A lot of factors affect the success of an organization.One of them are employees, because related to activities organization.The main problems faced by PT Dharma Busana Elok is the decline in of employee performance.The decline in of employee performance have an impact on the low labor productivity resulting in the on meeting demand products at pasarahan which in turn have an impact on the decline in turnover sales.Conclusion of the study is compensation have had a positive impact on performance employee who mediated by work satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the level of employee job satisfaction at PT. Anugerah Fitrah Hidayah Makassar. The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data, while the data sources used are primary and secondary data. The population used is all employees who work at PT. Anugerah Fitrah Hidayah Makassar with a sample of 50 people. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Niaga Nusa Abadi Subang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode explanatory research sebagai upaya mengumpulkan informasi dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian. Analisa ini terdiri dari analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana (Simple Linear Regression). Subjek dalam penelitian ini merupakan karyawan pada PT Niaga Nusa Abadi Subang sebanyak 65 karyawan laki-laki dan perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan kinerja memiliki kategori yang baik sehingga perlu adanya optimalisasi dalam hal kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan agar menuju yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh sistem reward terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) pengaruh sistem reward dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to know how much the influence of job satisfaction on the Employees performance of Non Medical Employees of Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Khadijah Palembang. Job satisfaction is a happy emotional state or a positive emotion that comes from an assessment of work or a person's work experience that can effect the performance of employees, either directly or indirectly. This research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The population used was 40 respondens. The result of this study indicate that there is the influence between the job satisfaction on the Employees performance of Non Medical Employees of Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Khadijah Palembang. Analisis Quality of Work Life (QWL) Pada Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus Pt. Cikarang Listrindo Babelan-Bekasi)

In intense competition, companies must always strive to improve their quality in order to excel in competition with other companies and Human Resources (HR) is certainly the most important asset to be considered in order to support the company's sustainability, therefore the company must create a good working condition and can provide incentives to employees to satisfy employees who work on the system that runs in the company. Employee job satisfaction is an important aspect that needs to be considered as an effort to improve the quality of human resources in a company because employees who have high job satisfaction can provide high productivity for the company. This study aimed to analyze the effect of Quality of Work Life on employee job satisfaction. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Cikarang Listrindo Babelan-Bekasi totaling 248 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, then 101 research respondents filled out the questionnaire in full, data processing and analysis were carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, and it was found that the Quality of Work Life variable produced a t-statistic value of 22.46>1.96 and p-value 0.00<0.05 so that the hypothesis is accepted, which means Quality of Work Life has a positive effect and significant on employee job satisfaction.

The aims of this research is to measuring the job satisfaction of lecturer in Pekalongan University. Job satisfaction has 4 indicators, there are satisfaction for the job itself; satisfaction for compensations; satisfaction for job environment ; and satisfaction for colleagues cooperation.The research require primary data, and data collection done with the list of questionnaire as an instrument. The population is all of lecturers at Pekalongan University that amounts 136 persons, and the sample take the amount of 80 lecturers that give responding to questionnaire.
