The granite blasting system at PT Aditya Buana Inter consisted of 5 blasting and with 386 holes of explosive holes obtained, the total institutional volume was 199.996 m 3 (BCM) and the total volume of blasting was 13001, 7 m 3 (BCM) of the target company of 16,000 m 3 (BCM) / month. Drilling and blasting activities to produce blasting volumes of course there are factors that influence these activities. Factors that influence drilling and blasting activities affect the costs incurred and the volume of blasting results produced, the factors that influence these activities include: weather, front conditions, equipment damage, less optimal blasting geometry measurements. The pH value after the neutralization process has fulfilled the environmental quality standard value of 6-9 but the use of quicklime is less effective because it does not match the amount of water in the settling pond Pit 3 Barat Banko Barat. This can affect the economic use of quicklime in the Settling Pond. Therefore, testing and recalculation are needed in order to know the amount of quicklime to neutralize acid mine drainage and the cost of using lime needed based on the volume of water in the settling pond. The actual data in the field for the use of quicklime is 0.4 gr / l to be able to centralize acid mine drainage in accordance with environmental quality standards. This research method is testing 13 samples of acid mine neutralizing water in the laboratory with the addition of quicklime in order to calculate the amount of quicklime and the cost of using quicklime which is needed to neutralize acid mine drainage. Test results in the laboratory obtained a dose of quicklime of 0.2 gr / l to be able to neutralize the water to fit Environmental Quality Standards with an initial pH value of 3.43 to 7.11 after adding quicklime. The volume of water used is the settling pond volume which is 3,600,000 l. The amount of quicklime needed after testing in the laboratory is 18 sacks, while the actual amount of quicklime used in the field is 36 sacks. The actual cost required in using lime based on data in the field is Rp 1,224,000.00 and the cost of using quicklime based on laboratory testing data is Rp 612,000.0

The importance of synchronization of loading and hauling equipments in working optimally and efficiently will influences the ability of mechanical devices in productivity. Match factors can find out the comparison of the number of loading and hauling equipment working in mining operations. Analysis of the calculation of match factors based on the circulating time of mechanical devices and the number of devices operating, data taken 30 times a month in July 2018. The primary data such as; circulation time of mechanical devices, resistance factors, bucket and vessel real capacity, effective working time of devices and number of devices, while secondary data such as; devices specifications, devices and operator work time, layout maps, rainfall and company production targets. The research method used is the calculation and analysis of quantitative data on factors that influence the ability of mechanical devices in production. The production target for limestone mining in pit 242 is 350,000 tons / month using a Hitachi ex 2500-6 Excavator unit synchronized with five units of Dumptruck Komatsu HD 785-7. Current devices production capability is 262,198.66 tons / month with a value factor of 0.80. The problem that occurs is not yet achieved the planned production target, this is due to the still low effective working time and work efficiency as a result of existing constraints. Efforts to increase production can be done by improving the effective working time of initially 637.99 minutes per day to 707.30 minutes per day or 81.29% of the total available working time, adding the number of bulk filling to 6 times and adding transportation equipment as many as two units, so that production increased to 361,415.82 tons per month and the value of the match factor for mechanical devices increased to 0.96.

To reduce losses of cassiterite minerals in tailings, the tool used is the secondary lobby box. The washing of tin tailings was carried out 6 times including the flowrate and the speed of the water flow given differently affected by the opening of the water faucet that forms the angle of partition on the secondary lobby box. Each of these angles is 15⁰, 30⁰, 45⁰, 60⁰, 75⁰, and 90⁰. From each experiment a bait was used in the form of tailings with a weight of 5 kg each (0.47% Sn). At faucet position 15⁰ flow rate of 20.5 l/minute and water flow rate of 0.017 m/sec produced 1.19% Sn and recovery at 76%, position 30⁰ flow rate of 23.5 l/minute and water flow rate of 0.020 m/sec produced 1.22% Sn and recovery at 73%, position 45⁰ flow rate of 26 l/minute and water flow rate of 0.022 m/sec produced 1.25% Sn and recovery at 68%, position 60⁰ flow rate of 28.7 l/minute and water flow rate of 0.025 m/sec produced 1.28% Sn and recovery at 65%, position 75⁰ flow rate of 32.6 l/minute and water flow rate of 0.028 m/sec produced 1.30% Sn and recovery at 53%, and position 90⁰ flow rate of 41 l/min and water flow rate of 0.035 m/sec produced 2.26% Sn and recovery at 50%. The highest concentration of 2.26% Sn and the desired recovery in the tailings separation process is the lowest recovery of 50% in the 90⁰ faucet position. This shows that the process of separating products in the form of tailings has increased significantly from the feed content of 0.47% Sn to 2.26% Sn and transforming tailings products into economically valuable ores.

