marginalized communities, particularly LGBT people, are increasingly prone to security threats. It is therefore necessary that the LGBT community and civil society, in general, becomes aware of the intersection of human rights and technology. Online surveillance and censorship impact everyone’s rights, and particularly those of already marginalized groups such as LGBT people. The use of new technologies usually reinforces existing societal
biases, making those communities particularly prone to discrimination and security threats.

Previous pandemic outbreaks such as Ebola in Africa, Sars in Asia, Zika in Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as H1N1 worldwide, show that women and girls are often more exposed to the various negative impacts of such crises, particularly where they are occupationally and domestically engaged in caregiving roles or jobs. These roles lead to increased direct contact with those infected, as observed in the Ebola outbreak (Fawole et al. 2016). It is important to note that the traditional caregiving image of women is not only exclusive to the African region, but is prevalent worldwide (ibid). Hence, the adverse effects are more likely to be borne by females.

Sample design of training which are included training slides, reading materials, and sample post-session quizzes. These will assist the trainers to arrange a mini-scale training session on the UN human rights mechanism with distinct minimum effort and we believe this transformation of knowledge and skills will empower the local gender advocates and advance their activism at the local, national, and international level.
Youth, Peacebuilding & Sustainability: Connecting Theory to Practice, 2022

They want a society free of "hate speech" yet abundant in "respect!" Numerous young people took the initiative to promote peace in their communities. To bridge the "intergenerational barrier," young people must work with faith/spiritual leaders. As a result of this apparent age discrepancy, most faith/spiritual leaders in South Asia are older. Because of this, church leaders seldom value children's suggestions. The challenges that young women peacemakers face while dealing with religious leaders are often overlooked. Many South Asian countries, like Bangladesh, have conservative religious populations, so young female peacemakers typically collaborate with religious leaders. Lack of excitement, technical advancement, and financial and family support prevent many young women peacemakers from interacting with their local faith/spiritual leaders. Women's maximal engagement in peacebuilding activities may be ensured by technological progress for young peacemakers and family support through sensitization.

The utilisation of conventional project management methodologies poses significant difficulties in surpassing client expectations, adhering to project timelines, and managing expenses. Inadequate implementation of conventional project management methodologies resulted in substantial setbacks for organisations, manifested in the form of project non-completion, limitations in resources, or challenges in delivery. The APM system was developed by companies and researchers as a means to address significant challenges. The fundamental principle of APM is the segmentation of a larger project into smaller, concurrently-executed components referred to as sprints. APM is perceived as a suitable and effective approach for SMEs. This research centres on evaluating the efficacy of APM methodologies employed by SMEs operating within the market of Bangladesh. Medium and small-sized enterprises may encounter difficulties in implementing customer satisfaction initiatives within the expected timeline using traditional approaches, owing to their limited workforce. APM strategies are widely regarded as being more efficient. The APM approach enables small and medium-sized enterprises to complete multiple components despite having a limited workforce.

This paper evaluates the aforementioned project through the eyes of an apprentice project manager and attempts to highlight the two most significant modern challenges in this project. In this paper, the trend of hybrid work projects has been analysed, along with sustainable management in respect to the environment and social context, and communication management as well. Due to the nature, constraints, and scope of the assignment, a full analysis of the project was not conducted; rather, chosen contemporary concerns were summarized with the structure of the aforementioned analytical tools in mind.

The specific objectives of this study are: 1) to explore the usage of discourse in Bangladeshi call center as a power to manipulate human mind and 2) to examine the variation of the discourse based on the role of the speakers (as a caller or agent), gender and the type of calls. The research design follows a combination of qualitative and quantitative method and the research data came from a reputed call center of Bangladesh while some interviews and survey from the call center agents has been incorporated. Finally, this study sums up with some key findings that can help an individual discourse to be more powerful in action.

This fact not only denotes to the language itself but also focuses on the ways of learning it. On one hand, learning a language itself is a multifaceted process and on the other hand what is the best way to teach this language also a matter of concern for the academics and practitioners. Therefore, this paper intends to explore the effectiveness of a project based language learning to improve the writing skills of lower secondary students. This paper has focused exclusively on ELT teaching approaches and methods while one of the student-centered pedagogy which is Project Based Learning (PBL) has been used extensively, to conduct the research process. In order to do so, Cambridge curriculum framework stage seven students has been selected and the information gathered through questionnaire, tasks with class observations and end-product evaluation. Finally, the collected data has been analyzed to explore the effectiveness of PBL in English language writing skill development.

A third grade teacher and her class were observed for about forty minutes. We chose third grade because third grade in one of the grades that we both are interested to teach. When observing the classroom, we were looking for a number of facts. We wanted to observe how the students respond to the teacher‟s different teaching styles and attitude toward the different subject matter and whether the teacher is able to teach her students efficiently. We also looked for how the students interact with each other during different situations such as small group activities and classroom discussions. Our objective was to also to observe what type of teaching styles works best with different subject matter and how well students work together in groups in such a young age.
