This is the front of my tac vest so if people want to wear it in
@EssexPoliceUK
it is allowed. Shows pride in our nation and remembrance of those in policing who have made the ultimate sacrifice protecting & serving communities.
This criminal activity must stop. People are now getting hurt including an
@EssexPoliceUK
officer responding to protect the public. We’re on the side of people trying to get on with their lives. It seems
@JustStop_Oil
isn’t interested in anyone but themselves - stop this now!
Well 30 yrs ago today I started my journey in policing. Made great friends, met great people done fantastic, scary & amazing things. Sense knocked into me by an old friend clearly did some good - who would have thought it? Thank you

Reflecting on a tough day for Essex can I add the thoughts & prayers of all in
@EssexPoliceUK
for the family, friends & colleagues of Sir David Amess MP. I am proud of the work of all the officers & staff in the force & thank partners & community for their help & understanding.
Early start with Christmas tour with my daughter to thank many of the officers, staff & volunteers #ProtectingAndServingEssex this Christmas. Immensely grateful for all the team
@EssexPoliceUK

Becoming an Xmas tradition youngest daughter & me sunrise in Southend before we pop into a few
@EssexPoliceUK
stations to say thank you & Happy Christmas - and hopefully mump ☕️ & bacon 🥓 🥪.

Noticed this in
@EssexPoliceUK
HQ Gardens this morning for the first time. Standing alone but clear amongst the plants. Notable reminder of what our police dogs do & perhaps some lessons for us all in these words. #thankyou @EPDogSection

Great send off for Gary Heard from friends & colleagues
@EssexPoliceUK
He retires after 18 yrs, leaving as Head Driver Trainer & 30 years before as a cop before that. Thank you to him and we wish him a long and happy future. #ProtectingandServingEssex #thankyou 👏👏👏

Politely asking you to continue doing what you are doing. Never seen you post anything ‘hazardous’ In my view a helpful, supportive & a properly questioning lego representation of all we do. Importantly recognising the very best of us in small plastic bricks!
Disappointing to hear about pay freeze for officers when every day they run into the face of danger & work tirelessly to protect the public. I welcome growth & support for policing & understand financial pressures but we must ensure our people get what they deserve
@EssexPoliceUK
Traditional start to Christmas with a selfie with my youngest in Southend as she comes with me on a tour of
