The aim of this study is to investigate how inclusive leadership affects the perceived organizati... more The aim of this study is to investigate how inclusive leadership affects the perceived organizational support and innovative work behaviors of employees and whether perceived organizational support has a mediating role in this process. For this purpose, data were collected from 348 participants working at different carpet manufacturing companies in Gaziantep. Confirmatory factor analysis was performed in the analysis of the data, correlations between the variables were determined, and structural equation and goodness of fit tests of the model and regression analysis were performed. In the analyses, it was determined that inclusive leadership had a significant positive effect on perceived organizational support and innovative work behavior. Perceived organizational support was found to have a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior. As a result of mediating analysis, perceived organizational support was found to have a partial mediator role in the relationship between inclusive leadership and innovative work behavior. - Bu çalışmanın amacı kapsayıcı liderliğin algılanan örgütsel destek ve çalışanların yenilikçi iş davranışlarını nasıl etkilediği ve bu süreçte algılanan örgütsel desteğin bir aracılık rolü olup olmadığının araştırılmasıdır. Bu amaçla Gaziantep ilinde halı firmalarında çalışan 348 katılımcıdan anket aracılığıyla ile veri toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri yapılmış, değişkenler arası korelasyonlar tespit edilmiş ve yapısal eşitlik modeli ile modelin uyum iyiliği testleri ve regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizlerde kapsayıcı liderliğin algılanan örgütsel desteği ve yenilikçi iş davranışını pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Algılanan örgütsel desteğin de yenilikçi iş davranışını pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Aracılık analizi neticesinde ise algılanan örgütsel desteğin kapsayıcı liderlik ile yenilikçi iş davranışı arasındaki ilişkide kısmi aracı rolü olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

In terms of organizational efficiency, the concepts of organizational support and psychological c... more In terms of organizational efficiency, the concepts of organizational support and psychological capital come to the fore as the most important factor in increasing the job satisfaction levels of employees. In this study, it was investigated whether psychological capital has an mediating role in the effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction. For this purpose, data was collected from 267 employees working in 4 and 5 star hotels in Gaziantep province via questionnaire. In the analysis of the data, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation and reliability analyzes were performed and the model's goodness of fit tests and regression analysis were performed with the structural equation model. In order to test the mediation role, the significance of indirect effects was examined and the boostrap method was used for this. As a result of the analysis, it has been determined that psychological capital has a partial mediating role in the relationship between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction- Örgütsel verimlilik açısından çalışanların iş tatmin düzeylerinin yükseltilmesinde en önemli faktör olarak algılanan örgütsel destek ve psikolojik sermaye kavramları öne çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmada da algılanan örgütsel desteğin iş tatmini üzerindeki etkisinde psikolojik sermayenin aracı rolünün olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla Gaziantep ilinde 4 ve 5 yıldızlı otellerde çalışan 267 çalışandan anket aracılığıyla ile veri toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde doğrulayıcı faktör analizi, korelasyon, güvenirlilik analizleri yapılmış ve yapısal eşitlik modeli ile modelin uyum iyiliği testleri ve regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Aracılık rolünü test edebilmek için ise dolaylı etkilerin anlamlılığına bakılmış ve bunun için boostrap yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Analiz neticesinde psikolojik sermayenin algılanan örgütsel destek ile iş tatmini arasındaki ilişkide kısmi aracılık rolü olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

The relationships between variables were determined by performing confirmatory factor analysis and the model's goodness of fit tests and regression analysis were conducted using structural equation modelIn order to test the mediating role, the significance of the indirect effects was examined using the bootstrap method. In the analyses, it was determined that servant leadership had a significant positive effect on psychological ownership. As a result of mediating analysis, psychological ownership was found to have a partial mediator role in the relationship between servant leadership and job satisfaction.

