In Indonesia, the discussion about reproductive health in adolescents is still taboo, so adolescents do not get enough information. Knowledge of reproductive health and generation planning in adolescents needs attention so that adolescents can reduce risky behavior such as having premarital sex, promiscuity, and sexually transmitted diseases or HIV/AIDS. The purpose of the service is to increase knowledge about reproductive health and generation planning in SMPN 1 Sleman students, which is attended by 112 students. The strategy is carried out using online counseling which is followed up by personal consultation via WhatsApp (WA). Of the 112 students after reproductive health counseling, 83.03% experienced an increase, 6.25% experienced a decrease, while those who received a fixed/neutral score or equal to the value before counseling/pre amounted to 10.71%. Of the 112 students after the planned generation counseling, 73.21% experienced an increase, 13.39% experienced a decrease, while those who received a fixed/neutral score or equal to the value before the counseling/pretest were 15 13.39%. Knowledge of adolescents related to reproductive health and generation planning is very important so that adolescents can avoid reproductive health problems and plan better for their future.

The activity was carried out to improve the quality of patients with obesity and Diabetes mellitus (DM) in Family A (families with problems with non-communicable diseases or PTM) in Bantul, Yogyakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. The methods used in this service are education, mentoring, monitoring, and evaluating consumption patterns, physical activity, measuring weight, and checking blood sugar levels. In addition, the commitment of patients and family members is initiated to achieve a good quality of life. The results of this service activity indicate that mentoring impacts improving the quality of life of patients in the form of improving diet, exercise habits/physical activity, weight loss of 1.1 kg in 2 weeks, and decreasing blood sugar levels by 116 mg/DL. In addition, there is a patient's commitment to implementing a healthy lifestyle vigorously in the long term to produce better results. Family members also expressed a commitment to continuously provide motivation, support, and an environment to improve the patient's quality of life. This proves that the OSOF program has succeeded in having a positive impact on the target.

This study was aimed to identify the determinants of stunting children before and during pandemic COVID-19 in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This was cross-sectional national study used secondary data from 2018 and 2021 resourced from nutrition national surveys, central bureau of statistics, agricultural offices, stunting.go.id, and others. As many as 731 children were sampled in 2018 and 2877 in 2021. Generalized linear mixed models (GLMM) were used in STATA 15 to examine district to individual risk factors stunting children using sample weighted. Stunting decreased from 24.4% in 2018 to 17.3% in 2021. Height for Age Z-Score (HAZ scores) increased however the increase was larger in the 0-23month age group than 24-59month age. Before and during the pandemic COVID-19, stunting is linked to individual factors: children age >2 years, birth size, and underweight. Before and after the pandemic COVID-19, poverty and rural living were household stunting risk factors. Prior to and during COVID-19, the social determinants associated with stunting were DDP scores and pregnancy health insurance coverage. As a result of long-term and early-life malnutrition, various individual factors are highly associated with stunting. While food insecurity, poverty, health insurance, and rural living might promote stunting.

Thus, providing safe, affordable, and precise measurements of height or length is one important aspect of stunting detection in children. This study aims to develop an anthropometric tool using ultrasonic technology with the output of height or length, z-score, and stunting status of the children. We developed a comprehensive height/length measurement tool that generates measurement results in centimeter's, z scores, and nutritional status for toddlers. The Z-score calculation followed The Indonesian Ministry of Health Regulation Number 2 in 2020 about Child Growth Standards. The materials included HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensors, ESP32 microcontrollers, OLED 128x64 pixels, and fiber. To achieve a steady measuring value, we conducted measurement trials by observing the free area of the measure. The Ultrasonic HC-SR04 sensor was used in this tool to measure height, which was then processed by the ESP32 microprocessor to determine the measured height classification. The classification findings were then shown on a 128x64 pixel OLED display. The measurement results indicated that the ultrasonic sensor had a transmitting angle of 15 o. As conclusion this non-contact anthropometric measurement tool has the potential to be utilized through community empowerment since it is simple to use, easy to carry, and portable.

The social movement such as the healthy lifestyle movement (GERMAS) plays an important role to break the chain of COVID-19 transmission. Meanwhile, the infodemic of false news has caused misinformation and disinformation. Raising the community's health literacy will lead people to participate in the GERMAS social movement. This study aimed to explore the use of social media to improve health literacy concerning the healthy lifestyle social movement called "GERMAS". This research was conducted in Yogyakarta by reviewing related documents and literature, and collecting primary data. Primary data collection was done through online surveys, focus group discussions, and an in-depth interview. There were 461 respondents, with 449 respondents who filled out online surveys, 11 people who participated in the focus group discussions, and 1 person who was interviewed. The study showed that WhatsApp was the most widely accessed source of information about COVID-19 (83%) and health protocols (82%) after television. In addition, WhatsApp has become the main source of information about GERMAS (73%). The credible source of information was very important to help the community during the COVID-19 pandemic and the 'false news' infodemic. Various stakeholders provided information related to the COVID-19 and how to prevent the spread of the virus. In addition, Yogyakarta health officers developed a communication network through WhatsApp groups from the provincial to sub-district/village levels (community leaders) that were used to share information on a regular basis to the public. Additionally, community leaders were able to ask health officers questions related to COVID-19 issues and prevention. Unfortunately, the lack of "think tanks", and bureaucratic ties made this network unable to function optimally. In conclusion, social media has an important role in optimizing the GERMAS program during the COVID-19 pandemic. Social media management and good cooperation between the government and private agencies are important keys for optimizing GERMAS during the COVID-19 pandemic era.
