Metode penelitian adalah penelitian kepustakaan. penelitian kepustakaan bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan data atau informasi yang ada di perpustakaan untuk kemudian digunakan sebagai dasar penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja guru merupakan kemampuan seorang guru dalam melaksanakan tugas pembelajaran di madrasah dan bertanggung jawab atas peserta didik di bawah bimbingannya dengan meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, kinerja guru itu dapat diartikan sebagai suatu kondisi yang menunjukkan kemampuan seorang guru dalam menjalankan tugasnya di madrasah serta menggambarkan adanya suatu perbuatan ang ditampilkan guru dalam atau selama melakukan aktivitas pembelajaran. Sedangkan motivasi kerja adalah energi dari dalam diri guru yang memberikan dorongan pada guru dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai pendidik untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Motivasi kerja guru terbentuk dari sikap seorang guru dalam menghadapi situasi kerja. Motivasi ini dapat memberikan pengaruh pada kinerja seorang guru.

Judging from the type, this research is library research including the type of library research. Library research is research, whose data collection is done by collecting data from various literatures. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, which emphasizes its analysis of the process of drawing comparative conclusions and on analyzing the dynamics of the relationship between observed phenomena using scientific logic. The data were analyzed by data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that there are management procedures and tools for creating qualitative changes in learning quality. Starting from the input in the form of policies, systemized application processes, and outputs in the form of achieving the profile and quality of graduates.

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menambah khasanah pengetahuan siswa mengenai teori-teori kepemimpi... more Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menambah khasanah pengetahuan siswa mengenai teori-teori kepemimpinan dan bertambahnya kemampuan siswa dalam mensimulasikan praktik kepemimpinan yang baik. Proses pelaksanaan kegiatan dibagi menjadi tiga tahap yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan refleksi. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode ceramah, simulasi, dan presentasi. Subjek atau peserta pelatihan adalah 20 orang siswa SMK Pertanian Pembangunan Negeri Jambi. Analisis data pelatihan ini menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi program pelatihan ini adalah angket. Hasil kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai teori-teori kepemimpinan. diketahui: (1) pada bagian pemilihan materi sebanyak 92% peserta memahami dan menguasainya dan yang cukup menguasai sebanyak 8%; (2) pada bagian penerapan terlihat para peserta memahami dan menguasai sebanyak 85%, cukup menguasai 10%, dan kurang menguasai 5%; dan (3) pada bagian penggunaan media 75% peserta memahami dan menguasai, cukup menguasai 15%, dan kurang menguasai sebanyak 10%.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan perangkat pembalajaran e-learning yang mendukung kegiatan pembalajaran blended dengan menggunakan media Edmodo. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan desain yang digunakan adalah ADDIE dimana terdapat lima tahap diantanya Analisis, Desain, Develop, Implementasi, Evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Perangkat pembalajaran yang dikembangkan sesuai berdasarkan penilaian ahli, hal ini juga di dukung dengan uji coba kelompok kecil menunjukan setiap indikator berkategori Sangat Baik. Pada uji coba implementasi yang bertujuan Meningkatkan Keterampilan Literasi ICT Siswa Hasil menunjukan rata-rata ketercapian Literasi ICT Siswa di setiap indicator mencapai 80% dengan Kategori Sangat Baik. Dengan demikian Perangkat pembalajaran yang dikembangkan dapat di kategori kan sangat baik dari segi teori dan praktis sehingga dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran TIK khususnya pada materi Ms. Word.

Dimana tujuan SMK adalah untuk memberikan bekal kemampuan siap kerja kepada siswa sebagai tenaga kerja tingkat menengah sesuai dengan persyaratan yang dianut oleh dunia industri dan dunia kerja, namun pada kenyataannya masih banyak siswa SMK belum mengusai kompetensi yang seharusnya dimiliki. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan prosedur pengembangan media Konstruksi dan Utilitas Gedung berbantuan SketchUp 3D untuk kompetensi keahlian Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan SMK serta mendeskripsikan kelayakan media yang dikembangkan. Penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) ini menggunakan model Lee & Owens terdiri dari 5 tahap pengembangan, yaitu: assessment and analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Hasil pengembangan berupa produk media pembelajaran Gambar Konstruksi dan Utilitas Gedung yang dibuat di aplikasi SketchUp 3D yang terdiri dari gambar denah pondasi, sloof, kolom, balok, pelat beton, kusen pintu dan jendela, rangka atap, dan plafon. Produk ini melalui proses validasi oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan praktisi serta uji coba produk kepada siswa. Berdasarkan hasil validasi dan uji coba yang telah dilakukan, maka disimpulkan media pembelajaran sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran di SMK.

