هدف مطالعه حاضر، مطالعه تطبیقی الگوهای آسیب شناسی سازمانی به منظور ارائه راهبرد برای سازمان های ا... more هدف مطالعه حاضر، مطالعه تطبیقی الگوهای آسیب شناسی سازمانی به منظور ارائه راهبرد برای سازمان های ایرانی است. برای شناسائی و طبقه بندی مولفه های موثر در آسیب های سازمانی و رسیدن به یک مدل جامع می توان از تحلیل و مقایسه مدل های موجود سود جست. روش تحقیق حاضر، تطبیقی کیفی با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل محتوا بود. جامعه آماری دربردارنده کلیه مدل های آسیب شناسی سازمانی و نمونه های تحقیق از طریق روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب گردیدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از روش اسنادی استفاده و اعتبار اسناد از طریق ارزیابی درونی (صحت محتوا) و ارزیابی بیرونی (صحت مدرک) بررسی شد. هم چنین از تحلیل محتوی مضمونی برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده گردید. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد در اکثر الگوهای موجود آسیب شناسی سازمانی ، طراحان ابعادی همچون ساختار، نظام ها، اهداف و رسالت ها، استراتژی ها، سبک های مدیریت و رهبری، ارتباطات و محیط را مدنظر قرار داده اند. هم چنین ، اصلی ترین تفاوت بین الگوها در ابعاد مالی، بازاریابی و مشتری مداری است. یافته دیگر تحقیق مبین آن است که اکثر الگوها بر وجوه سازمانی بیش از ابعاد فردی تاکید می ورزند. ب...

Introduction: The progress and development of any society depends on the quality of its education... more Introduction: The progress and development of any society depends on the quality of its education and quality of education in turn depends on many factors such as classroom management. The purpose of this study was to predicting of students creativity and academic engagement in University of Kashan based on classroom management components. Methods: This is an analytic, cross-sectional study. Statistical population consisted of all students at University of Kashan in academic years 2020-2021 (N=7836) that by Cochran formulate and stratified random sampling 328 ones, selected as sample. In order to collect data, three questionnaires of classroom management, creativity and academic engagement were used. The questionnaires validity was confirmed as content. By using Cronbach Alpha Cofficient, the reliability of class management questionnaire was estimated to be 0.82, creativity 0.75 and academic engagement 0.76. Data analysis is done in levels of descriptive (frequency, percentage, mean & standard deviason) and inferential (one sample t-test & linear regression) through Spss. Results: The findings showed that the mean of classroom management (53.77±8.04) was lower than the cutoff point of 62.5, the mean of students 'creativity (2.28±0.48) was lower than the average 3 and the mean of students' academic engagement (36.47±7.30) is lower than the cut point 45. Regression coefficients showed that among the components of classroom management, components of education management and behavior management are two factors affecting academic engagement, but the component of managing individuals did not have a significant effect on academic engagement. Also managing individuals and behavior management are two factors affecting students' creativity, but the component of education management did not have a significant effect on creativity (P<0.05). Conclusions: According to the research results, the situation of classroom management, academic engagement and creativity of students is in a relatively unfavorable situation and the level of creativity and academic engagement of students can be predicted from the classroom management components. Thus faculty members in universities can promote students' creativity and academic engagement by using cultural-educational, educational, research and service indicators.

Background & Aim: Attachment styles are among interpersonal resources that can help to reduce str... more Background & Aim: Attachment styles are among interpersonal resources that can help to reduce stress levels in adverse conditions and decrease the negative impact of stress. Attachment styles are important in predicting mental health. Therefore, the main purpose of this study was to study the relationship between attachment styles and mental health among nurses. Material & Methods: It was a descriptive-correlational study. The research population included all nurses in Shahreza Amir Almomenin Hospital. Using Cochran formula, 114 nurses were selected by simple random sampling method. To gather data, two questionnaires were used including general health questionnaire (GHQ) and adult attachment inventory (AAI). Data was analyzed by inferential statistics (ANOVA, t-test and Regression analysis) using SPSS-PC (v. 19). Results: The finding showed that the mean score of secure attachment style (3.2±0.70) was higher than hypothesized average (3) and avoidant (2.54±0.76) and insecure ambivalent attachment (2.62±0.77) were lower than hypothesized average (3). Also mean scores of physical symptoms (9.43±4.46), anxiety (9.00±5.69) and social symptoms (13.14±3.56) were higher than cutoff point (6) but depressive symptoms (4.58±3.33) were lower than cutoff point (6). The findings also revealed that the mean score of nurses' mental health (36.3±11.30) was higher than cutoff point (23). Conclusion: The results of the study showed that attachment styles play a key role in nurses' mental health. The findings also revealed that only ambivalent attachment style had the ability to predict mental health.

