In the article the modern vectors of development of sociocultural communication conditioned by the current postmodern society were analyzed. The main challenges f information society such as domination of technical component in human life, the phenomena of cultural globalization and unification as a threat to the uniqueness of national cultures were characterized. The effective approaches and strategies, which enable active character of sociocultural communication of individual in present conditions, were researched. The necessity of assuring the active character of sociocultural communication through the implementation of dialog strategies, promoting integration, social consolidation of community was underlined. The importance of creating a sustainable motivation of the individual to effective cross-cultural communication on the basis of values was indicated.

Effective technology of library collection is a series of sequential processes aimed at converting a large number of randomly placed in an ordered set of documents and further the preservation and operation of this set.