With entrepreneurship education, aspiring entrepreneurs can learn how to identify market opportunities, develop business ideas and manage the company well. With entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurs can also gain knowledge about marketing strategies and financial management that will help them increase the profitability of their business. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to describe the importance of starting entrepreneurship education in schools. Design and methods: This research is field research, which is research held in a field or scene with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at SMA 1 Merangin. Results: The implementation of entrepreneurship education in schools can be done through various creative and interactive learning methods. For example, students can be invited to make a simple business plan, take part in a business simulation, or make visits to local companies. In addition, teachers can also invite successful entrepreneurs as guest speakers to share their experiences and knowledge. entrepreneurship education programs in schools have significant positive impacts. The evaluation conducted helps in identifying the weaknesses of the program and provides direction for necessary improvements.

This is done to determine the connections that the existing clusters create. Some of the measurements used are mixed measurements, Bregman differences, and number measurements (Mixed Euclidean Distance, Generalized Divergence, Squared Euclidean Distance, Mahalanobis Distance, and Euclidean Distance). Distance measurement shall be applied on number with primary school facilities in Indonesia. The Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) is different from the cluster number test (k = 2-10) for each Distance Measure. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study type in conducting research. In making observations, the researcher acts as participatory and non-participatory observers, namely by participating in teaching and learning activities as well as other activities such as seminars and study groups, then as later as non-participatory observers the researcher observes activities that do not allow researchers to participate in such as activities evaluation and others. The results of the study show that in order to support the principal's strategy through the quality of human resources, infrastructure, learning materials, and rewards.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 84 article 11 at private universities in East Java in improving the quality of its human resources. The subjects in this study were the 7 best private universities in the ranking and clustering version by the Ministry of research, technology, and higher education 2020. The result was the compensation received by permanent lecturers with the lowest group, namely Expert Assistants, in the form of gross monthly salaries ranging from Rp. 3,000,000, 00-Rp 12,000,000.00. With this compensation, lecturers are also motivated to be more productive in their work (Tridharma of Higher Education) because it is proportional to their compensation. This also spurs increasing capabilities such as continuing the postdoctoral education level carried out by lecturers, so universities also provide special rewards. This proves that a lecturer's performance will increase in line with the high level of satisfaction that comes from fulfilling his needs, desires, and expectations. The satisfaction that lecturers get from what they receive from campus creates a commitment to the organizations they join.

The purposes of this research were to verify the personality traits consisting of conscientiousne... more The purposes of this research were to verify the personality traits consisting of conscientiousness and agreeableness as personal factors along with job satisfaction and organizational climate as the environmental factors affect organizational commitment and to compare the organizational commitment of lecturers at one public university in Jambi. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect the data from 140 lecturers. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and path analysis to analyze the effects of conscientiousness, agreeableness, job satisfaction and organizational climate on organizational commitment. The results of the study indicated that conscientiousness, agreeableness, and job satisfaction had direct effects on the organizational commitment, while organizational climate had indirect effects. Additionally, the organizational climate had direct effects on job satisfaction. These findings indicated that personal and environmental factors affect organizational commitment in an organization.

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menghasilkan rancang bangun dan unjuk kerja augmented reality sebagai media pembelajaran. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ADDIE adaptasi dari William W. Lee dan Diana L. Owens yang meliputi 1) analisis, 2) perencanaan, 3) pengembangan dan implementasi, dan 4) evaluasi. Hasil dari rancang bangun berupa aplikasi Pneumatik AR dan Marker AR.