BWD Kundur 1 is an offshore tin mining production facility of PT Timah Tbk which operating in Pen... more BWD Kundur 1 is an offshore tin mining production facility of PT Timah Tbk which operating in Penganak Sea and Air Kantung Sea. Before the activity of mining, mine planning is required for guidelines in the field conditions. At the site of Air Kantung Sea, soil surface are at shallow depths, so the opening of werk takes a long time in order to reach the kaksa. As an alternative can be used Stripping Suction Dredge for excavation of top soil, and BWD Kundur 1 can focus on excavation of kaksa. Mine planning considers the economical analysis of mining and operation of BWD Kundur 1 whereas the calculation of reserves and work block creation with Micromine Software uses two methods of mining namely BWD Kundur 1 and the combination of Stripping Suction Dredge with BWD Kundur 1. Based on the calculation, in 2018 the value of break even point in amount of 54.9 tonnes ore/month and the break even grade in April in amount of 0.439 kg/m 3 , May to October in amount of 0.220 kg/m 3 , and November to December in amount of 0.302 kg/m 3. The location of BWD Kundur 1 is in Penganak Sea with 500 h/month and LPT 550 m 3 /h, while in Air Kantung Sea with 400 h/month and LPT 500 m 3 /hour by using short face system and press method. Combination of Stripping Suction Dredge with BWD Kundur 1 reduces the number of production hours and minimizes mining operating costs. After the calculation, it was obtained Tdh an average of 0.386 kg/m 3 and Pdh 692 tons with an average production in amount of 77 tons/month. The Production BWD Kundur 1 is 3,612 hours and Stripping Suction Dredge is 285 hours, with 438 hours saving time and mining cost savings in amount of Rp 2,936,212,747.00.
Coal production target in East extension of TAL Limoa Front was 180.000 ton/month in October 2015... more Coal production target in East extension of TAL Limoa Front was 180.000 ton/month in October 2015 but the target achieved only 115.967,59 ton with the percentage achievement of production target at 64,4 %. Therefore it was necessary to evaluate performance of Dozer Ripper D375 number series DZ 521. The evaluation conducted by taking primer actual data in mine site such as cycle time, work distance, work effeciency, Ripper penetration and then the collecting data was processed to make reparations of DZ 521 type of D375 Ripper with the aim to meet the production target. The achieved production after prior evaluation conducted by increasing work time effeciency was 162.826,57 ton with the production achievement percentage at 90.45 % and the lack production was 17.173,43 ton, a further evaluation was conducted by repairing of Ripper penetration performance and the production was 206.138,22 ton with the production achievement percentage at 114% and the exceed production was 26138,22 ton. Then work time efficiency and Ripper penetration was improved to obtain target production of 289.475,83 ton with the production achievement percentage at 160% and exceed production of 109.475,83 ton with time reserve 150 hours/month and 4,8 hours/day maybe can back up the problems on location production. Nilai efisiensi kerja pada front penambangan TB Pemali tahun 2018 tergolong rendah (57,16%), sehi... more Nilai efisiensi kerja pada front penambangan TB Pemali tahun 2018 tergolong rendah (57,16%), sehingga perlu dilakukan kajian perbaikan efisiensi kerja agar sesuai kaidah teknik pertambangan yang baik. Metode yang dilakukan meliputi tahap persiapan, pengumpulan data, serta orientasi di lapangan, yang selanjutnya dilakukan pengolahan data diantaranya: Menghitung efisiensi kerja alat gali muat dan angkut pada front penambangan, menganalisa kinerja operator serta kondisi alat pada front penambangan, serta menganalisa perbaikan efisiensi kerja. Sehingga, diperoleh nilai efisiensi kerja aktual alat gali-muat yaitu 62,74%, serta untuk alat angkut yaitu 57,68%. Rendahnya efisiensi kerja pada front penambangan disebabkan oleh besarnya waktu breakdown pada alat angkut serta kinerja operator yang rendah. kemudian dilakukan perbaikan efisiensi kerja dengan mengurangi batas toleransi waktu hambatan tidak tetap operator sebesar 35% dan mengurangi waktu indent sparepart yang rusak, dengan begitu diperoleh efisiensi kerja alat gali-muat pada front penambangan sebesar 66,27% serta untuk alat angkut sebesar 66,44%.

