This study aimed to investigate and compare the factors that influence students' motivation to le... more This study aimed to investigate and compare the factors that influence students' motivation to learn mathematics during synchronous and asynchronous learning. Although many studies related to these two learning models have been carried out, there is still little research on the analysis related to the mathematics learning motivation of vocational program students during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study involved 109 students (Diploma III and Diploma IV) of vocational universities in Bali who were randomly selected and given two different treatments on the same sample. The primary data collection instrument was arranged in a closed-ended questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using the two-sample paired Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results showed that the motivation to learn mathematics for students in the vocational program during asynchronous online learning tended to be better than when the learning process was conducted synchronously. Based on the interviews conducted, there are several causes related to connectivity constraints, the flexibility of study time and discussion, and ease of access to learning resources. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dan membandingkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar matematika siswa selama mengikuti pembelajaran synchronous dan asynchronous. Meskipun studi terkait kedua model pembelajaran ini telah banyak dilakukan, analisis terkait motivasi belajar matematika mahasiswa program vokasi di masa pandemi Covid-19 masih sedikit ditemukan. Penelitian melibatkan 109 mahasiswa (Diploma III dan Diploma IV) perguruan tinggi vokasi di Bali yang dipilih secara acak dan diberikan dua perlakuan berbeda pada sampel yang sama. Instrumen pengumpulan data primer disusun dalam closed-ended questionnaire. Data dianalisis dengan uji dua sampel berpasangan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi belajar matematika mahasiswa program vokasi selama mengikuti pembelajaran daring secara asynchronous cenderung lebih baik dibandingkan dengan synchronous. Berdasarkan wawancara yang dilakukan terdapat beberapa penyebab yang terkait dengan kendala konektivitas, fleksibilitas waktu belajar dan diskusi, serta kemudahan dalam akses sumber belajar.

This is expected to increase the sense of comfort of library visitors in using library services. Politeknik Negeri Bali (PNB) as one of the universities in Indonesia currently has one library room located on the 2nd floor of the PNB Central Building. Based on the data, the average number of PNB library visitors in the year 2017 is only 15% of the total civitas. This number shows that PNB library has not been optimally utilized. Politeknik Negeri Bali (PNB) as one of the educational institutions in Indonesia has implemented e-learning in the learning process. Because of the importance of the PNB e-learning, an evaluation of the PNB e-learning system must be carried out. The object of this research is PNB e-learning system and the model used to evaluate PNB e-learning system is Human Organization Technology Fit (HOT FIT) model. The HOT Fit model can assess the success of information systems, acceptance of system, and assess the compatibility between human-organizationtechnology in system implementation. The Human Compenent consists of System User (SU) and Users' Satisfaction (US) variable; the Organizaton Component consists of Organization Structure (OS) and Enviroment (E) variable; while the Technology Component consists of System Quality (SQ), Informatio Quality (IQ), and Service Quality (SerQ) variable. These variables are considered to have an effect to Net Benefit (NB) of the e-learning system of PNB. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling using Partial Least Square. The results show that Information Quality (IQ) variable has a direct and significant effect on System User (SU) and Users Satisfaction (US) variables and indirect effect on Net Benefit (NB). System User (SU), Users Satisfaction (US), and Environment (E) variables also have a significant direct effect on Net Benefit.

Thus, market testing of this product is needed. The attributes that have been tested in this research are aroma, acidity, body, flavor, aftertaste, sweetness, conformance, aesthetic, and innovation. This research uses the importance-performance analysis (IPA) and also customer satisfaction index (CSI). Result shows that there is one attribute that has to be kept the good work, which is the body of coffee, while attribute aftertaste, sweetness, and innovative are considered to have a higher performance that its importance. The Tax Amnesty policy is one of the real efforts carried out with the hope that to improve taxpayer compliance increase tax revenue. South Badung region was the location of this study and the sample of this study was taxpayer of a business entity engaged in the tourism sector. Angka harapan hidup merupakan salah satu indikator atau penilaian derajat kesehatan suatu negara ... more Angka harapan hidup merupakan salah satu indikator atau penilaian derajat kesehatan suatu negara atau wilayah dan digunakan sebagai acuan dalam perencanaan program-program kesehatan. Angka harapan hidup dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor misalnya angka melek huruf, rata-rata lama sekolah, dan pengeluaran per kapita masyarakat yang ada pada daerah tersebut. Penelitian ini akan membahas pemodelan angka harapan hidup di Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2007 dan 2011 menggunakan faktor-faktor tersebut sebagai variabel prediktor. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda, feed forward neural network (FFNN), dan multivariate addaptive regression spline (MARS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode FFNN merupakan metode terbaik dalam pemodelan angka harapan hidup di Provinsi Jawa Timur dilihat dari nilai MSE prediksi yang terkecil

