The Covid-19 pandemic has a significant impact on the tourism of West Lombok Regency, especially the Senggigi tourist area where the number of tourists has decreased drastically. This study aims to find the right strategy for the development of the Senggigi tourist area during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is qualitative research methods. This research refers to the theory of tourism object development by Inskeep (1991) with data analysis using the NVIVO 12 application. The results of this study indicate that the development of the Senggigi tourist area from the dimensions of attractions and tourism activities has been carried out well; then from the accommodation dimension, the West Lombok Regency Government has made various efforts to provide encouragement to business actors as well as business actors have made various efforts to save so that their businesses can survive; from the dimensions of facilities and transportation, the West Lombok Regency Government is sufficient to meet the needs for amenities and accessibility in the tourist area of Senggigi and; From the dimension of institutional elements, the West Lombok Regency Government has made various efforts in implementing the Covid-19 protocol and restoring tourist attractions but still has various problems including waste, distribution of covid-19 and community problems. The development strategy achieved in this study based on NVIVO data analysis 12 found that the development of institutional dimensions with organizational indicators that refer to pentahelix collaboration according to Muhyi (2017) is the most priority strategy because it is mostly mentioned in the results of interviews, documentation results and observation results.

The research method used associative with the EXPO Facto research form. Respondents of this study were all students of class XII IPS SMA Negeri 2 Pontianak. The population in this study was 190 students, with a total sample of 66 students. The sampling technique in this study uses probability sampling techniques. The aim of this research is to identify the potential anti-obesity effect of Jasminum sambac (L.) W.Ait. ethanol extract in high-fat-diet-induced mice. Method: This assay was administered to high-fat diet induced mice for 30 days, to get an increase of body weight of 20% higher than early body weight. After induction, obese mice groups were treated using Jasminum sambac (L.) W.Ait. ethanol extract at the dose 100, 300, 500 mg/kg BW and orlistat 23 mg/kg BW as standard drug. To determine the anti-obesity effect, measurements were conducted by daily weight, food index, feces index, urine index, and stool consistency. The data were statistically analyzed by One-Way ANOVA followed by LSD test (Least Significant Different). Results: The experiment showed that Jasminum sambac (L.) W.Ait. extract dose of 100, 300, 500 mg/kg BW induced a high-fat diet indicated a significant decrease in body weight, fat index and organs index compared to control mice. Conclusion: The best dose decrease in body weight in the dose of 100 mg/kg BW and the best dose of reduced fat and organ weight in the dose of 300 mg/kg BW.

Jenis penelitian yaitu ex-postfacto korelasi. Populasi berjumlah 62 orang peserta didik dan semua populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Instrumen pengumpul data berupa angket dengan skala Likert, yang sebelumnya diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment dan multiple correlation. Namun informasi yang dihasilkan dari analisis portofolio bersifat jangka pendek, oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan analisis berkelanjutan agar mendapatkan informasi yang relevan, sehingga target pembentukan portofolio melalui deversifikasi memberikan hasil yang optimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat saham yang memiliki tingkat return tinggi namun memiliki risiko yang sebanding dari 50 komposisi saham yang diteliti dengan model indeks tunggal. Portofoio dibentuk oleh dua saham dari sektor yang berbeda yang terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesai (BEI) dan konsisten masuk kedalam indeks LQ45, yaitu PT Vale Indonesia Tbk dengan komposisi 80% dan PT Kalbe Farma dengan komposisi 20%.

All forms of regulation relating to watershed management must be strictly regulated as the legal basis for watershed management in Indonesia. This study aims to identify, understand, and analyze the juridical constraints faced in managing watersheds in Indonesia and to analyze the ideal juridical regulatory model for watershed management in Indonesia. This research was conducted using normative juridical research, by focusing on testing the implementation of rules or norms in positive law. The results of the study show juridical constraints in watershed management in Indonesia relating to the Revocation and Substitution of the Water Resources Law; the lack of synchronization between the Water Resources Law, the Regional Government Law and the Soil and Water Conservation Law. Therefore, the authors formulate the ideal form of watershed management arrangements, among others by taking quick and effective steps through district / city regional policies while continuing to synchronize efforts through policies in the form of mandates and tasks of assisting watershed management sub-affairs.
