The Society of the Mango Llama
Hello, and welcome to the Society of the Mango Llama LJ community! When you sign up, you will be assigned a title. For instance, Ginny's title used to be The Mighty Herring, but now it is The Queen of the Llamas, and Draco's used to be the King of the Serpents, but now it's the King of the Mangos. This is because those two are the leaders. If you don't like the title that is assigned to you, say so, and it'll be changed.
Requirements to Join
1. You must have an LJ (duh).
2. You don't have to be an HP character. You can be an OC, or even yourself, as long as you make yourself magical.
3.It's okay if you have a seperate LJ for this.
4. You must like mangoes AND llamas. If you don't like both, then don't even bother joining.
Rules
1. You must follow the story. For example: Draco and Hermione are dating. Don't say in your LJ that Harry and Hermione are.
2. You must post either in the community or your LJ at least once every two weeks. Even if it's only a sentence.
3. Please contact us if you are going on vacation or will be away for some reason. Tell us how long you'll be gone. You can also say something in your LJ for people who aren't members and just read our LJs.
4. Your username should pertain to your character somewhat. For instance, if you sign up as Ron, don't make your username fluffprincess45. Something more like the_big_red or wheezy212 would be better.
5.You must fill out the survey and post it in the community.
6.After we assign you your title, you must write out a bio for us. We will edit it for you if it has poor spelling and grammar.
7.Your entries must be coherent and easy to read. We don't expect perfect spelling and grammar, but we should be able to read your entries without having to struggle.
8. NO NETSPEAK!
9. And no TyPiNg LiKe ThIs either.
10. You must use proper puncuation.
1. If you join another RPG besides this one, you must create a seperate username for either RPGs (see rule #1)
12. Most importantly, have fun!
If you break one of these rules more than once, you will be kicked out of the community and all of your entries in the community will be deleted. Sorry, but that's the way it is.
THIS IS A COMMON MISCONCEPTION THAT PEOPLE HAVE...THEY THINK THAT THEY CAN JUST POST IN THE COMMUNITY AS A CHARACTER AND HAVE THEIR LJ BE THEIR REAL-LIFE ONE...THIS IS NOT THE CASE! YOUR LJ MUST PERTAIN THE RPG AND YOUR CHARACTER. NO REAL LIFE STUFF!'
