In public organizations, maximum efforts have been directed for improving the quality of service for the public or service users. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Correctional Database System (CDS) in improving service accessibility, service satisfaction, and service efficiency in Class I Correctional Institutions in Java. The implementation is expected to improve the quality of public services in activities carried out by the Directorate General of Corrections at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The theoretical perspective used in this study focuses on the relationship between variables that drive the value of public service quality, one of which is believed to be about e-government and the benefit of services. This research was conducted at the Correctional Institutions in Java, Indonesia from December 2020 to March 2021. A total of 389 inmates from 9 Class I Correctional Institutionsin Java became research respondents. The conceptual framework model has been formed and tested by analyzing the quantitative data that has been obtained by the structural equation method. The results of the study reveal the findings that CDS was a success to provide positive and important value increases for the accessibility, satisfaction, and efficiency of correctional services in Class I Correctional Institutions in Java. Meanwhile, among the three things (accessibility, satisfaction, and efficiency) only accessibility and satisfaction with correctional services have an important influence on the quality of public services at the Class I Correctional Institutions in Java.