Pangkalpinang city is one part of Bangka Belitung Archipelago Province which has an area of 118.4... more Pangkalpinang city is one part of Bangka Belitung Archipelago Province which has an area of 118.41 km2 with seven districts and consist of forty-two villages. Based on its location on the eastern part of bangka island make pangkalpinang closer to the coast and watersheds so that it can be said it have a relatively low average land elevation (topography) with a height of 20-50 meters above the sea with a slope of 0-25 %. The research was carried out quantitatively and qualitatively with the parameters of determining the administrative boundaries of each district, the selection of applicable rules regarding the applicable land use zoning or spatial planning (RT/RW), topography, surrounding watersheds, and population density of settlements in Pangkalpinang City. These parameters are then carried out using overlay, scoring and layout techniques to see the distribution of the flood vulnerability level pattern. The results showed that flood vulnerability (very vulnerable) with low topography (0-10 meters above sea level) was in the northwest area of Bukit Intan District and Taman Sari District. Flood vulnerability (vulnerable to less vulnerable) with moderate topographic values (10-19 meters above sea level) is in Gerunggang and Gabek Districts, while vulnerability is not vulnerable with high average topographic values (above 20 meters above sea level). in the northern part in the Districts of Gerunggang, Gabek, and Pangkalbalam. In the northwest part of Pangkalpinang City, if there is an increase in tides or high rainfall intensity, the area will be inundated (flooded).

The primary tin ore processing process includes comminution, sizing and concentration activities. The stage of primary tin ore comminution begins with the crushing process using a jaw crusher and then refined using a ball mill again. Ball mill is a form that is used to shrink the grain size of materials to obtain finer materials (fine materials) and preparation of the right size for the concentration process, namely size 60.degree.-200 mesh. Variable ball mill settings that are not appropriate welcome coarse ball mill scouring material (20 s.d. 50 mesh), so we need to do the grinding again because the minerals have not been taken from the impurity minerals. The ineffective process of grinding primary tin ore records high production costs. The experiment was carried out with bait stimulating variables 3-4 TPH, 4-5TPH, and 5-6 TPH. The bait size is 0-2 cm, 0-4 cm and 0-6 cm. The air rate is 4.436 l/h, 7.394 l/h, and 11.091 l/h. The experiment was conducted 27 times with the combined formula for the results of scouring the ball mill. Based on the experiments carried out, the right material for the process of concentration size 60 s.d. Was obtained.-200 mesh, because the size of the mineral has been released from the impurity minerals. The smaller feed bait, bait size, and air flow obtained from the materials resulting from the grinding of ball mill 60 mesh up to-200 mesh height. Effectiveness of grinding get in sample 19 with the highest production value of 5 s.d. 6 TPH. This parameter is used to get the right results for the concentration process, which is 60 mesh size.-200 mesh. Bu bağlamda kurgulanan kadınlık ve erkeklik kimliğinin mekândaki karşılığı ise özel alan ve kamusal alan ayrımıdır. Kadınlar/Kadınlık özel alanla özdeşleştirilirken özel alanının dışındaki mekân erkeklerle/erkeklikle özdeşleştirilmiştir. Cinsiyete dayalı işbölümü bağlamında kadınlar ev içi yükümlülüklerin yürütücüsü konumunda olmuşlardır. Bu yükümlülükler toplum, mekân ve zaman dolayımında farklılık göstermekle birlikte, 'kadın işi' olarak değerlendirilmeleri bakımından ortaklık gösterirler. Ancak 'kadın işi' olarak değerlendirilen bu yükümlülükler bazı zamanlarda nicelik ve nitelik açısından değişebilmektedir. Örneğin olağanüstü kriz dönemlerinde kadının ücretsiz emek alanı ile ücretli emek alanındaki varlığı etkilenebilmektedir. Bu çalışma, kadınların ev içi yükümlülükleri üzerinde Covid-19 pandemi sürecinin etkilerini tespit edip çözümleme amacı taşımaktadır. Bunun için Türkiye genelinde kartopu tekniği ile ulaşılan 135 kadınla yapılandırılmış görüşme planı üzerinden görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ardından görüşmelerden elde edilen verilerin nitel çözümlemesi yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak olağanüstü kriz dönemlerinden biri olarak Covid-19 pandemi sürecinde kadınların ev içi yükümlülüklerinin arttığı gözlemlenmiştir.

