The main purpose of a health system is to allow individuals in the community to live well. Three main objectives have been identified to ensure the objective. The objectives are to respond to the expectations of people about improvements in health indicators, fairness in financial contribution, fair distribution of financial resources, and non-health issues. In this study, eight dimensions of responsiveness have been studied through the long form of the WHO in the form of a research and research hospital. The average patient experiences score was the lowest for Quality of Basic Amenities with 6.61, followed by Social support with 7.10 and Choice with 7.13. The highest score average was 8.09 with Respectful Treatment and 7.63 with Confidentiality. Some dimensions of responsiveness and gender, length of stay, insurance status and employee satisfaction were found relationship.
