The district councils, formerly district boards until 1999, are the local councils for the 18 districts of Hong Kong. (en) 홍콩의 구의회(영어: District Council of the Hong Kong, 중국어: 香港區議會)는 홍콩의 18구를 대변하는 지역의회이다. 홍콩 특별행정구 정부 민정사무국의 감독 하에 설치되어 있다. 본래 영어명으로는 '디스트릭트 보드' (District boards)라는 명칭이었으나 1999년 지금의 이름으로 바뀌었으며, 한문 명칭은 '구의회' (區議會)로 동일하다. (ko) 区議会（くぎかい、英語: District Council）は、香港の地方議会である。1982年に設立された。2019年現在では、18個の区議会が設置され、区議会の総民選議席数は452議席（当然議員を含めれば479議席）である。議員の任期は4年。英文名称は当初、District Boardとされた。その後、1999年末の市政局および区域市政局の廃止に伴い、現在のDistrict Councilに改称された。 (ja) 香港區議會（英語：District Councils of Hong Kong）（下稱為：區議會），始創於1982年，是香港地區層次的地方議會和區域組織，就市民日常生活事務向政府提供意見。現時香港18區各有其所屬的區議會，合共479名區議員，每屆區議會任期4年。 區議會是發揮群眾民主監督政府同就社區事務發表意見的重要機關，是特區政府地區層面的諮詢機關。2020年的新一屆區議會中，除離島區議會因為擁有全港最多當然議席（8名）外，民主派聯同本土派直到區議員辭職潮前於其餘十七區區議會都佔有絕對優勢，其中民主黨一度佔有91個區議員席位，曾是區議會最大黨。 截止2021年10月21日，全部四批區議員宣誓完成後，民主派在港島、九龍、新界東及新界西十六區共有54人因未有出席宣誓或宣誓無效被取消資格，其中15人為民主黨成員。54人離任後，民主派在灣仔區、南區、九龍城區分別僅剩1名民主派區議員，而元朗區在10月21日政府公佈最後一批區議員宣誓結果後僅剩1名民主派區議員張秀賢在任，張氏亦因身體健康惡化於同日下午請辭，至此元朗區所有民主派區議員已全數離任，並因此成為香港歷史上首個所有在任區議員均為建制派人士的區議會。民主派已在灣仔區、東區、南區、深水埗區、九龍城區、觀塘區、荃灣區、屯門區、元朗區、北區、西貢區和葵青區失去主導權（即席位少於或與建制派數目相同）。連同自本屆區議會上任以來一直被建制派控制的離島區，18區中已有13區反被建制派控制。 (zh) |