This research method is testing 13 samples of acid mine neutralizing water in the laboratory with the addition of quicklime in order to calculate the amount of quicklime and the cost of using quicklime which is needed to neutralize acid mine drainage. Test results in the laboratory obtained a dose of quicklime of 0.2 gr / l to be able to neutralize the water to fit Environmental Quality Standards with an initial pH value of 3.43 to 7.11 after adding quicklime. The volume of water used is the settling pond volume which is 3,600,000 l. The amount of quicklime needed after testing in the laboratory is 18 sacks, while the actual amount of quicklime used in the field is 36 sacks. The actual cost required in using lime based on data in the field is Rp 1,224,000.00 and the cost of using quicklime based on laboratory testing data is Rp 612,000.0

The importance of synchronization of loading and hauling equipments in working optimally and efficiently will influences the ability of mechanical devices in productivity. Match factors can find out the comparison of the number of loading and hauling equipment working in mining operations. Analysis of the calculation of match factors based on the circulating time of mechanical devices and the number of devices operating, data taken 30 times a month in July 2018. The primary data such as; circulation time of mechanical devices, resistance factors, bucket and vessel real capacity, effective working time of devices and number of devices, while secondary data such as; devices specifications, devices and operator work time, layout maps, rainfall and company production targets. The research method used is the calculation and analysis of quantitative data on factors that influence the ability of mechanical devices in production. The production target for limestone mining in pit 242 is 350,000 tons / month using a Hitachi ex 2500-6 Excavator unit synchronized with five units of Dumptruck Komatsu HD 785-7. Current devices production capability is 262,198.66 tons / month with a value factor of 0.80. The problem that occurs is not yet achieved the planned production target, this is due to the still low effective working time and work efficiency as a result of existing constraints. Efforts to increase production can be done by improving the effective working time of initially 637.99 minutes per day to 707.30 minutes per day or 81.29% of the total available working time, adding the number of bulk filling to 6 times and adding transportation equipment as many as two units, so that production increased to 361,415.82 tons per month and the value of the match factor for mechanical devices increased to 0.96.

The g in the tailings as evidence that there are losses of cassiterite minerals that are also wasted is still of economic value. To reduce losses of cassiterite minerals in tailings, the tool used is the secondary lobby box. The washing of tin tailings was carried out 6 times including the flowrate and the speed of the water flow given differently affected by the opening of the water faucet that forms the angle of partition on the secondary lobby box. Each of these angles is 15⁰, 30⁰, 45⁰, 60⁰, 75⁰, and 90⁰. From each experiment a bait was used in the form of tailings with a weight of 5 kg each (0.47% Sn). At faucet position 15⁰ flow rate of 20.5 l/minute and water flow rate of 0.017 m/sec produced 1.19% Sn and recovery at 76%, position 30⁰ flow rate of 23.5 l/minute and water flow rate of 0.020 m/sec produced 1.22% Sn and recovery at 73%, position 45⁰ flow rate of 26 l/minute and water flow rate of 0.022 m/sec produced 1.25% Sn and recovery at 68%, position 60⁰ flow rate of 28.7 l/minute and water flow rate of 0.025 m/sec produced 1.28% Sn and recovery at 65%, position 75⁰ flow rate of 32.6 l/minute and water flow rate of 0.028 m/sec produced 1.30% Sn and recovery at 53%, and position 90⁰ flow rate of 41 l/min and water flow rate of 0.035 m/sec produced 2.26% Sn and recovery at 50%. The highest concentration of 2.26% Sn and the desired recovery in the tailings separation process is the lowest recovery of 50% in the 90⁰ faucet position. This shows that the process of separating products in the form of tailings has increased significantly from the feed content of 0.47% Sn to 2.26% Sn and transforming tailings products into economically valuable ores.