Luas Dusun Petapan sekitar 120 hektar dan dengan penduduk hanya 90 kepala keluarga. Keberadaan monyet ekor panjang (macacca masikuralis) disini juga membawa suasana alam yang masih terjaga secara ekologis. Permasalahan mitra dalam upaya pengembangan obyek wisata edukasi ini adalah dalam bidang infrastruktur dan sumber daya manusia. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, dikembangkan wisata green tourism yaitu pengembangan potensi alam yang selama ini belum tersentuh dalam bingkai kearifan lokal. Pelaksanaan green tourism adalah pengembangan wisata air, wisata edukasi, wisata tracking/foto dan publikasi/promosi. Dusun Petapan sekarang ini sudah digunakan sebagai lokasi beberapa kegiatan oleh masyarakat sekitarnya seperti kegiatan latihan gabungan pramuka yang dilakukan oleh siswa-siswa Sekolah Dasar.

This HOT FIT model uses three main components in system evaluation, namely the human component, organization, and technology. These components are analyzed for their influence on Net Benefit or the usefulness of the system. The technology component is divided into three latent variables namely system quality, information quality, and service quality, while the organizational component is divided into two latent variables, namely the role of organization and environment. Based on the data. the average number of PNB's library visitors in the year 2017 is only 15% of the total civitas. This number shows that PNB's library has not been optimally utilized and the low rate of visitor loyalty. The purpose of this research is to model the service quality and visitor loyalty of PNB's library. The analysis used is structural equation modeling using five service quality dimensions namely tangible. reliability. responsiveness. assurance. and empathy. The results of the analysis show that the variable of tangible. reliability. and responsiveness have a significant effect on visitor loyalty of PNB's libary.

Abstrak Paper berikut membahas penggunaan beberapa metode statistika untuk menganalisis pola hubu... more Abstrak Paper berikut membahas penggunaan beberapa metode statistika untuk menganalisis pola hubungan antara usia harapan hidup perempuan (lifeexpf) dan laki-laki (lifeexpm) dengan Gross Domestic Product (GDP, menggunakan data SPSS, yaitu world95.sav. Metode statistika yang digunakan antara lain parametrik klasik (Regresi Linear dan Non Linear), Nonparametrik (Regresi Spline), serta Multilayer Perceptron (MLP). Berdasarkan hasil analisis baik secara global maupun lokal diperoleh bahwa secara umum semakin besar gdp suatu negara akan meningkatkan usia harapan hidup di negara tersebut. Namun hubungan seperti ini tidak berlaku pada analisis lokal khususnya pada region East Europe. Di antara keenam metode tersebut metode yang paling sesuai digunakan untuk memodelkan atau memprediksi adalah metode MLP. Hal ini dilihat dari nilai MSE terkecil yang dihasilkan baik dari testing maupun training. 1. Pendahuluan Rata-rata lamanya hidup manusia dinyatakan dengan angka harapan hidup (life expectation). Semakin besar angka harapan hidup manusia di suatu negara maka dapat dikatakan bahwa tingkat kesehatan dan kesejahteraan negara tersebut cukup tinggi. Hal ini tentunya mencerminkan keberhasilan pemerintah di negara tersebut dalam melaksanakan program-program kesehatan masyarakat. Di lain sisi, Produk Domestik Bruto (gross domestic product/ GDP) merupakan salah satu konsep dalam pendapatan nasional suatu negara. Pendapatan nasional negara tentunya akan sangat mendukung program-program pemerintah di berbagai bidang termasuk bidang kesehatan. Hal ini secara tidak langsung akan mempengaruhi angka harapan hidup manusia di negara tersebut. Hubungan antara dua atau lebih variabel dapat dijelaskan dengan menggunakan model statistika, begitu juga hubungan antara angka harapan hidup manusia dengan produk domestik bruto. Terdapat banyak metode statistika yang dapat digunakan dalam menjelaskan hubungan antara kedua variabel ini. Metode statistika umumnya dibagi menjadi dua kelompok besar yaitu statistika parametrik dan statistika nonparametrik. Statistika parametrik adalah statistika yang sangat ketat dalam hal asumsi-asumsi yang harus dipenuhi. Pemodelan statistika parametrik yang paling terkenal adalah analisis regresi linier. Model regresi linier ini harus memenuhi asumsi galat yang menyebar normal, identik, dan independen. Adapun bentuk model regresi linier secara umum adalah sebagai berikut:
