Based on the user rating on the Play store, which is 3.3 out of 5 stars. In this study using 10 Nielsen's usability rules, with the aim of analyzing whether the KAI Access application can be said to be good or not. Task Analysis which is classified as efficient enough because the value of the lost ness level is only 0.26651869414146. It was found that from 6 of 10 Jacob Nielsen heuristic evaluations, errors were found to minimize the users memory load, feedback, shortcuts, prevent errors, help and documentation, consistency. Jakarta and West Java provinces are the regions with the highest number of Covid-19 cases. This is a challenge for the business world, including Sharia Banks, which based on Sharia banking Statistics data show that Jakarta is the region with the largest number of Sharia Bank branch offices in Indonesia. This study is a comparative analysis which aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the banking industry on the side of the management of the Bank's operational strategies and Bank Intermediation Activities. The study used a sample of 5 Islamic Commercial Banks. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that in December to March 2020 all banks experienced turmoil in the intermediation function which tended to decline both from funding and fund raising. Dukuh Kalitan is one area that has a young generation with low interest in reading. One of the reasons for this lack of interest in reading is the lack of education about the importance of reading for the younger generation. Another factor is found in the field is the unavailability of reading facilities in Dukuh Kalitan. The solution offered from these problems is the procurement of an ergonomic reading chair. The reading chair will be made based on the user’s body dimensions. The goal is to make users feel comfortable, prevent risks that occur due to workloads, and increase user satisfaction. Lembaga dituntut untuk memberikan kualitas layanan yang optimal kepada nasabahnya, dengan demikian karyawan berkontribusi besar dalam keberhasilan perusahaan. Di sisi lain, kepuasan kerja mendorong karyawan memberikan kinerja terbaiknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan pada karyawan BRI Syariah cabang Solo dengan menggunakan delapan dimensi Internal Service Quality (INTQUAL). Penelitian ini menampilkan model-model pengukuran Readinesss Industry 4.0 yang terdiri atas IMPULS – Industrie 4.0 Readiness, The Singapore Smart Industry Readiness Index , INDI 4.0 – Indonesia Industry 4.0 Readiness Index.
