Influence of Occupational Safety and Occupational Health On the Performance of Production Employees at AT PT. Musaya Kreasindo

This research is the result of a survey at PT Musaya Kreasindo which produces. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Occupational Safety and Health on Production Employee Performance at PT Musaya Kreasindo on 50 employees as a sample. The research method used is quantitative with associative techniques. The research objectives want about the influence between Occupational Safety on Employee Performance, the influence between Occupational Health on Employee Performance, and the influence between Occupational Safety and Health together on Employee Performance. The results showed that there was an influence between Occupational Safety and Occupational Health together on Employee Performance as indicated by the results of the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y' = 23.64 + 0.74 X1 + 0.26 X2. Job Satisfaction as a Mediation Variable in the Relationship Between Work Safety and Health (K3) and Work Environment to Employee Performance

This research aims to determine the direct and indirect effect of work safety and health (K3) and work environment to employee's performance. The sample for this research is the 86 employees at CV Purindah Lawang Malang. Sampling technique that was used is the census technique. The data was obtained from respondents collecting data tools, which is a questionnaire. Data analysis that was used is path analysis. In this research, there are four variables, which are work safety and health (K3) and work environment as independent variables, employee's performance as a dependent variable, and work satisfaction as a mediator variable. The result of this research proves that work satisfaction is a media to improve the work environment's effect on employee's performance. So, the company should provide earplug, give allowance to the employees, and apply a standardized workspace layout. In conclusion, high work satisfaction is needed by employees in every company.

Effect of Occupational Health and Safety, and Work Environment on Employee Performance with Working Satisfaction as Mediation Variable

Objective-This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Occupational Health and Safety, and the Working Environment on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) with sample on DAOP I Jakarta. Methodology/Technique-The study population numbered 292 employees and 75 respondents be adopted as a sample of the study. Techniques of analysis using a statistical test structural equation model-based variance (SmartPLS). Findings-The results showed that, (1) Occupational Health and Safety had no effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, (2) the Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance (3) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (4) Occupational Health and Safety has no effect on Employee Performance even though through Job Satisfaction mediation, (5) the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through mediation of Job Satisfaction, (6) Occupational Health and Safety, and the Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction with the coefficient of determination, which is equal to 0,533, (7) Occupational Health and Safety, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a positive effect and significant to Employee Performance with coefficient of determination, which is equal to 0,890. Novelty-The company is expected to provide adequate rest periods, maintain the nutritional intake of its employees by providing healthy food, provide educational scholarships for further levels for employees, safeguard the work environment from chemical hazards and other hazards, and give positive motivation to the employees.

The effect of occupational health and safety on the performance of employee of Tire Industry Indonesia

Tire Industry Indonesia Bekasi Plant is a manufacturing company that produces vehicle tires, tubes, and flaps. The production process in the Indonesian Tire Industry uses a lot of dangerous equipment and machines production process so that it can affect the safety and health of employees. During 2020, work accidents increased which caused employee performance to decline and resulted in decreased productivity. This study aims to analyze employee performance which is influenced by Occupational Safety and Occupational Health in the Indonesian Tire Industry. The results of the questionnaire from the respondents as many as 200 people in the production section were analyzed by linear regression. This research uses the help of Ms. Excel and SPSS v.17 software. Based on the results of the study, it is known that partially occupational safety and health have no significant effect on employee performance. In addition, it is also known that simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of Occupational Safety and Health on Employee Performance.

Basically, this study aims to examine and analyze the importance of work motivation and occupational health and safety on employee performance by using job satisfaction variable as a mediating variable in the PT. Labour health, safety and welfare are the measures of promoting the efficiency of labour. The various welfare measures provided by the employer will have immediate impact on the health, physical and mental efficiency alertness, morale and overall efficiency of the worker and thereby contributing to the higher productivity. Some of the facilities and services which fall within the preview of labour welfare includes adequate canteen facilities, accommodation arrangements, recreational facilities, medical facilities transportation facilities for traveling from & to the place of work. This paper highlights the welfare measures taken in the chemical industry, the employees' satisfaction level, and to identify the overall quality of work life of the employees. The Data collection was done through schedule. In some cases personal interview was needed at the time of filling up of questionnaire. To analyze, the collected data the researcher used simple percentage analysis, one way ANOVA and Chi-Square test. Different charts and graphs were drawn to interpret the collected data.

This study aims to determine the effect of work safety and work healthy on employee productivity in the production department at PT. Sisirau Aceh Tamiang. This research is a type of quantitative research with a sample of 45 people. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done through t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). Regression equation results obtained Y = 2.255 + 0.314X1 + 0.811X2 means that the constant value of 2.255 is the value of employee productivity before being influenced by work safety and health.