Employees who make positive contribute to organizational activities, adopt organizational culture, dedicate themselves to their organization, engage their work and organization, and have a high level of work engagement, provide important advantages to enterprises. In a global competitive environment, in terms of achieving the competitive advantage provided by innovation activities to the enterprises, the contribution of employees to innovation processes is regarded as an important element. Interactions of employees with inclusive leaders provide convenience in creating the resources needed by the employees and in innovative activities as being role models to the employees. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of inclusive leadership in the relationship between work engagement and innovative work behaviour. For this purpose, data were collected from 206 participants working in food production companies in Gaziantep province. In the analysis of data, exploratory and con-firmatory factor analyzes were conducted, correlations between variables were determined and goodness of fit tests and regression analysis of the model were performed with structural equation modelling. As a result of the analysis, it has been found that work engagement positively and significantly affects the inclusive leadership and innovative work behaviour. It was also found that inclusive leadership positively and significantly affects the innovative work behavior. As a result of mediating analysis, it was found that inclusive leadership has a mediating role in the relationship between the work engagement and innovative work behavior.

leadership is needed to ensure employee participation in business processes and
increase job satisfaction. Based on these assessments, the research here aims to

Ayrıca iç girişimciliğin yeni ürün geliştirme üzerindeki etkisinde takım yenilikçi ikliminin aracılık rolü test edilmiştir. Bu amaçla gıda sektöründe faaliyet gösteren ve Türkiye'nin ilk 500 sanayi firması içerisinde yer alan bir gıda firması çalışanlarından elde edilen veriler ile araştırma yapılmıştır. 157 çalışandan anket ile elde edilen veriler yapısal eşitlik modeli ile analiz edilmiştir. Analiz neticesinde iç girişimciliğin yeni ürün geliştirmeyi pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. İç girişimciliğin takım yenilikçi iklimini pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Takım yenilikçi ikliminin de yeni ürün geliştirmeyi pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği bulgusu elde edilmiştir. Yapılan Sobel testi sonucunda ise iç girişimciliğin yeni ürün geliştirme üzerindeki etkisinde takım yenilikçi ikliminin kısmi aracılık rolü bulunduğu bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır.
A b s t r a c t -In this study, the effect of internal entrepreneurship on the innovative climate of the enterprise and new product development activities in the manufacturing firms were investigated. In addition, the impact of internal entrepreneurship on new product development has been tested for the mediator role of innovative climate. For this purpose, data obtained from employee participants' questionnaires in a food company within in Turkey's top 500 industrial company. The data obtained from the survey with 157 employees were analyzed with structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, it was found that intrapreneuring had a positive effect on new product development. It has been determined that intrapreneuring positively affects the team's innovative climate. In addition, it has been found that team innovative climate has a positive effect on new product development. As a result of the Sobel test, it was found that the team innovative climate has a partial mediation role in the impact of intrapreneuring on new product development.

In this interaction, reflecting positive or negative feelings of the employees through their behaviors towards the customers causes customers to get a certain impression about the employee or the business and this affects the service quality of the enterprises. As a result of emotions in service sector as a determinant factor in customer interaction; In addition to their physical and mental efforts, they expect their employees to present their emotional efforts in the production process in order to increase the quality of service. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether there is a moderating effect of psychological capital in the relationship between emotional labor and work alienation with the participation of city hotels employees in the hotel sector, which is one of the sectors where customer satisfaction plays a key role in the competition. For this purpose, data were collected from 549 participants working in city hotels in Gaziantep, Adana and Osmaniye. In the analysis of the data, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyzes were made, correlations between variables were determined, and the model's goodness of fit model and regression analysis were performed with structural equation model. As a result of the analyzes, it has been determined that emotional labor has a significant negative effect on psychological capital and has a positive effect on work alienation. Additionally, psychological capital has been found to have a significant negative effect on work alienation. In addition, as a result of the moderating analysis, it was found that the psychological capital had a moderating role in the relationship between emotional labor and work alienation.

businesses need the contribution of their employees to be productive in their activities. The aim of this study is to determine the effects of psychological capital and emotional labor on organizational commitment

Design/methodology/approach: – In this study carried out in the format of field research, the data were collected by survey technique. The sample group of the study, which covers four and five-star hotels operating in Gaziantep, consists of 228 employees. In the analysis of the data, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyzes were used, correlations between variables were determined and goodness of fit tests and regression analysis were conducted with the structural
equation model.

