米国議会図書館件名標目表（べいこくぎかいとしょかんけんめいひょうもくひょう）（英語: Library of Congress Subject Headings）（LCSH）とは，米国議会図書館によって維持管理される、シソーラス構造を持つ統制語彙 (en:controlled vocabulary)集の一つである。目録対象資料の主題を表す件名標目を書誌レコードに記録するために使用される。

LCSHs werden jedem Medium im Bibliotheksbestand zugewiesen und erleichtern den Benutzern das Auffinden von weiterer relevanter Literatur zu ihrem Thema. Könnten die Nutzer die Medien nur über den „Titel“ oder andere formale, nicht den Inhalt erschließende Felder wie „Verfasser“ oder „Herausgeber“ suchen, müssten sie sehr viel Zeit darauf verwenden, Medien zu verwandten Themen aufzufinden. Subject headings are normally applied to every item within a library's collection and facilitate a user's access to items in the catalog that pertain to similar subject matter, in order to save time finding items of related subject matter. Only searching for items by 'title' or other descriptive fields, such as 'author' or 'publisher', would take more time and potentially miss locating many items because of the ineffective and inefficient search capability.
