.
Although food is the main source of exposure to a variety of pollution in the environment, there are other risks that impair ecological safety in sports. A special danger represent environmental safety of sports facilities and hygiene, and equipment maintenance. It is not only important a sufficient number of sports facilities, also these facilities meet the prescribed requirements in terms of dimensions and safety, sanitary and hygienic, fire, technical and other conditions, to make sure that in them safely carry out sports activities.
In order to ensure the overall ecological safety should be promote environmental projects, to provide information and education of consumers, conducting public campaigns on organic food safety, promotion of adequate labeling and marking of food and many other activities.

obezbjeđivanje potrebnih količina pitke vode, zaštitu voda od zagađivanja i zaštitu od štetnog
dejstva voda. Rast broja stanovnika i urbanizacija dovode do povećane potražnje za pitkom
vodom i uslugama koje su povezane sa upravljanjem vodnim sistemima, upravljanjem
oborinskim vodama, povećanim zagađenjem i promjenom u korištenju zemljišta. Naša
istraživanja prikazuju dramatične promjene u stepenu evpotranspircije oborina, koje
odlaze/otiču različitim putevima, u zavisnosti od upotrebe zemljišta, promjene autohtone
vegetacije i urbanog pejzaža. Za realizaciju Strategije jednog grada može se donijeti poseban
plan upravljanja vodama, koji načelno sadrži: razloge donošenja, obuhvaćeni prostor, prikaz
radova i mjera iz plana upravljanja vodama, čiji je dio prostor obuhvaćen posebnim planom,
detaljnije analize i prijedloge radova i mjera kojima se poseban plan izvršava. Integrisano
upravljanje vodnim sistemima u gradovima je holistički pristup planiranju i upravljanju svim
aspektima vodnog ciklusa, kako bi se povećale socijalne, ekološke i ekonomske koristi. U
radu je dat prijedlog rješenja održivog upravljanja oborinskim tokovma u urbanom okruženju
grada Prijedora.

Rudnici ruda željeza na području sjeverozapadne Bosne i Hercegovine su najveći po kapacitetu i rezervama u jugoistočnoj Evropi. „Rudnik Omarska“ koji pripada ljubijskoj metalogenetskoj oblasti je najveći rudnik i kao takav ima značajan uticaj na životnu sredinu.
U ovom radu su analizirani neki faktori uticaja površinske eksploatacije „Rudnika Omarska“ na vodu. Opisani su uticaji na površinske, atmosferske, podzemne, fekalne i sanitarne vode, kao i vode iz tehnološkog procesa.
Iako se u procesu pripreme željezne rude ne koriste nikakvi aditivi, onečišćenje vode potiče od sedimentnih čestica. Kisele rudničke vode zagađene teškim metalima ugrožavaju vodne resurse, zemljište,ljude i građevine koje se nalaze na ugroženom području.

Abstract – The mining industry is an important segment of the energy sector and the economic structure of Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Iron ore mines in northwestern Bosnia and Herzegovina, are the largest in terms of capacity and reserves in South Eastern Europe . " Omarska Mine“ belonging to Ljubija metallogenic area and is the largest mine, and as such has a significant impact on the environment.
This paper analyzes the impact that the surface mining and iron ore processing at the" Omarska mine " site have on the water. Describes the effects on the surface water, atmosphere water, ground water, sanitary water as well as water from an industrial process.
While in the process of refining iron ore does not use any additives, water pollution comes from sediment particles. Acid mine waters contaminated by heavy metals threaten water resources, land, people and buildings that are in the affected area.

Uvođenje sistema energetskog menadžmenta može da bude moćno sredstvo u realizaciji efikasne energetske politike jednog grada. Svrha energetskog menadžmenta je da se na najproduktivniji način, uz racionalno korištenje ljudskih, materijalnih i finansijskih resursa, ostvare ciljevi održivog razvoja.
Lokalne vlasti na nivou grada, imaju veoma važnu ulogu u sektoru energetike, a time i u postizanju standarda energetske efikasnosti. Da bi lokalna zajednica poštovala principe energetske efikasnosti i održivog razvoja, neohodno je uspostaviti funkciju energetskog menadžmenta, kako bi se usvojili planovi razvoja energetike i planovi za korištenje obnovljivih izvora energije i kako bi se stalno radilo na podizanju svijesti o značaju energetske efikasnosti.
Uspostavljanje sistema energetskog menadžmenta na lokalnom nivou bi trebalo da bude podstaknuto očiglednim prednostima koje takav sistem donosi jednoj lokalnoj zajednici.

Abstract – When it comes to energy development in the cities, we must have in mind that the cities are the most impotrant and the largest energy consumers. The application of the energy management system can be a powerful tool in the implementation of energy efficiency policy of a city. The purpose of energy management, is to the most productive way, with rational use of human, material and financial resources, achieve the goals of sustainable development.
Local authorities at the level of the city, have a very important role in the energy sector, and therefore in achieving energy efficiency standards. In order to respect the principles of energy efficiency and sustainable development, it is necessary to establish a function of energy management in the local community, in order to accept plans for the development of energy, plans to use renewable energy sources and constantly working to raise awareness of the importance of energy efficiency.
The establishment of energy management at the local level should be encouraged by the obvious benefits that such a system brings to the local community.