Introduction: Class culture, based on its implicit and explicit beliefs and values, can, on the o... more Introduction: Class culture, based on its implicit and explicit beliefs and values, can, on the one hand, promote free, motivational and confidential environment for learning in learners, and on the other hand, it may create a cold, negative, and irrational environment. Thus the purpose of this research was to evaluate class culture from the viewpoint of students in Kashan University of Medical sciences. Method: This is a descriptive survey research. The statistical population consisted of 2148 students in Kashan University of Medical Sciences in academic years 2016-17 that 200 ones through stratified randomized sampling chosen as sample. Data gathering tool was class culture standard questionnaire with 8 items response close in term of Likert five scale. Questionnaire construction validity confirmed through factor analysis. Questionnaire reliability was estimated by Cronbach Alpha coefficient equal to 0.88. Data analyzed by descriptive (frequency, percentage, mean & standard deviation) and inferential level (one sample t-test, independent t-test, one way Anova & structural equation modeling) through SPSS. Result: Findings showed class culture score (34.53±2.64) was upper than 30 score and the majority of students considered the class culture in university as open. Male students with score of 35.17±2.97 reported more open class culture than female students with a score of 33.91±2.1, and this difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). But there was no significant difference between students' viewpoints on the status of classroom culture in terms of college and degree of academic (p<0.05). Conclusion: based on results, the class culture in Kashan University of Medical Sciences is open. This is especially important in medical science universities whose graduates at different levels and courses should have a positive balanced humanistic relationship with their peers, in order to be more confident in the quality of the duties and responsibilities involved.

Through a questionnaire, required data were gathered in sub-companies of three corporations in the city of Esfahan. Seventy-four questionnaires were given to top and middle managers of these companies and 36 were returned (49.65% response rate). Correlation analysis was used to check the relationship between the variables. The researchers found a strong, positive and significant relationship between knowledge management practices and innovation levels in these companies. Today, equipping professors with managerial skills in planning for professional education, especially medical education, is necessary. Thus, the aim of this research was to investigate classroom management styles of faculty members in Kashan University of Medical Sciences, Iran. Methods: This was a descriptive survey. The statistical population consisted of all faculty members of Kashan University of Medical Sciences (n = 182). Through stratified random sampling method, 114 individuals were selected. We used a standard questionnaire to assess classroom management styles. The questionnaire consisted of 25 4-point items and 3 styles of education management (questions 1 to 13), people management (questions 14 to 21), and behavior management (questions 22 to 25) based on 3 approaches (interventional, interactive, noninterventional). The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using content validity. The reliability of the questionnaire was also confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient (α = 0.82). Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, and mean and standard deviation) and analytical statistics (ANOVA and Student's independent t tests). Results: The mean of each classroom management style was higher than the estimated average (2.5). The highest average was that of education management style (2.75). Based on the obtained means, classroom management (68.28) was an interventional approach. Conclusion: Findings showed that university faculty members, respectively, have the highest regard for education management and people management, and the least regard for behavior management.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the level of Islamic self-evaluation in students of Isfahan University. Methods: This descriptive study was conducted in different field students of Isfahan University in 2010-11 academic years. 300 students were selected by purposeful sampling method. The measurement tool was a researcher-made Islamic self-evaluation questionnaire included 20 closed-answer items in Likert's 5 part spectrum consisted of stipulation, calculating, meditation and expostulation components. Data analysis was done by statistical software SPSS 11 and using the correlation coefficient, one sample T and MANOVA tests. Results: The mean of all self-evaluation components were above average (p=0.0001; df=299). A significant positive relationship was between each self-evaluation components. None of the demographic characteristics were significantly associated with self-evaluation. The mean of Islamic self-evaluation in women was more than men, in undergraduate students was more than postgraduate students and in theology and psychology were more than other fields. There was a significant difference in opinion regarding field and level of education, but there wasn't any significant difference in terms of gender, father's education and father's occupation. Conclusion: Students of Isfahan University are in a nearly good position according to 4 steps of Islamic selfevaluation. Field and level of education of students are effective on Islamic self-evaluation level, but gender does not affect it.

