Bodenökologie ist zum einen ein Teilgebiet der Bodenkunde, zum anderen ein Teilgebiet der Ökologie. Sie untersucht die wechselseitigen Beziehungen innerhalb der Organismen im Boden als auch zu den abiotischen Teilen des Bodens.
