Synopsis

Peralejos, a quiet village in Alto Aragon, is a place where nothing ever happens. One day Angelino (José Sacristán), an emigrant who drives a magnificent Mercedes and tells wonderful stories about Germany and its women, returns to the village to spend his vacations. Pepe (Alfredo Landa), fascinated by his friend's stories, decides to emigrate as well. However, once settled in Munich, he finds that the living conditions are far from what he expected: his 'dream' begins at five in the morning, cleaning windows, and ends at twelve at night pasting posters.
