Virtual Tour is one of the most promising virtual technologies that has appeared in recent years ... more Virtual Tour is one of the most promising virtual technologies that has appeared in recent years and has a considerable influence on community activities during the Covid19 pandemic. This research aims to study the factors that influence public acceptance of Virtual tour technology in museums, by utilizing the concept of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use Of Technology/UTAUT model, then assessing its influence on smart tourism and smart experience. The method used in this research is quantitative research. The data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive analysis and structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis. The population and samples in this study were 115 visitors of Museum Nasional, Jakarta, Indonesia. The questionnaire survey was conducted to collect the data needed for this study. The results of the study generally showed that there is a significant influence of UTAUT to smart tourism and smart Experience. Smart Tourism and Smart Experience can be improved by maximizing technology-based services and UTAUT.

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect influence between employee value proposition... more This study aims to determine the direct and indirect influence between employee value proposition (EVP), and employee satisfaction (ES) on employee productivity (EP) in the Hospitality Industry, during the Covid 19 pandemic. This research was conducted by conducting observations and surveys to several hotels around the Jakarta area. Respondents in this study were employees who worked at the Hotel as many as 133 respondents, with sampling techniques using purposive sampling, data collection was conducted with the dissemination of questionnaires and this research was conducted with a descriptive quantitative approach. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that EVP had a positive and significant direct and indirect effect on employee productivity.

Trowulan as one of cultural heritage tourism sites in Indonesia has a strategic role in building ... more Trowulan as one of cultural heritage tourism sites in Indonesia has a strategic role in building the national identity, considering that Trowulan is the center of Majapahit, a large kingdom around the 13th century whose territory covered the territory of the present Indonesia to the Malay peninsula. The Trowulan site is currently under the management of the East Java Cultural Heritage Preservation Center (BPCB), Directorate General of Culture, Ministry of Education and Culture. The focus of BPCB in managing this site is Rescue, Secure, Maintenance and Development of cultural heritage. Some problems related to the discovery of cultural heritage objects and interest conflicts of local people in earning a living in the land area become critical issues that should be addressed. Based on the description above, this paper reviews the Sustainable Tourism approach to help overcome the problems in Trowulan.

The purposed of this research was conducted to determine the potential development of pencak silat at Merpati Putih as a cultural tourism attraction. The research was conducted on active and passive members (who had been members) of the Merpati Putih Pencak Silat (with total 612 of respondents). pencak silat "Merpati Putih" (known as PPS Betako Merpati Putih) was formed around the 1550s BC. This research used a qualitative descriptive method, with primary data from the results of the questionnaire, and enriched with secondary data obtained from the internet and several other sources to complement this research. This research used a qualitative descriptive method, explaining the situation and facts found in the field. To explore members' perceptions of the potential development of pencak silat "Merpati Putih" as a cultural tourism attraction, questionnaires, online observations and interview conducted on the members of PPS Betako Merpati Putih. Pencak silat "Merpati Putih" has the potential to be developed as a cultural tourism attraction, by developing and managing it more professional so that it becomes a cultural tourism asset in term of tourists' interest.

Consideration of the Gattung of the Jewish Farewell Speeches shows that the Johannine discourse (... more Consideration of the Gattung of the Jewish Farewell Speeches shows that the Johannine discourse (apart from 13:1ff.) belongs to this genre, which exercised its influence on other parts of the Gospel as well. Materially it is different; the standing features of the Jewish speeches are reworked completely. This is indicated by eight points of comparison. The Farewell Discourses happened to be replaced very soon by the Christian genre of the Speeches of the resurrected Lord. Still, they stand out as a remarkable theological achievement accomplished within a very short span of time. I. The farewell discourse is the most extended entity on its own in the gospels-containing more verses than even the Sermon on the Mount. It is also more unified than the Sermon on the Mount. It requires special consideration. It lends itself to comparison with formations in Jewish literature. The fact that Kasemann described it as 'The Testament of Jesus'l may give additional point to such a comparison, although it must be said that Kasemann himself, in spite of the title of his book, did not show an interest in this aspect. The Testament is a common literary genre in Jewish literature. More than 20 pieces of this description have come down to us: some, perhaps many, have perished.2 They are marked by significant features. Special tribute is to be given to Stauffer, the man of genius, who was the first scholar to notice and to describe the Gattung and to characterise it.3 Additional lE. Selain mempunyai cita rasa yang khas, minuman ini juga mengandung unsur alami yang mampu memberikan manfaat memperkuat daya tahan tubuh. Salah satu bahan alami yang sering dimanfaatkan untuk minuman adalah daun kelor. Minuman tradisional berbahan daun kelor diramu dengan bahan lain seperti, jahe, serai selain mempunyai cita rasa yang unik dapat memberikan manfaat untuk menghangatkan badan dan memperkuat daya tahan tubuh. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan prospek bisnis minuman yang berbahan dasar daun kelor. This is an obstacle to the development of MSMEs that are competitive and support the community's economy. Micro, Small and Medium enterprises and large businesses in the tourism sector are not only supporting the community's economy but also as an effort to meet the needs of tourists while visiting destinations, and one of them is Palembang City. For this reason, MSME products such as crafts and culinary in Palembang city need to be strengthened through partnerships with large businesses. This study aims to examine the partnership opportunities of MSMEs and large businesses in the tourism sector that focus on the quality of human resources, regulations, funding and market in Palembang City. This paper aims to examine that behind the strengthening programs carried out by the government, there are many difficulties that are being faced by MSME actors in partnering. Data were analyzed using NVIVO12 software for coding, categorize and merging themes and then interpreting the data. The results of the study indicate that the quality of MSME human resources in Palembang City still requires various training and knowledge regarding business management and product innovation.

The measurement of the awareness is according to one of the national currency's purpose, which is as a promotion media. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the socialization and communication programs from the government to about the exposure of Indonesia tourism destinations and culture image on the 2016 banknotes. The analysis uses key screening question that should be answered by respondents who have been actively using Indonesian currency in their daily transaction. In addition, the researchers also conduct face-to-face interviews with the respondents. The result of the study shows that out of the 120 respondents, only 6%-7% who aware about the image of Indonesia tourism destinations and culture displayed on Indonesian currency.