Findings – As a result of the analyzes, it has been concluded that the emotional labor levels of the employees have a negative and significant effect on the levels of organizational commitment and that the psychological capital levels have a positive and significant effect on their organizational commitment levels.

Discussion – Thanks to the increasing effect of positive feelings and motivating effect against the difficulties psychological capital can reduce negative feelings that the employees feel against their organizations. Increasing the psychological capital of the employees in terms of strengthening the psychological resources of the employees and strengthening their organizational commitment in the face of the negative situations caused by emotional labor will provide a significant advantage to the organizations.

For this purpose, analyses were made on the data obtained by questionnaires from 163 hotel employees in the city of Gaziantep, Turkey. The study findings as a result of the analysis of structural equation model: transformational leadership had a significantly positive effect on leader-member exchange, employee performance and job satisfaction, whereas leader-member exchange had a significantly positive effect on employee performance and job satisfaction. As a result of the analyses conducted for the main purpose of this study, leader-member exchange has a partial role of mediating in the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance and job satisfaction.

Bu çalışmada tüketicilerin kargo firmalarından bekledikleri hizmet kalitesi ve firmaların mevcut ... more Bu çalışmada tüketicilerin kargo firmalarından bekledikleri hizmet kalitesi ve firmaların mevcut hizmetleri ile ilgili algıladıkları hizmet kalitesi arasındaki fark servqual tekniği ile araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca, algılanan hizmet kalitesinin genel müşteri memnuniyeti üzerindeki etkisi yapısal eşitlik modeli ile analiz edilmiştir. Bu amaçla Gaziantep ilinde ikamet eden 701 kişiden anket yöntemi ile veri toplanmıştır. Yapılan analizler neticesinde beklenti ile algı arasındaki en yüksek farkın güvenilirlik ve yanıt verebilirlik boyutlarında olduğu; en düşük farkın ise fiziksel görünüm ve empati boyutlarında olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Genel olarak müşterilerin kargo firmalarının hizmet kalitesinden memnun olmadıkları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Analiz sonucunda, empati, yanıt verebilirlik, güvenilirlik ve güvence boyutlarının müşteri memnuniyetini pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Genel müşteri memnuniyetinin de Aras Kargo, PTT Kargo ve Yurt İçi kargo tercihlerine göre anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği bulgusu elde edilmiştir.
In this study, the difference between the service quality that consumers expect from cargo companies and the quality of services they perceive about the existing services of companies has been investigated with the servqual technique. In addition, the effect of perceived service quality on overall customer satisfaction was analyzed by structural equation modeling. For this purpose, data were collected from 701 residents of Gaziantep. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the highest difference between expectation and perception is in reliability and responsiveness dimensions, and the lowest difference is in physical appearance and empathy dimensions. In general, it has been achieved that customers are not satisfied with the service quality of the cargo companies. As a result of the analysis, empathy, responsiveness, reliability and assurance dimensions were found to significantly affect customer satisfaction positively. General customer satisfaction was also found to be significantly different in terms of Aras Cargo, PTT Cargo and Domestic Cargo.

Bu amaçla Gaziantep, Adıyaman ve Kahramanmaraş illerinde faaliyet gösteren 164 imalat firmasından anket yöntemi ile veri toplanmıştır. Veriler yapısal eşitlik modeli ile analiz edilmiştir. Analiz neticesinde lojistik hizmet kalitesinin lojistik ve firma performansını pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Bilgi teknolojileri kullanımının da lojistik ve firma performansını pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği tespit edilmiştir.

