Hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dengan Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Yuni International

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kinerja karyawan PT. Yuni International. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif korelasional berskala ordinal dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, survey dan kuesioner kepada 88 responden. Sedangkan untuk menguji adanya hubungan kedua variable menggunakan metode analisis yaitu koefisien korelasi product moment, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis koefisien korelasi dengan menggunakan program SPSS 24 ( Statistical Product And Service Solution ). Hasil Uji koefisien korelasi product moment menunjukan bahwa adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua variabel tersebut dengan memiliki nilai 0,438 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel itu mempunyai hubungan yang sedang. AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance at UMKM NILAKANDI Catering in Sidoarjo Regency mediated by readiness to change. The population used is all employees, amounting to 169 people. While the sample used in this study because it uses a saturated sampling technique, the sample taken is all 169 employees. The goal of the study was to determine the influence of transformational leadership on organizational support on Jumping Stone Coffee and Grill employees. The study was conducted at Jumping Stone Coffee and Grill. The sample number is as many as 50 people, with a saturated sampling method. Data collection is done through google form. The analysis technique performed is a simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis found that transformational leadership partially has a significant effect on organizational support. This shows that the greater the transformational leadership felt by employees, the greater the organizational support felt by jumping Stone Coffee and Grill Denpasar employees. Transformational leadership on the part of management is needed to teach employees to grow in order to increase organizational support that employees feel. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership with Work Engagement on the marketing employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia Branch Suniaraja. This study uses transformational leadership theory developed by Bass (1985) and work engagement theory developed by Schaufeli and Bakker (2002). The approach used is the JD-R (Job Demand-Resources) model. This research uses non-experimental quantitative research methods and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique was carried out using multiple regression to see the effect of each dimension. This study involved as many as 17 employees who work in the marketing division. The measuring instruments used in this study were the Utretch Work Engagement Scale-17 (UWES-17) developed by Schaufeli and Bakker and the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ-5X) from Bass and Avolio. The results of the study get the results of R square = 0.242, it can be concluded that transformational leadership has an effect on work engagement of 24.2%.

Analisa Pengaruh Authentic Leadership Terhadap Employee Engagement DI Hotel “X” Surabaya

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh authentic leadership terhadap employee engagement di Hotel-X‖ Surabaya. Penelitian ini melibatkan 138 karyawan Hotel-X‖ Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif kausal. Analisa pengaruh menggunakan analisa regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa authentic leadership berpengaruh simultan dan signifikan namun dari empat sub variabel authentic leadership, tiga diantaranya berpengaruh secara parsial namun tidak signifikan. Hanya satu sub variabel saja yang memiliki pengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Sub variabel internalized moral persective adalah sub variabel paling dominan terhadap employee engagement di hotel-X‖ Surabaya.

Penelitian ini diawali oleh permasalahan dimana gaya kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan bagian penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini melihat Kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja dalam peningkatan kinerja karyawan. The Axana Hotel Kota Padang, metode asosiatif kausal digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sample dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dengan teknik pengumpulan data non-probability sampling dan jumlah sample sebanyak 71 orang karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan cara menyebarkan kuesioner dengan dua puluh empat butir pernyataan, empat belas butir pernyataan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan sepuluh pernyataan untuk kinerja karyawan. The objectives of this research are to determine whether how much influence transformational leadership has on employee engagement and its implications for the performance of employees of public sector organizations. The design of this study was a cross-sectional method and used descriptive and verification type research methods. Data for this study were collected using a saturated sample with a total sample of 40 people. Analysis of this research data using simple linear regression with SPSS 24.0 for Windows computer software program (Statistical Product for Service Solution).