In this survey, the population consisted all students at the University of Kashan in 2014-2015 (N=7150) from which 283 students were selected through random sampling. The research instrument was an entrepreneurial curriculum researchermade questionnaire with 105 items in a five-point Likert scale (objectives and orientations, content, teaching and learning strategies, monitoring and management styles, and assessment methods). The questionnaire's content validity was confirmed by professors and experts in this field. Reliability was obtained 0.92 based on Cronbach alpha coefficient. Data was analyzed at inferential level (t-test and multiple ANOVA) using SPSS. Findings revealed that the status of entrepreneurial curriculum components in objectives and orientations, content, teaching and learning strategies, monitoring and management styles, and assessment methods was above the average at the tertiary level. In addition, there was no significant difference between students' views on entrepreneurial curriculum components in terms of gender, field of study, academic degree and level, and GPA.

Background and Objectives: Job adjustment is an important factor for the successful employment of... more Background and Objectives: Job adjustment is an important factor for the successful employment of nurses. The job nature can be a factor influencing job adjustment. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of job nature on job adjustment among a sample of nurses. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted among 542 nurses working in hospitals affiliated to Kashan University of Medical Sciences. Using Cochran's formula and stratified random sampling method, 190 nurses were selected as a sample. Two standard and validated questionnaires were used for gathering data associated with job nature and job adjustment. The reliability of the questionnaires was estimated through Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Data analysis was performed at both descriptive and inferential levels using SPSS 22. Results: Findings revealed that means of job nature (70.43±45.07) was higher than average (60) and mean of job adjustment (3.23±0.42) was higher than average (3). Pearson correlation coefficient showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between job nature and job adjustment (r=0.29). The regression coefficient showed that the job nature was able to predict the job adjustment of nurses. Conclusion: The average job nature and adjustment of nurses were favorable and there was a positive relationship between job nature and job adjustment of nurses. Therefore, in order to increase the adjustment of nurses, managers should pay more attention to nurses' perceptions of their job characteristics and provide them with diversity, feedback and the opportunity to create friendly relationships at work.

نوع تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر اجرا، توصیفی پیمایشی بود. جامعه‌آماری شامل معلمان شهر کاشان... more نوع تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر اجرا، توصیفی پیمایشی بود. جامعه‌آماری شامل معلمان شهر کاشان در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 به تعداد 3731 نفر بود که از میان آن‌ها با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای، 245 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت گرداوری داده‌ها از سه پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته پیشایندها در 15 گویه، پرسشنامه استاندارد بی‌تفاوتی سازمانی با 33 گویه و پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته پسایندها با 18 گویه بر حسب طیف پنج درجه‌ای لیکرت استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه‌ها به صورت محتوایی و سازه تایید شد. پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پیشایندها 85/0، بی‌تفاوتی سازمانی 95/0 و پسایندها 87/0 برآورد گردید. تحلیل داده‌ها در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و آموس انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان داد میانگین کیفیت زندگی کاری و حمایت سازمانی، پایین‌تر از حد متوسط و میانگین استرس شغلی بالاتر از حد متوسط بود. میانگین همه مولفه‌های بی‌تفاوتی سازمانی، پایین‌تر از حد متوسط و میانگین پسایندهای بی‌تفاوتی سازمانی، بالاتر از حد متوسط بود. بین پیشایندها و بی‌تفاوتی سا...

Thus educational systems should provide a field for development and growth of thinking methods and creativity. The main purpose of this research was to study the relationship between thinking skills and creativity among students at Kashan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: We used a cross-correlation method. All students at Kashan University of Medical Sciences in the academic year of 2014-2015 (N = 2095) were selected as the study population. Overall, 169 students were chosen using Cochran Formula with stratified random sampling. For data collection, thinking skills questionnaire with 40 items in five components and creativity questionnaire with 20 items scored on a five-point Likert scale were used. Questionnaires content validity was confirmed by experts. Questionnaire reliability through Cronbach alpha coefficient was estimated as equal to 0.84 for thinking skills and 0.87 for creativity. Data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS 19 software. Results: The findings showed that mean thinking skills (3.67 ± 0.43) and creativity (3.68 ± 0.40) were higher than average. Also, there was a positive and significant relationship (r = 0.72) between thinking skills components and creativity (P < 0.05). Conclusions: Means of thinking skills and creativity were higher than average and were desirable. Due to the high level of thinking skills and creativity of students and a significant positive relationship between these two variables, it is suggested that university managers should focus their attention to foster thinking skills in their students to provide grounds for creativity so that the students could be thoughtful, creative and innovative in the society.

