- Curious how community development financial institutions (#CDFIs) ensure that lending activities benefit communities ranging from affordable housing to community facilities? We're excited to share Enterprise Community Loan Fund’s Sustainability Bond Framework, an in-depth look at how we manage investor capital for community benefit and align with @United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Help finance Sustainability Bond eligible projects through an investment in the Enterprise Community Impact Note. The purchase of Enterprise Community Impact Notes is subject to risks, which are described in our prospectus. This is not an offer to sell or solicitation of an offer to buy our securities. The offering is made solely by the prospectus, which is available at www.ImpactNote.com.

Can Colorado solve its housing crisis? That's the question our director of state and local policy Kinsey Hasstedt will be exploring at tomorrow's Colorado Sunfest 2024. She will be joining other important conversations about the health, housing, and infrastructure of the state. Learn more: https://bit.ly/3TKsXBA - 2024’s #HispanicHeritageMonth theme is Pioneers of Change, and we can’t think of anyone who exemplifies that more than our Sr. Director of Advisors Erika Ruiz. Erika’s tenacious drive, energy, and collaborative spirit has been instrumental in generating, sustaining and growing Enterprise's relationships in Puerto Rico as well as bringing awareness to recovery efforts on the island. Her vision has helped to expand Advisors efforts in Puerto Rico while also creating opportunities for capital investment. Thank you Erika for your commitment and dedication. It is felt every day in the communities we serve.
- Last week, we were proud to ring in a milestone groundbreaking with our Faith-Based Development Initiative cohort member First Baptist Church! First Baptist Church in Georgia was part of our inaugural FBDI cohort in the Southeast, and this groundbreaking is the first since we significantly expanded the program in the region, thanks to support from the Wells Fargo Foundation. The redevelopment will bring 125 new affordable housing units to low-income seniors, with inclusive design accommodating mobility and sensory impairments. The homes, amenities, and community spaces will focus on enhancing residents’ quality of life. Read more: https://bit.ly/3BsRWmH
- An inspiring evening of joy, celebration, and recognition. Last week, 250 affordable housing leaders and advocates gathered at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles for Southland Social, an annual fundraiser to strengthen affordable housing developers and those on the frontlines addressing the region’s homelessness crisis. We were proud to honor Mayor Karen Bass as Visionary of the Year, longstanding partners Abode Communities as Community Partner of the Year, and Conrad N. Hilton Foundation as Changemaker of the Year. A big thank you to U.S. Bank as well as our Southern California market leader Jimar Wilson — this event would not have been possible without their support and leadership.

Last week, I had the opportunity to see all the amazing work Enterprise Community Partners is doing to support affordable homes and communities across rural America. Crisscrossing Mississippi and Arkansas, I met with top partners deeply engaged with us to ensure we're preserving our rural housing stock and providing pathways to homeownership. Across the region, we've supported partners through grants, technical assistance, equity investments, and policy advocacy to ensure rural communities are front and center when it comes to affordability in America. Huge thank you to all the partners who played host: Communities Unlimited, TUNICA COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COALITION, Hope Enterprise Corporation, Little Rock Regional Chamber and Mississippi Home Corporation. I'm also deeply grateful to our Board member Darrin Williams, Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott, Jr., and so many others for their grace and hospitality.
