Carelshaven is a defunct restaurant and hotel in Delden, Netherlands. It had a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star in 1973 and retained that rating until 1986. Het gebouw waarin Carelshaven is gevestigd, werd in 1772 gebouwd als herberg. Veel reizigers op de Twickelervaart maakten voor de nacht gebruik van de aanwezige kleine haven. Carel George graaf van Wassenaer Obdam, heer van Twickel, gaf opdracht tot de aanleg van het kanaal en de herberg. Zes generaties lang was de familie Kluvers exploitant van het hotel. In 2013 kwam hieraan een einde door gebrek aan opvolging. Na renovatie van het gebouw werd de horecagelegenheid in augustus 2014 onder nieuwe eigenaren heropend.
