Speaking is the most important part of communication. Many students in universities, junior high ... more Speaking is the most important part of communication. Many students in universities, junior high schools, and senior high schools have trouble conveying their ideas to others. Using YouTube to help students ease their ability to practice speaking is promising. Eleven articles showed that kind of notion. They were found on the Google Scholar website. Filtering them by the keyword "learning to speak through YouTube" and the year setting "since 2018" has determined that they are appropriate to be analyzed. All articles adapted method designs such as qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method approaches differently. The analysis done by each article showed the effectiveness of using YouTube to enhance speaking ability. This kind of finding could be used by teachers to teach the related subject. It also triggers other researchers to do related studies.

To achieve these goals, it is essential to keep the ability to modify grammatical rules. A review of ten credible research revealed that many students in Asia and Europe have grammar difficulties. The age range of these students is 6–24. Information was found on the Google Scholar website. All articles were published between 2019 and 2022. The writings’ themes center on improving grammar, speaking, and bilingual skills. The gathered data were analyzed using a systematic literature review method. Analyzing such data, it is found that all of the authors used bilingual instruction to teach the participants grammar in the English class. On the other hand, it has an intention to preserve local languages. The presence of the two additional lessons in the same school invites a certain problem. Through the questionnaire distributed randomly to 26 primary school parents whose children learn English and Javanese at school in 4 different cities like Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik, and Malang, it could be found out that many students got the competencies of lowering the usage of local language at home, switching codes, lowering competence in implementing Javanese script and constructing sentences, unwilling to watch Javanese news, lowering local culture appreciation, and lowering the usage of local language among peers. Furthermore, in the comparative in English and Javanese learning the students had a lower interest in competing for language, appreciating culture, and literacy in Javanese.

Furthermore, to make the patterns learners learned to stay some longer in their minds, they can notice the grammar content in short stories. Through his work, Saikaku would like to show the readers the implementation of 4 identity-statuses. He brought the readers into critical reading to help them find the identity. To analyze the 4 identity status content in his short story, the coding analysis was used. By analyzing, it could be seen that 4 identity-status categories comprise identity diffusion, identity foreclosure, identity moratorium, and identity achievement.