In this study, the logistic service quality of the manufacturing companies and the effect of the logistics information technologies on logistics and firm performance were investigated. For this purpose, data were collected from 164 manufacturing companies operating in Gaziantep, Adıyaman and Kahramanmaraş. The data were analyzed by the structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, it has been found that the quality of logistics service significantly affects logistics and firm performance in the positive direction. The use of information technology has also been found to significantly affect logistics and firm performance in the positive direction.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the achievements gained from entrepreneurship course is significantly affect the entrepreneurship tendencies and innovation skills of the vocational higher school students. For this purpose, the data which obtained from the questionnaire conducted on 431 students at Gaziantep University were analyzed. As a result, it was found that entrepreneurship course
achievements significantly affect entrepreneurship tendencies and innovation skills in positive direction. And it was also found that entrepreneurial tendencies also significantly affect innovation capabilities in the positive direction. It has also been found that students' entrepreneurial tendencies and entrepreneurial learning achievements differ significantly from their desire to open their own workplaces, and

The purpose of this study is to test the impact of organizational innovation on employee performance and the intermediary role of individual innovation if there is an influence. For this purpose, it was collected data by questionnaire method from 348 employees working in the manufacturing and service sector in Gaziantep. As a result of the analysis, it has been determined that organizational innovation significantly influences employee performance and individual innovativeness of employees in positive direction, and individual innovation significantly affects employee performance same way. We also find that organizational innovation plays an intermediary role in individual innovation in the effect on employee performance.

Bu amaçla öncelikle konuya ilişkin yerli ve yabancı literatür taranarak kavramsal çerçeve oluşturulmuştur. Daha sonra otel işletmelerindeki eğitim uygulamaları ve örgütsel iletişimin işten ayrılma niyetine olan etkisini araştırmak üzere, Turizm Bakanlığına bağlı turizm işletme belgeli Gaziantep ilinde faaliyet gösteren yıldızlı otel işletmelerinde çalışan 150 personel üzerinde bir alan araştırması yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS programında analiz edilerek araştırmanın hipotezleri test edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda otel işletmelerinin eğitim uygulamaları ile örgütsel iletişimin, işten ayrılma niyeti üzerinde pozitif ve anlamlı etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

For this purpose, data were collected from 348 participants working at different carpet manufacturing companies in Gaziantep. Confirmatory factor analysis was performed in the analysis of the data, correlations between the variables were determined, and structural equation and goodness of fit tests of the model and regression analysis were performed. In the analyses, it was determined that inclusive leadership had a significant positive effect on perceived organizational support and innovative work behavior. Perceived organizational support was found to have a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior. As a result of mediating analysis, perceived organizational support was found to have a partial mediator role in the relationship between inclusive leadership and innovative work behavior. - Bu çalışmanın amacı kapsayıcı liderliğin algılanan örgütsel destek ve çalışanların yenilikçi iş davranışlarını nasıl etkilediği ve bu süreçte algılanan örgütsel desteğin bir aracılık rolü olup olmadığının araştırılmasıdır. Bu amaçla Gaziantep ilinde halı firmalarında çalışan 348 katılımcıdan anket aracılığıyla ile veri toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri yapılmış, değişkenler arası korelasyonlar tespit edilmiş ve yapısal eşitlik modeli ile modelin uyum iyiliği testleri ve regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizlerde kapsayıcı liderliğin algılanan örgütsel desteği ve yenilikçi iş davranışını pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Algılanan örgütsel desteğin de yenilikçi iş davranışını pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Aracılık analizi neticesinde ise algılanan örgütsel desteğin kapsayıcı liderlik ile yenilikçi iş davranışı arasındaki ilişkide kısmi aracı rolü olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

