Non-maintainer upload If it's a NMU why does the RFS subject say ITA? And why are you doing this NMU? Please read https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/developers-reference/ch05.en.html#nmu for valid NMU reasons and the correct process.

New upstream version 1.17 1.17 / 16-Feb-2017

Fix: --importdb was creating invalid databases since version 1.15

Fix: console output was being buffered which resulted in lack of output in at least systemd log

Add cross-compilation detection and improve install-data-hook to not assume that the binaries can be executed in the host system

You shouldn't copy upstream changelogs into debian/changelog.
