Este trabalho foi desenvolvido com o propósito de avaliar a viabilidade econômica da implantação ... more Este trabalho foi desenvolvido com o propósito de avaliar a viabilidade econômica da implantação de uma unidade de negócio de vigas metálicas soldadas na região do Vale do Taquari, Rio Grande do Sul, como alternativa a limitação de fornecimento deste insumo para uma indústria do segmento de implementos rodoviários. Seu desenvolvimento se baseia na criação de um plano estratégico de negócios para atender a demanda de uma empresa local, assim como a análise de mercado da região. Deste modo, posicionou-se competitivamente a unidade no mercado, verificando as variáveis envolvidas no desenvolvimento da unidade fabril e na análise do mercado. Por fim, através de cálculos financeiros concluiu-se a viabilidade econômica do negócio

O setor lacteo apresenta uma defasagem em relacao a tecnicas de acompanhamento da industria compa... more O setor lacteo apresenta uma defasagem em relacao a tecnicas de acompanhamento da industria comparado a demais setores agrarios. Isto, agregado a demais fatores apresentou a problematica de ociosidade na capacidade instalada no estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Atraves de levantamento bibliografico da atual situacao, buscou-se criar um cenario de retrospectiva da cadeia de suprimentos do setor agricola e propor um cenario de perspectivas para o desenvolvimento desta cadeia no estado. Como respostas encontram-se a problematica da falta de integracao industria-produtores e principalmente a falta de estimulo para o aumento da produtividade por animal. Portanto, logra-se um potencial de atuacao na gestao produtiva do setor agricola, especialmente na cadeia do setor lacteo.

In view of the increase in milk production in Brazil and their economic importance, a study was c... more In view of the increase in milk production in Brazil and their economic importance, a study was carried out to verify whether the socio economical similarity of municipalities is refl ected in the performance of milk production and whether there is equality in relation ship of activities. The data of municipalities in the Taquari Valley, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, were analyzed through their socio economic develop mentioned indicators to identify the similarities between the musing the Principal Component Analysis techniques (PCA) and Hierarchical Cluster Analysis (HCA). Milk production data in the municipalities were tabulated for exploration, analysis and subsequent crossing with results of economic similarity. The study determined that there is similarity between the municipalities and their economies, but this is not necessarily linked to milk production.

Os militares no pós-1964: um estudo histórico sobre a Linhadura (1964-9) Tiago Cavalcante Guerra ... more Os militares no pós-1964: um estudo histórico sobre a Linhadura (1964-9) Tiago Cavalcante Guerra 1 Resumo: Após o golpe de estado, em 1964, verificaram-se ocorrências de fortes tensões e pressões, oriundas das forças armadas. Restringindo-nos aos primeiros anos da ditadura, resumiremos alguns dos conflitos que surgiram nas duas correntes militares que tiveram destaque na época: a Sorbonne e a Linha-dura. Ambas constituíram nos principais grupos militares, mas aqui faremos uma análise da corrente conhecida como Linha-dura durante a ditadura militar no Brasil, destacando os primeiros anos do regime (1964-1969).

MILK PRODUCTION IN TAQUARI VALLEY - RS SIMILARLY GROWS CONSTANTLY. THIS STUDY AIMS TO DETERMINE IF THEE MILK PRODUCING PROPERTIES USE MANAGEMENT TOOLS, ESPECIALLY INDICATORS IN ORDER TO POSITION THEMSELVES IN THE CURRENT MARKET AND GET A WORLD-CLASS PERFORMANCE. A QUESTIONNAIRE WAS APPLIED TO 26 PROPERTIES IN THE REGION AND DEMONSTRATED IN THE ANALYSES TWO OPPOSITE REALITIES, ONE WITH PROPERTIES THAT DO NOT PERFORM ANY CONTROL AND ANOTHER WITH PROPERTIES THAT USE SYSTEMATIC TOOLS INDICATORS, ESPECIALLY COST ONES.
