المكتب الشريف للفوسفاط، (بالفرنسية: Office Chérifien des Phosphates) هي مجموعة مغربية متخصصة في استخراج وانتاج وبيع الفوسفاط ومشتقاته. تعدّ مجموعة المكتب الشريف للفوسفاط من الشركات الرائدة على المستوى العالمي في سوق الفوسفاط والمنتجات المشتقة منه ويمتد نشاطها إلى القارات الخمس، كما أنها أول مقاولة في المملكة المغربية.

Das OCP mit Sitz in Casablanca baut umfangreiche, auf 85 Millionen Tonnen geschätzte, Phosphatvorkommen ab und stellt Phosphatprodukte her. Es ist der größte Anbieter von Phosphaten auf dem Weltmarkt. Eigentümer des bereits 1920 gegründeten Unternehmens ist der marokkanische Staat. Die Leitung des Unternehmens obliegt einem Generaldirektor, derzeit (2006) . Nach der Unabhängigkeit Marokkos hatte zunächst über mehr als 25 Jahre Mohammed Karim Lamrani diese Funktion inne. Zeitweise war er gleichzeitig auch marokkanischer Ministerpräsident. Sein Nachfolger wurde 1989 , der das Amt 1994 an Scherif abgab. Es folgte 1999 und dann der spätere Ministerpräsident Driss Jettou, von dem Scherif das Amt wieder übernahm. I principali siti di estrazione si trovano a Khouribga, a Ben Guerir, a Youssoufia e a Bou Craa (nel Sahara occidentale). Le attività della società vanno dall'estrazione della risorsa mineraria alla produzione di prodotti ad alto valore aggiunto.
