La protéine Rab-7a apparentée à Ras ou RAB7A (en anglais : Ras-related protein Rab-7a) est une protéine qui, chez l'homme, est codée par le gène RAB7A. La protéine Rab-7a associée à Ras est impliquée dans l'endocytose, qui est un processus qui introduit des substances dans une cellule. Le processus d'endocytose fonctionne en repliant la membrane cellulaire autour d'une substance à l'extérieur de la cellule (par exemple une protéine), puis forme une vésicule. La vésicule est ensuite introduite dans la cellule et clivée de la membrane cellulaire. RAB7A joue un rôle important dans le mouvement des vésicules dans la cellule ainsi que dans le trafic de vésicules.