In the analysis of the data, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation and reliability analyzes were performed and the model's goodness of fit tests and regression analysis were performed with the structural equation model. In order to test the mediation role, the significance of indirect effects was examined and the boostrap method was used for this. As a result of the analysis, it has been determined that psychological capital has a partial mediating role in the relationship between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction- Örgütsel verimlilik açısından çalışanların iş tatmin düzeylerinin yükseltilmesinde en önemli faktör olarak algılanan örgütsel destek ve psikolojik sermaye kavramları öne çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmada da algılanan örgütsel desteğin iş tatmini üzerindeki etkisinde psikolojik sermayenin aracı rolünün olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla Gaziantep ilinde 4 ve 5 yıldızlı otellerde çalışan 267 çalışandan anket aracılığıyla ile veri toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde doğrulayıcı faktör analizi, korelasyon, güvenirlilik analizleri yapılmış ve yapısal eşitlik modeli ile modelin uyum iyiliği testleri ve regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Employees who make positive contribute to organizational activities, adopt organizational culture, dedicate themselves to their organization, engage their work and organization, and have a high level of work engagement, provide important advantages to enterprises. In a global competitive environment, in terms of achieving the competitive advantage provided by innovation activities to the enterprises, the contribution of employees to innovation processes is regarded as an important element. Interactions of employees with inclusive leaders provide convenience in creating the resources needed by the employees and in innovative activities as being role models to the employees. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of inclusive leadership in the relationship between work engagement and innovative work behaviour. For this purpose, data were collected from 206 participants working in food production companies in Gaziantep province. In the analysis of data, exploratory and con-firmatory factor analyzes were conducted, correlations between variables were determined and goodness of fit tests and regression analysis of the model were performed with structural equation modelling. As a result of the analysis, it has been found that work engagement positively and significantly affects the inclusive leadership and innovative work behaviour. It was also found that inclusive leadership positively and significantly affects the innovative work behavior. As a result of mediating analysis, it was found that inclusive leadership has a mediating role in the relationship between the work engagement and innovative work behavior.

Ayrıca iç girişimciliğin yeni ürün geliştirme üzerindeki etkisinde takım yenilikçi ikliminin aracılık rolü test edilmiştir. Bu amaçla gıda sektöründe faaliyet gösteren ve Türkiye'nin ilk 500 sanayi firması içerisinde yer alan bir gıda firması çalışanlarından elde edilen veriler ile araştırma yapılmıştır. 157 çalışandan anket ile elde edilen veriler yapısal eşitlik modeli ile analiz edilmiştir. Analiz neticesinde iç girişimciliğin yeni ürün geliştirmeyi pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. İç girişimciliğin takım yenilikçi iklimini pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Takım yenilikçi ikliminin de yeni ürün geliştirmeyi pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği bulgusu elde edilmiştir. Yapılan Sobel testi sonucunda ise iç girişimciliğin yeni ürün geliştirme üzerindeki etkisinde takım yenilikçi ikliminin kısmi aracılık rolü bulunduğu bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır.
A b s t r a c t -In this study, the effect of internal entrepreneurship on the innovative climate of the enterprise and new product development activities in the manufacturing firms were investigated. In addition, the impact of internal entrepreneurship on new product development has been tested for the mediator role of innovative climate. For this purpose, data obtained from employee participants' questionnaires in a food company within in Turkey's top 500 industrial company. The data obtained from the survey with 157 employees were analyzed with structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, it was found that intrapreneuring had a positive effect on new product development. It has been determined that intrapreneuring positively affects the team's innovative climate. In addition, it has been found that team innovative climate has a positive effect on new product development. As a result of the Sobel test, it was found that the team innovative climate has a partial mediation role in the impact of intrapreneuring on new product development.

In this interaction, reflecting positive or negative feelings of the employees through their behaviors towards the customers causes customers to get a certain impression about the employee or the business and this affects the service quality of the enterprises. As a result of emotions in service sector as a determinant factor in customer interaction; In addition to their physical and mental efforts, they expect their employees to present their emotional efforts in the production process in order to increase the quality of service. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether there is a moderating effect of psychological capital in the relationship between emotional labor and work alienation with the participation of city hotels employees in the hotel sector, which is one of the sectors where customer satisfaction plays a key role in the competition. For this purpose, data were collected from 549 participants working in city hotels in Gaziantep, Adana and Osmaniye. In the analysis of the data, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyzes were made, correlations between variables were determined, and the model's goodness of fit model and regression analysis were performed with structural equation model. As a result of the analyzes, it has been determined that emotional labor has a significant negative effect on psychological capital and has a positive effect on work alienation. Additionally, psychological capital has been found to have a significant negative effect on work alienation. In addition, as a result of the moderating analysis, it was found that the psychological capital had a moderating role in the relationship between emotional labor and work alienation.