BWD Kundur 1 is an offshore tin mining production facility of PT Timah Tbk which operating in Pen... more BWD Kundur 1 is an offshore tin mining production facility of PT Timah Tbk which operating in Penganak Sea and Air Kantung Sea. Before the activity of mining, mine planning is required for guidelines in the field conditions. At the site of Air Kantung Sea, soil surface are at shallow depths, so the opening of werk takes a long time in order to reach the kaksa. As an alternative can be used Stripping Suction Dredge for excavation of top soil, and BWD Kundur 1 can focus on excavation of kaksa. Mine planning considers the economical analysis of mining and operation of BWD Kundur 1 whereas the calculation of reserves and work block creation with Micromine Software uses two methods of mining namely BWD Kundur 1 and the combination of Stripping Suction Dredge with BWD Kundur 1. Based on the calculation, in 2018 the value of break even point in amount of 54.9 tonnes ore/month and the break even grade in April in amount of 0.439 kg/m 3 , May to October in amount of 0.220 kg/m 3 , and November to December in amount of 0.302 kg/m 3. The location of BWD Kundur 1 is in Penganak Sea with 500 h/month and LPT 550 m 3 /h, while in Air Kantung Sea with 400 h/month and LPT 500 m 3 /hour by using short face system and press method. Combination of Stripping Suction Dredge with BWD Kundur 1 reduces the number of production hours and minimizes mining operating costs. After the calculation, it was obtained Tdh an average of 0.386 kg/m 3 and Pdh 692 tons with an average production in amount of 77 tons/month. The Production BWD Kundur 1 is 3,612 hours and Stripping Suction Dredge is 285 hours, with 438 hours saving time and mining cost savings in amount of Rp 2,936,212,747.00.

Therefore it was necessary to evaluate performance of Dozer Ripper D375 number series DZ 521. The evaluation conducted by taking primer actual data in mine site such as cycle time, work distance, work effeciency, Ripper penetration and then the collecting data was processed to make reparations of DZ 521 type of D375 Ripper with the aim to meet the production target. The achieved production after prior evaluation conducted by increasing work time effeciency was 162.826,57 ton with the production achievement percentage at 90.45 % and the lack production was 17.173,43 ton, a further evaluation was conducted by repairing of Ripper penetration performance and the production was 206.138,22 ton with the production achievement percentage at 114% and the exceed production was 26138,22 ton. Then work time efficiency and Ripper penetration was improved to obtain target production of 289.475,83 ton with the production achievement percentage at 160% and exceed production of 109.475,83 ton with time reserve 150 hours/month and 4,8 hours/day maybe can back up the problems on location production. Metode yang dilakukan meliputi tahap persiapan, pengumpulan data, serta orientasi di lapangan, yang selanjutnya dilakukan pengolahan data diantaranya: Menghitung efisiensi kerja alat gali muat dan angkut pada front penambangan, menganalisa kinerja operator serta kondisi alat pada front penambangan, serta menganalisa perbaikan efisiensi kerja. Sehingga, diperoleh nilai efisiensi kerja aktual alat gali-muat yaitu 62,74%, serta untuk alat angkut yaitu 57,68%. Rendahnya efisiensi kerja pada front penambangan disebabkan oleh besarnya waktu breakdown pada alat angkut serta kinerja operator yang rendah. kemudian dilakukan perbaikan efisiensi kerja dengan mengurangi batas toleransi waktu hambatan tidak tetap operator sebesar 35% dan mengurangi waktu indent sparepart yang rusak, dengan begitu diperoleh efisiensi kerja alat gali-muat pada front penambangan sebesar 66,27% serta untuk alat angkut sebesar 66,44%.

