This week, we celebrated the wrap-up of the 2nd cohort of the PBS Career Mentoring Program (CMP) for staff! For the past six months, our mentors and mentees have shared insights, challenges, and triumphs in an inspiring journey of growth. Thank you to our mentors for giving their time, stories, and wisdom, and to our mentees for their commitment to learning and taking big steps forward. Seeing the impact of mentorship on careers and personal growth is a powerful reminder of what’s possible when we invest in one another. We’re thrilled to highlight Voces: American Historia, a powerful program that shines a spotlight on the rich history, culture, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino communities in the U.S. Staff gathered for a special employee screening to celebrate and reflect on the diverse stories that shape our nation’s history. It was an inspiring reminder of the importance of amplifying underrepresented voices and fostering cultural understanding.