businesses need the contribution of their employees to be productive in their activities. The aim of this study is to determine the effects of psychological capital and emotional labor on organizational commitment

Design/methodology/approach: – In this study carried out in the format of field research, the data were collected by survey technique. The sample group of the study, which covers four and five-star hotels operating in Gaziantep, consists of 228 employees. In the analysis of the data, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyzes were used, correlations between variables were determined and goodness of fit tests and regression analysis were conducted with the structural
equation model.

Findings – As a result of the analyzes, it has been concluded that the emotional labor levels of the employees have a negative and significant effect on the levels of organizational commitment and that the psychological capital levels have a positive and significant effect on their organizational commitment levels.

Discussion – Thanks to the increasing effect of positive feelings and motivating effect against the difficulties psychological capital can reduce negative feelings that the employees feel against their organizations. Increasing the psychological capital of the employees in terms of strengthening the psychological resources of the employees and strengthening their organizational commitment in the face of the negative situations caused by emotional labor will provide a significant advantage to the organizations.

For this purpose, analyses were made on the data obtained by questionnaires from 163 hotel employees in the city of Gaziantep, Turkey. The study findings as a result of the analysis of structural equation model: transformational leadership had a significantly positive effect on leader-member exchange, employee performance and job satisfaction, whereas leader-member exchange had a significantly positive effect on employee performance and job satisfaction. As a result of the analyses conducted for the main purpose of this study, leader-member exchange has a partial role of mediating in the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance and job satisfaction.

Ayrıca, algılanan hizmet kalitesinin genel müşteri memnuniyeti üzerindeki etkisi yapısal eşitlik modeli ile analiz edilmiştir. Bu amaçla Gaziantep ilinde ikamet eden 701 kişiden anket yöntemi ile veri toplanmıştır. Yapılan analizler neticesinde beklenti ile algı arasındaki en yüksek farkın güvenilirlik ve yanıt verebilirlik boyutlarında olduğu; en düşük farkın ise fiziksel görünüm ve empati boyutlarında olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Genel olarak müşterilerin kargo firmalarının hizmet kalitesinden memnun olmadıkları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Analiz sonucunda, empati, yanıt verebilirlik, güvenilirlik ve güvence boyutlarının müşteri memnuniyetini pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Genel müşteri memnuniyetinin de Aras Kargo, PTT Kargo ve Yurt İçi kargo tercihlerine göre anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği bulgusu elde edilmiştir.
In this study, the difference between the service quality that consumers expect from cargo companies and the quality of services they perceive about the existing services of companies has been investigated with the servqual technique. In addition, the effect of perceived service quality on overall customer satisfaction was analyzed by structural equation modeling. For this purpose, data were collected from 701 residents of Gaziantep. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the highest difference between expectation and perception is in reliability and responsiveness dimensions, and the lowest difference is in physical appearance and empathy dimensions. In general, it has been achieved that customers are not satisfied with the service quality of the cargo companies. As a result of the analysis, empathy, responsiveness, reliability and assurance dimensions were found to significantly affect customer satisfaction positively. General customer satisfaction was also found to be significantly different in terms of Aras Cargo, PTT Cargo and Domestic Cargo.

Bilgi teknolojileri kullanımının da lojistik ve firma performansını pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği tespit edilmiştir.

In this study, the logistic service quality of the manufacturing companies and the effect of the logistics information technologies on logistics and firm performance were investigated. For this purpose, data were collected from 164 manufacturing companies operating in Gaziantep, Adıyaman and Kahramanmaraş. The data were analyzed by the structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, it has been found that the quality of logistics service significantly affects logistics and firm performance in the positive direction. The use of information technology has also been found to significantly affect logistics and firm performance in the positive direction.

