It may appear as a form of objective opposition to variables or as the will to universalize rarely used populational medical choices. Biopower can also manifest itself as a priori stances, often validated by the principle of precaution, which do nothing more than sterilize any form of scientific progress.

At this stage, we should make two remarks. First, we have to notice that the effects of degeneration are hard to distinguish from those of these new long-term diseases. Secondly, we should point out the phenomenon of domino-effect adoption of solutions. Among these kinds of degenerations, those that have to do with sensory organs are the first ones to be affected by the development of technology. Our sight is treated, thanks to a laser slicing our eyes. Deafness is reduced by devices and cochlear implants. As a consequence, the medicine of the future, which will be industrialized, will have to improve our lives both quantitatively and qualitatively.

We talk about IDs without distinguishing between people and companies, even if we intuitively understand that they are two different things. Let us point out that identity is also the relationship between two equal terms (mathematically speaking). With regards to the medical field, the identity question is not pointless. In the mass production of identical cars, the identity of each corresponds to its license plate. Evidently, this kind of analogy cannot be reproduced in the health industry.

It is modifying the modus operandi of political action. This type of society might be linked to a political will seeking to attain industry 4.0, which might result from the fusion of digital technologies and the limits of physics and biology. This chapter discusses the place of politics in organizations. Next, it explores the relationship between the strategic, tactical and operational levels, and the organization's functions and tasks. The notion of walls is a fundamental part in the development of society 5.0. The chapter then point out new political attitudes: vetocracy and ultrademocracy. These new attitudes work as walls in the sense that they slow action down. Finally, the chapter summarizes the role of governments in society 5.0.

People are not actually aware of how much they are coming to rely on them. They also shape our behaviors and some people’s way of thinking. These tools are thought to make us more efficient or, in any case, this is how they are sold to us. According to some, domestic technology should have made us save time. For others, the aim is to set us free by helping communication in a society where moving is becoming the rule.

Primitive technologies remain at the heart of society 5.0. The notion of schema is one of the fundamental points of the construction of society 5.0. This chapter describes that information technologies are the foundation of society 5.0 which has led to a triple phenomenon characterized by more freedom, more control and the importance of communities. People can perceive the importance of the digital world in the search for freedom and the disappearance of boundaries, barriers and borders. One of the important contributions of existentialism, a characteristic of Jean‐Paul Sartre's thought, is defined by the principle of human freedom. Digital men gather spontaneously in digital communities, which represent one element of the situation in Sartre's sense.