The purpose of this study was to predicting of students creativity and academic engagement in University of Kashan based on classroom management components. Methods: This is an analytic, cross-sectional study. Statistical population consisted of all students at University of Kashan in academic years 2020-2021 (N=7836) that by Cochran formulate and stratified random sampling 328 ones, selected as sample. In order to collect data, three questionnaires of classroom management, creativity and academic engagement were used. The questionnaires validity was confirmed as content. By using Cronbach Alpha Cofficient, the reliability of class management questionnaire was estimated to be 0.82, creativity 0.75 and academic engagement 0.76. Data analysis is done in levels of descriptive (frequency, percentage, mean & standard deviason) and inferential (one sample t-test & linear regression) through Spss. Results: The findings showed that the mean of classroom management (53.77±8.04) was lower than the cutoff point of 62.5, the mean of students 'creativity (2.28±0.48) was lower than the average 3 and the mean of students' academic engagement (36.47±7.30) is lower than the cut point 45. Regression coefficients showed that among the components of classroom management, components of education management and behavior management are two factors affecting academic engagement, but the component of managing individuals did not have a significant effect on academic engagement. Also managing individuals and behavior management are two factors affecting students' creativity, but the component of education management did not have a significant effect on creativity (P<0.05). Conclusions: According to the research results, the situation of classroom management, academic engagement and creativity of students is in a relatively unfavorable situation and the level of creativity and academic engagement of students can be predicted from the classroom management components. Thus faculty members in universities can promote students' creativity and academic engagement by using cultural-educational, educational, research and service indicators.

Background & Aim: Attachment styles are among interpersonal resources that can help to reduce str... more Background & Aim: Attachment styles are among interpersonal resources that can help to reduce stress levels in adverse conditions and decrease the negative impact of stress. Attachment styles are important in predicting mental health. Therefore, the main purpose of this study was to study the relationship between attachment styles and mental health among nurses. Material & Methods: It was a descriptive-correlational study. The research population included all nurses in Shahreza Amir Almomenin Hospital. Using Cochran formula, 114 nurses were selected by simple random sampling method. To gather data, two questionnaires were used including general health questionnaire (GHQ) and adult attachment inventory (AAI). Data was analyzed by inferential statistics (ANOVA, t-test and Regression analysis) using SPSS-PC (v. 19). Results: The finding showed that the mean score of secure attachment style (3.2±0.70) was higher than hypothesized average (3) and avoidant (2.54±0.76) and insecure ambivalent attachment (2.62±0.77) were lower than hypothesized average (3). Also mean scores of physical symptoms (9.43±4.46), anxiety (9.00±5.69) and social symptoms (13.14±3.56) were higher than cutoff point (6) but depressive symptoms (4.58±3.33) were lower than cutoff point (6). The findings also revealed that the mean score of nurses' mental health (36.3±11.30) was higher than cutoff point (23). Conclusion: The results of the study showed that attachment styles play a key role in nurses' mental health. The findings also revealed that only ambivalent attachment style had the ability to predict mental health.

Thus the purpose of this research was to evaluate class culture from the viewpoint of students in Kashan University of Medical sciences. Method: This is a descriptive survey research. The statistical population consisted of 2148 students in Kashan University of Medical Sciences in academic years 2016-17 that 200 ones through stratified randomized sampling chosen as sample. Data gathering tool was class culture standard questionnaire with 8 items response close in term of Likert five scale. Questionnaire construction validity confirmed through factor analysis. Questionnaire reliability was estimated by Cronbach Alpha coefficient equal to 0.88. Data analyzed by descriptive (frequency, percentage, mean & standard deviation) and inferential level (one sample t-test, independent t-test, one way Anova & structural equation modeling) through SPSS. Result: Findings showed class culture score (34.53±2.64) was upper than 30 score and the majority of students considered the class culture in university as open. Male students with score of 35.17±2.97 reported more open class culture than female students with a score of 33.91±2.1, and this difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). But there was no significant difference between students' viewpoints on the status of classroom culture in terms of college and degree of academic (p<0.05). Conclusion: based on results, the class culture in Kashan University of Medical Sciences is open. This is especially important in medical science universities whose graduates at different levels and courses should have a positive balanced humanistic relationship with their peers, in order to be more confident in the quality of the duties and responsibilities involved.