Pangkalpinang city is one part of Bangka Belitung Archipelago Province which has an area of 118.4... more Pangkalpinang city is one part of Bangka Belitung Archipelago Province which has an area of 118.41 km2 with seven districts and consist of forty-two villages. Based on its location on the eastern part of bangka island make pangkalpinang closer to the coast and watersheds so that it can be said it have a relatively low average land elevation (topography) with a height of 20-50 meters above the sea with a slope of 0-25 %. The research was carried out quantitatively and qualitatively with the parameters of determining the administrative boundaries of each district, the selection of applicable rules regarding the applicable land use zoning or spatial planning (RT/RW), topography, surrounding watersheds, and population density of settlements in Pangkalpinang City. These parameters are then carried out using overlay, scoring and layout techniques to see the distribution of the flood vulnerability level pattern. The results showed that flood vulnerability (very vulnerable) with low topography (0-10 meters above sea level) was in the northwest area of Bukit Intan District and Taman Sari District. Flood vulnerability (vulnerable to less vulnerable) with moderate topographic values (10-19 meters above sea level) is in Gerunggang and Gabek Districts, while vulnerability is not vulnerable with high average topographic values (above 20 meters above sea level). in the northern part in the Districts of Gerunggang, Gabek, and Pangkalbalam. In the northwest part of Pangkalpinang City, if there is an increase in tides or high rainfall intensity, the area will be inundated (flooded).

The primary tin ore processing process includes comminution, sizing and concentration activities. The stage of primary tin ore comminution begins with the crushing process using a jaw crusher and then refined using a ball mill again. Ball mill is a form that is used to shrink the grain size of materials to obtain finer materials (fine materials) and preparation of the right size for the concentration process, namely size 60.degree.-200 mesh. Variable ball mill settings that are not appropriate welcome coarse ball mill scouring material (20 s.d. 50 mesh), so we need to do the grinding again because the minerals have not been taken from the impurity minerals. The ineffective process of grinding primary tin ore records high production costs. The experiment was carried out with bait stimulating variables 3-4 TPH, 4-5TPH, and 5-6 TPH. The bait size is 0-2 cm, 0-4 cm and 0-6 cm. The air rate is 4.436 l/h, 7.394 l/h, and 11.091 l/h. The experiment was conducted 27 times with the combined formula for the results of scouring the ball mill. Based on the experiments carried out, the right material for the process of concentration size 60 s.d. Was obtained.-200 mesh, because the size of the mineral has been released from the impurity minerals. The smaller feed bait, bait size, and air flow obtained from the materials resulting from the grinding of ball mill 60 mesh up to-200 mesh height. Effectiveness of grinding get in sample 19 with the highest production value of 5 s.d. 6 TPH. This parameter is used to get the right results for the concentration process, which is 60 mesh size.-200 mesh. Bu bağlamda kurgulanan kadınlık ve erkeklik kimliğinin mekândaki karşılığı ise özel alan ve kamusal alan ayrımıdır. Kadınlar/Kadınlık özel alanla özdeşleştirilirken özel alanının dışındaki mekân erkeklerle/erkeklikle özdeşleştirilmiştir. Cinsiyete dayalı işbölümü bağlamında kadınlar ev içi yükümlülüklerin yürütücüsü konumunda olmuşlardır. Bu yükümlülükler toplum, mekân ve zaman dolayımında farklılık göstermekle birlikte, 'kadın işi' olarak değerlendirilmeleri bakımından ortaklık gösterirler. Ancak 'kadın işi' olarak değerlendirilen bu yükümlülükler bazı zamanlarda nicelik ve nitelik açısından değişebilmektedir. Örneğin olağanüstü kriz dönemlerinde kadının ücretsiz emek alanı ile ücretli emek alanındaki varlığı etkilenebilmektedir. Bu çalışma, kadınların ev içi yükümlülükleri üzerinde Covid-19 pandemi sürecinin etkilerini tespit edip çözümleme amacı taşımaktadır. Bunun için Türkiye genelinde kartopu tekniği ile ulaşılan 135 kadınla yapılandırılmış görüşme planı üzerinden görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ardından görüşmelerden elde edilen verilerin nitel çözümlemesi yapılmıştır.
