Synopsis

Saturnino del Olmo is the "jack-of-all-trades" of the village. He does the most varied jobs, from giving injections to fixing the church bell, and he doesn't rest from the time he gets up until he goes to bed. So much work completely cancels out his sexual appetite, and everyone in the village knows it. Logically, when he goes to bed every night he only wants to sleep, something that does not please his wife Elvira, who, desperate, tries without success a thousand and one tricks to make him notice her. One fine day, Saturnino is asked to go to Madrid to buy a bull, and for this reason he is granted two weeks of rest in the city, which he can use as he pleases. The first thing Saturnino does when he arrives at his apartment is to get into bed to sleep, but various vicissitudes get him out of bed and lead him to the Miss Spain '74 election show...