Today, equipping professors with managerial skills in planning for professional education, especially medical education, is necessary. Thus, the aim of this research was to investigate classroom management styles of faculty members in Kashan University of Medical Sciences, Iran. Methods: This was a descriptive survey. The statistical population consisted of all faculty members of Kashan University of Medical Sciences (n = 182). Through stratified random sampling method, 114 individuals were selected. We used a standard questionnaire to assess classroom management styles. The questionnaire consisted of 25 4-point items and 3 styles of education management (questions 1 to 13), people management (questions 14 to 21), and behavior management (questions 22 to 25) based on 3 approaches (interventional, interactive, noninterventional). The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using content validity. The reliability of the questionnaire was also confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient (α = 0.82). Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, and mean and standard deviation) and analytical statistics (ANOVA and Student's independent t tests). Results: The mean of each classroom management style was higher than the estimated average (2.5). The highest average was that of education management style (2.75). Based on the obtained means, classroom management (68.28) was an interventional approach. Conclusion: Findings showed that university faculty members, respectively, have the highest regard for education management and people management, and the least regard for behavior management.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the level of Islamic self-evaluation in students of Isfahan University. Methods: This descriptive study was conducted in different field students of Isfahan University in 2010-11 academic years. 300 students were selected by purposeful sampling method. The measurement tool was a researcher-made Islamic self-evaluation questionnaire included 20 closed-answer items in Likert's 5 part spectrum consisted of stipulation, calculating, meditation and expostulation components. Data analysis was done by statistical software SPSS 11 and using the correlation coefficient, one sample T and MANOVA tests. Results: The mean of all self-evaluation components were above average (p=0.0001; df=299). A significant positive relationship was between each self-evaluation components. None of the demographic characteristics were significantly associated with self-evaluation. The mean of Islamic self-evaluation in women was more than men, in undergraduate students was more than postgraduate students and in theology and psychology were more than other fields. There was a significant difference in opinion regarding field and level of education, but there wasn't any significant difference in terms of gender, father's education and father's occupation. Conclusion: Students of Isfahan University are in a nearly good position according to 4 steps of Islamic selfevaluation. Field and level of education of students are effective on Islamic self-evaluation level, but gender does not affect it.

In this survey, the population consisted all students at the University of Kashan in 2014-2015 (N=7150) from which 283 students were selected through random sampling. The research instrument was an entrepreneurial curriculum researchermade questionnaire with 105 items in a five-point Likert scale (objectives and orientations, content, teaching and learning strategies, monitoring and management styles, and assessment methods). The questionnaire's content validity was confirmed by professors and experts in this field. Reliability was obtained 0.92 based on Cronbach alpha coefficient. Data was analyzed at inferential level (t-test and multiple ANOVA) using SPSS. Findings revealed that the status of entrepreneurial curriculum components in objectives and orientations, content, teaching and learning strategies, monitoring and management styles, and assessment methods was above the average at the tertiary level. In addition, there was no significant difference between students' views on entrepreneurial curriculum components in terms of gender, field of study, academic degree and level, and GPA.

The job nature can be a factor influencing job adjustment. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of job nature on job adjustment among a sample of nurses. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted among 542 nurses working in hospitals affiliated to Kashan University of Medical Sciences. Using Cochran's formula and stratified random sampling method, 190 nurses were selected as a sample. Two standard and validated questionnaires were used for gathering data associated with job nature and job adjustment. The reliability of the questionnaires was estimated through Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Data analysis was performed at both descriptive and inferential levels using SPSS 22. Results: Findings revealed that means of job nature (70.43±45.07) was higher than average (60) and mean of job adjustment (3.23±0.42) was higher than average (3). Pearson correlation coefficient showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between job nature and job adjustment (r=0.29). The regression coefficient showed that the job nature was able to predict the job adjustment of nurses. Conclusion: The average job nature and adjustment of nurses were favorable and there was a positive relationship between job nature and job adjustment of nurses. Therefore, in order to increase the adjustment of nurses, managers should pay more attention to nurses' perceptions of their job characteristics and provide them with diversity, feedback and the opportunity to create friendly relationships at work.

Thus educational systems should provide a field for development and growth of thinking methods and creativity. The main purpose of this research was to study the relationship between thinking skills and creativity among students at Kashan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: We used a cross-correlation method. All students at Kashan University of Medical Sciences in the academic year of 2014-2015 (N = 2095) were selected as the study population. Overall, 169 students were chosen using Cochran Formula with stratified random sampling. For data collection, thinking skills questionnaire with 40 items in five components and creativity questionnaire with 20 items scored on a five-point Likert scale were used. Questionnaires content validity was confirmed by experts. Questionnaire reliability through Cronbach alpha coefficient was estimated as equal to 0.84 for thinking skills and 0.87 for creativity. Data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS 19 software. Results: The findings showed that mean thinking skills (3.67 ± 0.43) and creativity (3.68 ± 0.40) were higher than average. Also, there was a positive and significant relationship (r = 0.72) between thinking skills components and creativity (P < 0.05). Conclusions: Means of thinking skills and creativity were higher than average and were desirable. Due to the high level of thinking skills and creativity of students and a significant positive relationship between these two variables, it is suggested that university managers should focus their attention to foster thinking skills in their students to provide grounds for creativity so that the students could be thoughtful, creative and innovative in the society.
