Yesterday, we had the privilege of welcoming Dr. James I. Cash to help launch our newest Employee Resource Team, the Black Employee Network (BEN). Our ERTs are designed to foster an inclusive environment by uniting employees with shared experiences and backgrounds to elevate our workplace culture and drive business success. Dr. Cash, a valued member of our board and ownership group, is not only a trailblazer in corporate and academic circles but also a true model of resilience and community building. Dr. Cash’s legacy spans 27 years at Harvard Business School, board positions on 15 Fortune 100 companies (including Walmart and Microsoft), and dedicated service to numerous nonprofits, such as Mass General Hospital and the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture. His commitment to empowering leaders through The Cash Catalyst LLC underscores his passion for creating inclusive spaces and fostering growth. Hearing Dr. Cash’s insights on resilience, leadership, and the importance of community building resonated deeply with our team.