Bu çalışmanın amacı meslek yüksekokulunda öğrenim gören öğrencilerin almış oldukları girişimcilik... more Bu çalışmanın amacı meslek yüksekokulunda öğrenim gören öğrencilerin almış oldukları girişimcilik derslerinden elde etmiş oldukları kazanımların öğrencilerin girişimcilik eğilimlerini ve inovasyon yeteneklerini anlamlı olarak etkileyip etkilemediğini tespit etmektir. Bu amaçla Gaziantep üniversitesinde öğrenim gören 431 öğrenci üzerinde yapılan anket çalışmasından elde edilen veriler analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda girişimcilik dersi kazanımlarının girişimcilik eğilimlerini ve inovasyon
yeteneklerin pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği ve yine girişimcilik eğilimlerinin de inovasyon yeteneklerini pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği bulgusu elde edilmiştir. Ayrıca, öğrencilerin girişimcilik eğilimlerinin ve girişimcilik dersi kazanımlarının kendi işyerlerini açma isteklerine göre anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği ve yine öğrencilerin bireysel inovasyon yeteneklerinin kendi işyerlerini açma isteklerine göre anlamlı farklılıklar gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir.
The purpose of this study is to determine whether the achievements gained from entrepreneurship course is significantly affect the entrepreneurship tendencies and innovation skills of the vocational higher school students. For this purpose, the data which obtained from the questionnaire conducted on 431 students at Gaziantep University were analyzed. As a result, it was found that entrepreneurship course
achievements significantly affect entrepreneurship tendencies and innovation skills in positive direction. And it was also found that entrepreneurial tendencies also significantly affect innovation capabilities in the positive direction. It has also been found that students' entrepreneurial tendencies and entrepreneurial learning achievements differ significantly from their desire to open their own workplaces, and
that the individual innovation abilities of students also show meaningful differences compared to their willingness to open their own workplaces

Bu amaçla Gaziantep’te imalat ve hizmet sektöründe çalışan 348 kişiden anket yöntemi ile veri toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizi neticesinde örgütsel yenilikçiliğin bireysel yenilikçilik ile çalışan performansını pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği, bireysel yenilikçiliğin de çalışan performansını pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca örgütsel yenilikçiliğin çalışan performansı üzerindeki etkisinde bireysel yenilikçiliğin aracılık rolü bulunduğu bulguları elde edilmiştir.

The purpose of this study is to test the impact of organizational innovation on employee performance and the intermediary role of individual innovation if there is an influence. For this purpose, it was collected data by questionnaire method from 348 employees working in the manufacturing and service sector in Gaziantep. As a result of the analysis, it has been determined that organizational innovation significantly influences employee performance and individual innovativeness of employees in positive direction, and individual innovation significantly affects employee performance same way. We also find that organizational innovation plays an intermediary role in individual innovation in the effect on employee performance.

Bu amaçla öncelikle konuya ilişkin yerli ve yabancı literatür taranarak kavramsal çerçeve oluşturulmuştur. Daha sonra otel işletmelerindeki eğitim uygulamaları ve örgütsel iletişimin işten ayrılma niyetine olan etkisini araştırmak üzere, Turizm Bakanlığına bağlı turizm işletme belgeli Gaziantep ilinde faaliyet gösteren yıldızlı otel işletmelerinde çalışan 150 personel üzerinde bir alan araştırması yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS programında analiz edilerek araştırmanın hipotezleri test edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda otel işletmelerinin eğitim uygulamaları ile örgütsel iletişimin, işten ayrılma niyeti üzerinde pozitif ve anlamlı etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

In accordance with this purpose, 150 questionnaires were conducted with the employees of 3-4 and 5 star hotels still operating in Gaziantep. Analyses show that, there is a significant and negative correlation between organizational justice and employee turnover intentions. Results indicate that factors of organizational justice reduce the rate of employees‟ turnover intentions.
